Jennie's POV

I slowly open up my eyes and the first thing I immediately see is Lisa's face that's inches away from me making my eyes shot wide open as I keep a couple more distance away.

"Good morning Jennie Kim" she says smiling so wide and she put her arm around my waist making me freeze

"What the hell do you think you're doing? " I said grabbing her arm and throwing it away from my waist making her furrow

"You're hugging me last night" she pointed out while pouting

"And what about it? Get over it" I said and flicked her forehead making her groan. I sit up and get out of her bed.

"Where are you going, Nini? Let's cuddle " she said in her aegyo making me look back at her and gave her a death glare. She put her arms up in surrender as she lay down again.

"I'm going to have breakfast, if you want to join me then whatever" I said and walk downstairs seeing Kuma immediately as I picked him up and started peppering him with kisses

"I wish I'm Kuma" I heard Lisa groan from behind me and I just ignored her while putting Kuma down

"Feed Kuma I'll cook kimchi fried rice " I said and walk towards the fridge to get the ingredients.

"Nini, I'm done feeding Kuma can I help you? " she asked making me roll my eyes at how annoying she is this morning. "What will I do? " she asked not even bothering to wait for my approval.

"Cut this onion and garlic" I said and slide it all towards her. I grab an apron and put it on as I throw Lisa her apron

"You can put it on me" she said making me roll my eyes and she chuckled while putting it on.

I prepared everything before turning the stove on.

"Are you done cutting it all? " I asked looking towards Lisa who's sniffing. She turned her head towards me and I can see how much she's crying

"Almost... This onion sucks" she said looking back at the onion and I turn my head back to the pan as well... I didn't even know that I started smiling from that...

Maybe I just did.

Once she finished, she gave me everything and run towards the sink to wash her face while I started cooking for the both of us.

"Nini can you add a sunnyside up? " she asked with two eggs in her hand. I grab it from her and prepared another pan to fry it both

"Lisa" I started while she's busy digging in her kimchi fried rice so she just hummed to let me continue "were you having a nightmare last night? " I asked making her stop eating but she kept her eyes on the bowl of fried rice "what was that nightmare about?" I asked once again and she kept her eyes on the fried rice before looking up at me and immediately putting on a smile

"It's nothing... You know the monster type of thing" she says and looked back at her food and kept eating. I wanted to question her more cause you won't cry without a deeper reason.

Maybe it's about her parents so I didn't push the subject and just dropped it. After we ate everything Lisa walk towards the stove and looked at the pan

"You're not yet done? " I asked but she shakes her head while looking towards me

"We won't eat it, all right? Do you mind if I give it all to the security team? " she asked making me furrow my brows "they don't get to eat while they're on duty so I'll give this to them" she said asking for my permission so I just nodded and walk towards the living room. Later on, I saw Lisa walking out of the kitchen with some bowls and spoons, that's when Mr. Kang went in and saw Lisa so he immediately jogs towards her and helped her

"Mr. Kang give this to the security team, they might be hungry and nini cooked a lot" she said confusing Mr. Kang since I haven't been like that to them... Lisa's just different

"Alright.. I'll distribute this. Ms. Kim the car's ready" he said so I stood up shutting the tv off

"Where are you going, Nini? " Lisa asked

"I have a meeting in Vietnam, you're coming with me" I said and walk towards them

"Nini why the hell will you just say it so sudden when I haven't even packed yet is this how rich people go to a meeting?" she said making me roll my eyes

"I let someone pack your clothes already and we'll just stay for 2 days. Go take a shower" I said

"By the way, I'm just gonna go down to the security team to distribute these... Thank you, Lisa, your parents must be so proud of you" he said and I immediately look towards Lisa being sensitive about the topic

"I hope so" she said looking down a bit and plastering a slight smile before walking upstairs

"Mr. Kang can you not mention her parents? " I said looking over at him and I can see the guilt on his face

"I'm sorry, it just slipped out of my mouth. " he said bowing a little for an apology

"Mr. Kang, why did Lisa's parents die? " I asked once again looking at him

"I told you about it already Ms . Kim. Her parents died because of a car accident" he said. It doesn't make sense cause why will she say sorry to her parents while dreaming of them. She's not even with them when they died.

"Can you please look more to it, tell me if you find something out" I said making him nod.

I walked out from my room down to the living room and saw Lisa sitting there already wearing a long sleeve crop top and baggy jeans

"Wouldn't you put any makeup on? " I asked while petting Kuma who's beside Lisa

"I'll just put on a mask and do it on the plane before we land" she says so I nodded and grabbed my bag and walked out
