《Cubits Can't Save You Now (In Progress)》Chapter 2: Murp Romp

"First, this glitchy goop terrorized the Magma Wastelands back in our timeline, and now it's infecting MIXELS!?" Worried Flamzer.
"Well, from the lookzzzz of it." Said Teslo.
More static was heard, and it came from the spot where Meltus and Flamzer popped out of the ruler-shaped hole to escape the glitchy goop, which was pouring out of the side of a coconapple tree and creating loud static noises. The glitchy goop also had three nixels on it, but what was weird about them is that they had no pupils, was leaking the same glitchy goop out of their mouths, and they were smiling with their mouths wide open.
"What the.." Said Flamzer.
"You don't really zzzzee that everyday, do you?" Asked Teslo.
One of the nixels, the cube-eared nixel, slowly turned towards the three nixels and slowly waved with its glitchy goop-covered pincer. Meltus backed away, feeling very uncomfortable due to the nixels, but then he hit another invisible wall on his left side.
"Why is there an invisible wall here?" Meltus asked himself.
"Wait, another one?" Asked Flamzer.
Flamzer walked towards Meltus with Teslo following suit. Flamzer turned his back towards the wall and used his tail to burn part of the wall so it would make a hole, which showed giant text being read by what seemed to be a disembodied voice.
"THE BIGGEST, AND THE MOST EPIC MIXELS minisode.. " Read the disembodied voice.
Teslo pushed Flamzer away from the wall, preventing the hole from getting any bigger, as he just realized something.
"Was this invisible wall back in your timeline?" Asked Teslo.
"Well, it appeared in our timeline when we were being chased by that glitchy goop." Said Meltus.
"And was the wall facing wezzzzt as well?" Asked Teslo.
"..Yeah, must've been." Said Flamzer.

"So if you're from the future and you came back here, then that muzzzt mean that hole in that invisible wall took you back to the past!" Explained Teslo.
"I remember a time when everyone was partying at the 2nd annual Mix Fezzzztival and I think that, seeing lots of mixels partying in there, this hole might alzzzzo be a gateway to the past!"
"..So basically, if it's facing west, it's a portal to the past?" Assumed Meltus.
"That's right, but an invisible wall facing the EAST might take you to the far-off future at that case!" Replied Teslo.
Suddenly, a familiar laugh was heard which sounded exactly like Burnard. When the three mixels looked back at the coconapple tree leaking out the glitchy goop, Burnard was leaning on said coconapple tree. However, it seemed that his eyes were blocked with... the glitchy goop?
"Oh, hey guys!" Burnard waved at the three mixels.
Flamzer and Meltus gasped and then ran towards Burnard, happy lava tears forming in their each of their eyes. The three Infernite Cousins hugged each other, delighted to find that Burnard came back.
"Burnard, we missed you!" Exclaimed Flamzer and Meltus.
"I missed you guys too, hehe." Agreed Burnard.
"Then again, I got this sweet eye upgrade that lets me see anything I want!" Burnard pointed at the glitchy goop blocking his eyes.
Flamzer and Meltus noticed Burnard's eyes, and they had gone from happy and delighted to confused and concerned.
"Who did this to your eyes?" Asked Flamzer.
"This purple girl named Amethyst did it for some reason." Answered Burnard.
"And also this orange cat named Garfield, this blue cat named Gumball, this brown human named Craig, and this tan human named Steven Universe."
Meltus and Flamzer looked at each other in confusion, and then they came towards Teslo.

"I think I have a bad feeling about Burnard's 'eye upgrade'." Flamzer whispered to Teslo.
"Yeah, I hear ya." Meltus whispered to Flamzer.
"I mean, it's nice to see whatever you want and all, but it just looks really creepy."
"I honestly agree, but Burnard might not care either way." Teslo whispered back.
"What'd you say?" Asked Burnard, popping next to the three mixels out of nowhere.
The three mixels jumped because Burnard had popped up next to them without them knowing.
"DON'T SNEAK UP ON US LIKE THAT!" Shouted Flamzer.
"Well, then don't let your guard down next time, hehe." Said Burnard.
Teslo looked at Burnard with a disappointed face, but then he looked at the ruler-shaped hole, wondering if he and the Infernite Cousins have a choice to go in or not. On one hand, there's a rabid, glitchy, slime-like substance turning everyone into mindless zombies. On the other hand, the inside of the ruler-shaped hole takes place during the 2nd annual Mix Festival, meaning he and the Infernite Cousins will be forced to face the events of the 2nd Mix Festival all over again. More static was heard as the glitchy goop with the three nixels on it formed into a giant, humanoid mech made of glitchy goop.
"Agh!" Shouted Teslo as he noticed the glitchy mech.
"Oh, Schnixel! Quick, INTOTHEHOLE!" Worried Flamzer.
"Wait, NO-" Before Teslo could finish, Flamzer had grabbed him and headed into the portal along with Meltus, expect he forgot someone.
"Hey, where ya going?" Asked Burnard.
"Come on, the GLITCHINESS IS BEHIND YOU!" Worried Meltus.
"Nah, it's cool." Said Burnard.
Meltus grabbed Burnard and headed into the portal, the Glitch almost grabbing Meltus' foot. However, the Glitch instead decided to separate with a small part of it which was on Meltus' foot sticking to it with the rest of the Glitch invading Mixel Land.
(A/N: This is a reference to the end of the season 2 finale of The Owl House.)
In the portal, the 2nd Annual Mixel Festival was about to have a giant, black and white nuke dropped on it. A boom was heard, catching the four mixels' attention.
"..At this time, we should run. Right NOW!" Said Teslo.
The four mixels ran away from the wave of nixedness. However, when they went to a coconapple tree, the wave of nixedness somehow stopped and then they stopped hearing the humming noise the wave made.
"...Wait, past me and the tribal leaders come here with the Hamlonga Sandwiches and.." Teslo gasped as he realized the tribal leaders could see him and the Infernite Cousins, which could probably not end well.
Teslo climbed up the Coconapple tree and motioned for the Infernite Cousins to catch up.
"Wait a minute, why are we hiding?" Asked Flamzer.
"..Isn't it obvious?" Questioned Murp Romp Teslo.
As if to answer his question, the four mixels heard a voice, and it sounded exactly like Flain, the leader of the Infernites.
"Alright, dudes!" Exclaimed Flain.
Cut to a medium shot of the tribal leaders.
"Get your Hamlogna sandwi- wha?" Flain was interrupted by the sight of his nixed friends and compadres, which shocked the other Series 1 & 2 tribal leaders.
"What happened here?" Asked Flurr.
"Look! It's Major Nixel, and the Mixel Festival cubits are destroyed!" Pointed Gobba.
"He's nixed the festival!" Shouted Kraw.
"And our friends!" Said ECA Teslo.
Krader jumped up and shouted for the tribal leaders to attack the nixels. Meanwhile, Meltus was about to sneeze, but Flamzer covered his nostrils.
