"Where's your man?" Charlie asked just as Bella left with Edward, Valentine laughed.
"I pick him up dad. I asked him to go, remember?" Valentine smirked.
"Ah, yes, I do remember. Rembered safe sex." Charlie said and Valentine cringed.
"No dad, he's fifteen. Gosh old people and there safe sex talk to ther kids," Valentine said gaging for extra effect.
Onyx barked wagging his tail. Four months old and about to Valentine knees, it's safe to say Onyx was going to be a big boy.
"Hi Onyx, gonna pick up daddy for prom, isn't that right boy," Valentine said playfully, petting the hyper boy.
"Don't forget-"
"To take him on a walk, yes I remember. I'm not old enough to have amnesia just yet boy," Charlie grumbled but smiled all the same.
"Yeah yeah old man. Alright I'm heading out." Valentine smiled before getting his keys from the kitchen table leaving Onyx to look longing after him.

"I can't believe you asked me to go to prom with you," Jake laughed looking handsome in his all black tux and Valentine in his all white.
"I wouldn't want to go with anyone else," Valentine smiled grabbing Jake's hand in his and lacing there fingers as they walked inside the gym room where the party really was.
There was cards, drinks, foods, gamed, and of course dancing going on all around them.
"Your school takes prom really seriously," Jake laughed awkwardly.
"Your such a introvert," Valentine laughed kissing his pup on the cheeks.
"Whatever." Jake mumbled, a pretty blush on his cheeks.
"Valentine!" Benjamin called, one two of Valentine only close human friends.
"This is they guy you've been all gushy about, I see why," Benji smirked looking Jake up and down, his hair trimmed just a bit.

"Eyes off Benji," Valentine warned, and something in Val's voice told Ben to follow order.
"Yes, sir." Benji saluted, giving a firm nod. Ben was out and bi. He was lean and fit, red hair shining from the disco lights and blue eyes full of life and happiness. He had absolutely no problem finding his next fling, because Ben didn't do serious.
Benji eyes when to Calum, they where swing to the music slowly and sensually.
"Fuck, hot damn. That man is fucking perfect," Benji smiled dreamily. Unless it was Calum, Benji had once told him, but apparently Calum doesn't see him that way.
"Go dance with them, dude." Valentine incouraged, nudging Ben to Calum's direction.
Ben shook his head eagerly, he took a deep breath and walked up to Calum.
"What's he saying?" Valentine asked. Every sense his turn last month, his sense has been getting better. Sometimes overwhelming.
"He's stuttering like crazy, his palms are sweety, his hearts pounding." Jake said as he zeroed in on the two
"He's scared he'll get rejected," Valentine said, a frown in his voice that Jake didn't like.
"He chickened out. He said he wanted to asked if he wanted cherry lime are pink lemonade," Jake said, voice full holding disappointment.
"He grad his hand!" Valentine almost squealed and Calum pulled the much bigger man to him, and smoothly asked for a dance.
Jake didn't have to interpret for Valentine to understand the hopelessly in love look Benji had when Calum took the lead like he was dorn to do it.
"Damn that kid can dance," Valentine said through a laugh.
"You can too, can't you?" Jake asked.
"Yeah, would you like me to show you?" Valentine asked him, smirking. It was obvious Val was gonna be taking all a Jake's time tonight, and Jake was going to loss himself in it. He could find himself of Saturday.

Jake nodded and Valentine walked them outside. Val took him to a beautiful garden with fairy lights and tiny fire flys. They could still hear the loud music from inside the school building.
Valentine bowed low in practice. He slowly swung his head out before tilting his head up and looking Jake in his eyes.
"Would you like to dance," Valentine asked, a gentle smile playing on his face.
"Of course," Jake answered following along wonderfully.
"Lead or follow? I'm quite versatile." Valentine teased as he straightened up.
"I'll follow, you lead. I'm not that good of a dancer." Jake admitted as he let Valentine cupp his right sholder blade.
Lifting his right elbow, Valentine rolled his shoulders back and stood up straight with his belly tuck in.
"Follow me than," Valentine said voice firm but gently.
Valentine took precise, easy, steps. Confident and smiling. He looked in his element as he led Jake around the Garden. Valtine's confidence made it easy for Jake to follow.
"Don't be hesitant," Valentine said when he noticed a moment of hesitation in Jacob steps. Valentine led the dance with his body as he listened to the music, watching and enjoying Jake is he became more confident and hesitant.
"Chemistry is important for dancing," Valentine explained, "and we have that in spades." He smiled as he grabbed Jake by the waist and put him closer, there lips just barely grazing. "We fit perfectly together," Valentine said as he suddenly took Jake and twirl him bringing him back, lips meeting again for a beautiful amazing second as Valentine took him into a low dip.
"I'd say you're pretty good at this " Valentine's smiled as he bowed down.
Jake was painting a little, out of breath. "And you're damn good at this," Jake astonished. "I would have been appalled if I wasn't, I have been doing it for nearly 10 years," Valentine explained as he brought them back up.
Valentine's grabbed Jake by his narrowed waist as he leaned in. Only mere centimeters from their lips touching.
"Happy birthday," Jake practically beamed at him as Valentine finally kissed him long, deep, and passionate.
