Valtine woke up in a hard uncomfortable bed, he blinked the blinding light away.
"Where Jake?" Valentine asked his father.
"He's right there," Charlie said gesturing to the seat Jake was asleep on.
"What happend?" Jake asked as the memory refused to come to.
"You fainted from lack of sleep, I guess Bella leaving did a number on both of use. Huh?" Charlie said with a chuckle.
"Mmm, yeah. I remember," Jake lied nodding his head.
"Where am I?" Valentine asked.
"Phoenix, Jake said you two came to try to find bella," Charlie explained.
"Yeah, that sound like me." Valentine agrees though that was far from the truth.
"Hey... um, gwo long was a out for?" Valentine asked.
"About a day and a half. That little shit stayed up with you all night. He's been asleep for about four hours, told him I'll wake him if you wake up," Charlie explained.
"C-can I talk to him?" Valentine asked. Charlie only gave a understanding smile before walking over to Jake and saking him awake.
"He's awake, I'll give you too some space," Charlie said before turing to go out the door making sure to close it shut.
"Hi," Jake whispered getting up and resting the back of his hand on Valentine forehead.
"Hi.... everything feels like a fever dream," Valentine admitted.
"Your not so hot anymore," Jake mumbled, relieve clear in his voice as he dragged his head from Jake's forehead to hus cheek.
"That's good," Valentine said feeling numb but for the hand that touched him.
"I was so scared Val. You can't do that again, put yourself in danger, you can't.... I don't think I could handle that again, " Jak cried leaning into vaks sholder, placing his forehead down gently as he cried.

"I'm sorry puppy, I won't put you through that again," Valentine promised stroking Jake's long hair in contentment.
God he loved this man.
"Say it again," Jake whispered.
"Say what again?" Val asked, confused.
"You love me," Jake answered. There was a short second of shock before he chuckled and said softly "I love you, pup. More then anything."
"I love you too."
Jake tilting his head up and licked his lips, Valentine eyes following the movement.
Valentine leaned down Kurt a little bit and connected there lips in a sweet linger kiss. Jake moan when Valentine slipped his tongue in, exploring every craves of Jake's mouth. When Valentine pulled back Jake let a wimperd leave his throat.
"Go to prom with me?" It wasn't really a question, Jake knew but he answer anyways.
"Ok."
