《math class | gwinam x reader》chapter 27 - if this was a movie

"... So you know?" Nam-Ra asked me, looking at me with wide eyes filled with hope.
I zoned back in looking at her, realising that I had in fact asked her to explain something or rather to me, however, I had got myself completely lost and out of focus.
"Uh yeah totally." I responded, smiling at her before she went back to talking about something again.
We walked over to the concrete and the gates next to the bus stop to leave the school, Nam-Ra rolling her eyes at the two boys before us playing with some red football. Jason accidentally let the ball bounce over to us, almost hitting us to girls, muttering some type of apology or something, I was almost about to tell him to keep his ball away from us because we could have been hurt, however, I soon became completely and utterly distracted when I looked up to have my eyes met with none other than the most beautiful eyes someone could ever own, one would have to be blessed to be held with that much beauty, or to even look at it.
Gwinam and I locked eyes for about a minute before I quickly looked away, looking down at my dirty, black coloured school shoes. But let me tell you, that minute, felt like a million forevers combined.
I blushed and sheepishly smiled to myself over the fact that Gwinam and I had locked eyes, feeling butterflies erupt in my stomach until I remembered that he was in fact only into me because I was new, and he in fact hitted on On-Jo when she was new too. I mentally smacked myself in the face over getting all worked up and flustered over Gwinam again. It's so stupid, he's so stupid, I kept reminding myself.

This isn't a movie, and if it was, you two would have got back together by now. He doesn't care about you. Move on. The little voice in my head repeated over to me as if I was trying to make myself believe that I didn't still want the adorable but steamingly hot mullet headed bad boy.
"Okay, bye Y/N, I'll see you tomorrow!" Nam-Ra happily chirped to me before I quickly muttered a short good bye back to her and she then left to outside of the tall jail like black barred gates surrounding the premises.
I sighed again, looking back at Gwinam, who was happily playing with his football with his best friend. His school shirt untucked from his low cut school uniformed pants, a couple of buttons at the bottom of his shirt un done, slightly revealing his gorgeous, lickable abs. My eyes then trailed up to his messily done tie which was wrapped around his tanned neck, also homing the tips of his sexy, iconic mullet.
Sure maybe he was a dipshit, a bully, a bad person, a guy who hits on every new girl within a 500 mile radius and has his head so far up his own ass he can't even see how his actions hurt, or even effect other people, but why did I have to fuck up the one chance I ever had with Gwinam?
Why do I feel this way about him? He's a bad guy, and if it was meant to be and if this was a movie he would be here by now.

Breakers
My name is Joo In-gong. The name that my parents gave me meant ‘protagonist’ of the world. As anyone can predict, I was constantly teased due to my name. In kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school. If I went to university as planned then I would probably be laughed at there as well. So, at one point, I really hated my name. But not anymore. Now, I think slightly differently. Maybe being named Joo In-gong was a type of foreshadowing?
