"What's with the hold up why are we still here?" Asked an impatient Kol as everyone sat on the patio. "We rescued Saint Nik, escaped mortal danger, so now why are we not on a private jet on the way to our private island?"
"You can catch up on the last six and a half years when we're on our way to the place we should be," said Rebekah wanting to leave as fast as possible.
"I assure you you haven't missed much," spoke Hayley shrugging.
"Circumstances have changed, We will leave here soon enough," Elijah spoke carefully. "We have children to consider."
"Kol has a point, We need to put an ocean between us and Marcel as soon as possible," Freya spoke worried that Marcel would find them, Leah only watched her feet upset upon hearing her sons name.
"We're not going anywhere today, I want one day of peace with my daughters before we uproot them," Klaus said eager to meet his daughters.
"Any delay is a risk, brother," Freya spoke wanting to leave as fast as possible.
"One day, We're in the middle of nowhere, the house is cloaked, we weren't followed, and I'm not asking!" Klaus spoke getting annoyed at his siblings.
"Look who's up," leah spoke holding the hand of two beautiful little girls. "This is Hope and this is Joy."
"Mommy can I go to the garden?" Joy asked tugging her moms hand and Leah nodded.
"I'll look after her aunt, hello everyone," Hope spoke before grinning at everyone and running to her sister shouting telling her not to go far.
Leah walked into the house getting the girls lunch ready and Klaus was quickly behind, watching her carefully.
"What terrible things did you tell her?" He asked worried at the fact that his daughter would go to him.
"I told her that you're a hybrid, like me and Hayley. I also told her that you're very old, like me. Other than that, she's only six, We can wait to share all the crazy details," Leah spoke pouring some juice into two cups.
"Someone must have disparaged me perhaps Hayley," he spoke anger in all his words causing her to roll her eyes at him.
"Stop it Nik, Hayley and I have spent almost seven years protecting her and Hope from everything, including all the scary stories floating around about you, they doesn't know your history but what she knows is that you protect your family, no matter what," Leah spoke as he walked to her, his arms around her waist watching her sadly.
"And yet our daughter fears me," he spoke and she shook her head at him.
"She's a shy child, Nik and you're not exactly calm right now, look you're temper is getting the best of you, you're their fairy tale prince, and now you're real, very real and you've got a lot to live up to," she spoke comforting him and he visibly calmed down.
"Here, go give them their lunch," leah spoke handing Klaus the tray filled with their food and he took it with a small smile.
As she left the kitchen she walked to the garage where Keelin was and she took off the mask Freya had on her taking it off.
"I'm sorry I know it hurts," she spoke telling her sadly.
"I know you're just trying to help your family, I understand," she spoke exhaling deeply. "They must be suffering."
"You're all cut up, why aren't you healing, you should be healing?" She spoke handing her a glass of water.

"You know, I never really bought into that whole wolf pack mentality. I thought there was something wrong with me. But I'm a model citizen compared to you. What you do is disgusting," she spoke watching leah who opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted by Freya.
"Why is her mask off? We need as much venom as we can get," Spoke Freya putting the mask on her face forcefully and angry.
"Freya she needed a break," Leah spoke watching her worried.
"She'll live but If I don't get enough venom to make more of the cure, my brothers won't be so fortunate and neither will you," She spoke and leah only sighed before leaving the garage.
"Mom?" Spoke Joy rushing toward her mom who only bent to her and wiped her face.
"What's wrong my darling baby?" She spoke worried.
"I'm scared," she spoke and Leah picked her up and placed her on the countertop with a light chuckle.
"Of what baby?"
"Them, what if they don't like me?" She asked worries and Leah smiled at her brightly.
"My darling what did I tell you about our family?" She spoke asking her daughter.
"That we stick together, always and forever," she spoke and leah nodded at her.
"Exactly, so they'll love you until their last breath I can promise you that," she spoke and Joy nodded watching her mom. "Come here, I want to show you something."
Picking up her daughter she bought her to her room and pulled out a rather large box from the closet as her daughter sat on her bed.
"What's that?" Asked a curious Joy and leah laughed at her eagerness.
"This is a photo album of our family," she spoke and Joy nodded as her mom opened up to the first picture.
"My darling, this is your father and I at a ball in 1816, our first time using a camera, and this is our first family photograph," she spoke with a smile and her daughter pointed at them eagerly.
"Mom, look that's everyone downstairs!" She said and he mom smiled at her with a grin.
"Yes that's your Aunt Rebekah, Uncle Kol, Uncle Elijah, Uncle Finn and that's your dad," she spoke with a light smile.
Turning the page there was another picture of Klaus and Leah. Her daughter only spoke eagerly with a grin watching the book full of pictures.
"That's you mom, and dad," she spoke with a grin and leah chuckled.
"Yes that is, are you still scared?" Leah and she visibly shrunk.
"Mommy I don't want to go down," she spoke holding her arm.
"Why not, you have to meet them baby, they're your family," she spoke sighing at her daughter.
"Mommy, they like Hope more," she spoke burying her head in the pillow behind her mom.
"Joy Estrid Mikaelson they will love you the same!" Her mother spoke attempting to get the little girl to get up.
"Mommy at lunch time dad was painting with Hope, not me," she spoke her voice holding sadness.
"Baby come here," she spoke sadly her big eyes watering climbing into her moms lap. "Your dad loves you, he loves you so much, they all love you."
"Darling, let me let you on a little secret and not all your jibber jabber, you're my favourite niece probably because I've known your mother since she was thirteen, so enough with the nonsense and give your favourite uncle a cuddle," Kol spoke with a laugh and she nodded shyly hugging him. "Your father loves you, my little witch."

Leah looked at Kol with a smile and he only winked at her with a grin. For a little while Kol played tea party with his youngest niece as everyone fawned over Hope in the living room. Rebekah was the next to see what was taking so long, before she entered the room she heard Kol protesting against something and his niece and her sister only laughed. Walking in she laughed so hard she wished she could stop.
"Aunty Bekah this is princess Kol," spoke a proud Joy who had painted her uncles face in makeup.
Half a hour later Leah noticed how Joy yawned meaning it was time for her afternoon nap.
"Okay Joy, I think it's time we let uncle Kol and Aunty Rebekah leave so you can have a nap," Leah spoke and the young girl only nodded as her aunt and Uncle went downstairs.
As Leah placed her daughter on her and her husband's bed ready to rest she turned to her mother upset.
"Mommy, I wish daddy loved me like he loves Hope," she spoke and Leah only watched her sadly as she fell asleep on her bed.
As her daughter fell asleep she went down and noticed Klaus playing with Hope a grin on his face as they sat in the garden painting. Elijah was on the porch Hayley sat with him their hands intertwined.
Almost two hours later Joy was awake and went to where her mother was sat drinking her cup of wine.
"Hi mom," she spoke with a light smile and sat next to her with a little yawn.
"Hello darling, what do you say we go outside and we'll play ball?" Her mom asked standing up abruptly holding her hand out to her daughter and she took it happily.
"Can we paint instead?" She spoke asking her mom who nodded with a small smile.
Klaus brought in a sleeping Hope as Leah took her daughter outside to paint on the table in the garden. Sitting with her daughter she grinned watching her paint carefully her eyes watching the paper intently. Klaus pulled a chair out and sat next to his wife and in front of his daughter.
"Hey," Klaus spoke to his daughter and she watched her mom who nodded at him.
"Hi, mom told me you like to paint," she spoke with a small smile handing him Paper and a paint brush.
"I love painting, very much," he spoke with a little smile as he painted with her. "I used to paint on animal skins and bark and cave walls."
"You lived in a cave?" Joy asked in horror and Leah laughed.
"We both did Joy," leah spoke with a small laugh.
"I actually lived in a hovel, all of us crowded into two rooms," spoke Klaus to his daughter with a grin who only watched in horror. "It's actually better than it sounds, though your uncle Kol snored very loudly might I add."
"I bet it was really cool, having loads and loads of kids to play with," she said speaking to her dad.
"It was but I felt alone, different from all my siblings, I love art I used to make paint from berries and flowers."
"I'll leave you two to it," Leah spoke going inside leaving her daughter with her husband.
Leah only walked to the garage and helped keelin out of the rope which was tied to the chair holding her hand back and the mask on her face.
"You're free to go, and a few parting words, As long as you're alive, you will be hunted. You can't go back to your old life. You need to disappear," Leah spoke helping Keelin to her feet, upon hearing footsteps she panicked. "Someone's coming. Go now."
"Where is she?" Freya spoke her tone demanding watching leah impatiently.
"I had to, Freya-" she started but an angry Freya interrupted her.
"Had to what Sentence my family to death? Yeah, I'm going after her," she spoke walking out but leah grabbed her arm.
"I don't think so."
"Move," Freya spoke before breaking Leah's leg causing her to drop to the floor in pain. "I can do much worse so I suggest you stay out of my way."
"Freya, please stop, we have enough venom to make the cure we don't need an endless supply. We'll all hit the road, avoid Marcel," Leah spoke reasoning without her.
"Marcel, who is your son I might add, could be handing out vials of his venom to anyone we can't avoid a threat that could be everywhere," spoke Freya attempting to make her feel bad.
"Keelin shouldn't suffer for that, and you know it," Leah spoke watching Freya get more and more angry.
"Oh, now, suddenly you're the arbiter of right and wrong?" Freya spoke with a scoff.
"I've done plenty wrong in my life, Freya."
"But things are different now I have a sweet little girl and a beautiful step daughter who's are both going around healing injured fireflies with their magic. If we're keeping someone captive in our garage, they'll have questions," leah spoke getting annoyed at Freya.
"Then tell her that the world's a bad place and that sometimes we have to do bad things to survive, She'll be safer if she learns that early!" Freya spoke anger seething from her voice.
"It's not her job to keep herself safe, It's mine. It's ours. And that includes protecting her innocence, What is wrong with you Freya, you taught me that!?"
"She's a Mikaelson, she can live without her innocence," Freya spoke with a light chuckle looking at leah before continuing. "She can't live without her family, She's a Mikaelson by blood, and you're not!"
"Freya you're right, I'm not I'm just the woman who's been married for your brother for almost a thousand years, who fought so hard to bring you all back, but you're right Freya I'm not a Mikaelson," she spoke as Klaus walked into the garage.
"Exactly you're not-" Freya started only to be interrupted you an angry Klaus.
"ENOUGH!" He spoke shouting at her anger seething in his words. "Freya that is my wife, she helped save all of us, including you she saved our family and you treat her badly, nothing that happened was her fault, she shouldn't have even help bring this family back because I've been bad to her, even though she was my wife."
"Nik we need the-"
"We need our family, everyone of us, nothing else," he spoke watching his wife her eyes watching the floor. "She's my family, which means she's yours, and always remember she took you in before any one of us, SHOW HER SOME RESPECT!"

8 332[Archive] Legend of the Nameless Hero
A WhiteSamurai original Web Novel There are always the mysterious tales of heroes, those who fight against the Demons, who fight for justice and those who head mighty quests against tyranny. Heroes that are born to destiny, Heroes that are forged through tragedy, and Heroes that are brought to the world in times of great peril and strife. Not all true Heroes are wanted or beloved, but all life understands, that throughout all time and space, for those who truly stand as Heroes, they never need to be called one. The sands of time are the only true judge for those who journey upon the true path, the only one they will ever need. This is the tale, no, the Legend, the Legend of the one who throughout all time, would forever be, the First Hero. This is Their story, a story of true hardship, of a sorrow greater than any other that would stand as a symbol of inspiration no matter the test of time. A tale of darkness, a true curse, an impending evil hidden beyond the horizons that threatened the very future of existence. This is the tale, of one of the few great figures, who, in the face of true evil, continued to stand. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :Disclaimer: _______________________________________________________________ . . . All Chapters are subject to sudden revision, scrapping, or complete removal from the canonical storyline. The author of "Legend of the Nameless Hero" uses RoyalRoad as a method of experimentation with genre's and writing styles for Fantasy-style works for the sake of eventual publication. The end result isn't to release perfect chapters on RoyalRoadl, but eventually develop the story as intended using the best material to produce the highest quality work. The best mentality when reading works from WhiteSamurai is to see it as the ability to read and review pre-release transcripts or "Rough Copies" before publication. Viewer discretion and maturity are both requested and required. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :About: _______________________________________________________________ . . . This story follows direct character point of views along with an intentional third person narrative to explain to the readers what the characters won't. (I don't use my characters to go give extensive explanations for every last thing like EVERYTHING DOES) This tale shall encompass the life of the Hero from the moment she is summoned into the Kingdom of Kremor, to the Legendary Final Clash. This isn't your run of the mill hack and slash raise an army and conquer, I don't follow that bandwagon. Real life holds politics, intrigue, economics, structure, populations, civil opinions, history, psychology, heart, suffering, wonder, advancement, curiosity, ambition, and so many more things that would lead to me hitting some character limit. I refuse to take the same route that others use by simply ignoring these factors, my worlds, my stories, are as real as they get. There's no plot armor here, if someone screws up, they've screwed up and there's no magical sword in a well for them. I write in 'Seasons' not 'Books' as many often do, these are generally, not always, hundreds of chapters long, though as I have yet to finish a season, the average length is in the air. I go by an ideal of what I call 'Universal Lore' which includes the policy that things that exist within the story don't follow the rule where the Protagonist needs to be there so that it will happen. There will be some things that will happen, and the hero, and sometimes the reader, won't know happened until they enter a place, or news gets to them. A person needs to be in the right place at the right time, I hate plot holes and meta characters above all else... For my works, comments are practically demanded as reactions, thoughts, and various viewpoints are like sweet fuel to my writing spirit. Reviews are highly accepted and appreciated, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE EDUCATED AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED. Those that throw down a low rating ARE HIGHLY REQUESTED to extensively detail and explain their viewpoints on the work. They should also be willing to come back to the work at a later date if messaged by the Author, Me, due to issues they mentioned being taken care of. I'm never against scrapping a chapter or rewriting several paragraphs if there are character or story discrepancies. I want the highest quality work possible, and every comment, every review, are tools for me to use to further that goal. . . . Enjoy the work. ~White Status: (Ongoing)
