《That bakery girl [Gojoxreader]》Path

The first special thing that appeared to you was your sharp sense of smell. You could easily read the person by their scent. Your family found out about it in a funny way. While your mother, who had a light fever at the time, was about to feed you warm milk from the fridge as she brought the bottle close to you, you started to cry and refuse to drink the milk. Why did you cry? Well your mother forgot to look at the date to find it has expired for two weeks. Similar situations kept on happening during your happy childhood.

You learned that every person has a special scent. The related ones have a more similar one. In that way, the line between a kind and a selfish person, strong or weak was easy to see. The stronger the person the stronger the scent.

Curses, tho, were the opposite. They all had the same scent. The bitter scent of malice. Number of killed humans and strength is what made their scent stronger.

Now, understandably, in your life you have only once encountered a strong curse, when you were little, because in this village nothing bad happens.

Why are you thinking about this now? Well for the first time since that faithful day, something happened in your peaceful life. Someone came in, someone who doesn't wanna get out of it easily. You aren't sure how to react to it. You felt happy for being noticed but you weren't noticed for you but your "strength".

Does that mean if I didn't have the cursed energy he would just leave me as I am?

"...y/n..."

Does he only want to use me in order to gain for himself even though he seemed kind?

"...Y/n..."

Maybe it wasn't a good idea to accept the offer for a meeting from Gojo-san. It doesn't matter I just won't show up after -

"Y/N!!!"

You flinched as you felt a hand on your shoulder. As you look in front of yourself you see burned cookies in the oven and the smoke coming out. Before you could help, grandma Chihiro -aka your boss and the owner of the bakery- takes the cookies out and turns off the oven.

"Aahh, I'm so sorry granny, I spaced out for a moment!! I will make new ones immediately! " You apologise as you open the window in the kitchen for the smoke to come out. "Y/n dear it's alright, but are you ok? This has never happened to you before??" The old lady asked concerned.

"Yes granny, I just had a rough night that's all" although you sounded very convincing to yourself, the old lady wasn't convinced in the slightest. Can't blame her she practically raised you and helped you through life as a guide. "Y/n I can tell you have a lot on your mind so how about you take a day off for today? I can manage alone for one day these old bones aren't that weak yet!"she joked and smiled brightly. "No no it's fine I-" "I insist dear!"she cut you off before you could complain.

"Alright but at least let me wash the dishes from this morning..." you sighed defeated. "That's fair then I will dry them"she smiles victoriously.

As you wash the dishes in silence for a moment, the granny notices your state again.

"Ah I remember now... You space out when you are upset!"nervously you look at the granny next to yo"Upset? Who said I was upset?? I'm not upset..."she smiles warmly"So why are you upset?"with a sigh you answer. "I just... I'm not sure what choice to make... When i think I've chosen the right one, immediately something wrong comes to mind... And the more I think about it the more I feel that it's better to not make a choice at all..." you weren't wrong, sometimes the best thing to do is the thing that won't set anyone off.

"Y/n, sweetie, I know that the moment that time comes you will make the right one. Your mind is like this water, dear. When it is agitated it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle the answer becomes clear..."

Your eyes widen as you process the words. One thought after the other and you finally understand what she means. With that you calm down and smile softly at the lady. You finished the dishes and after you dried your hands you gave granny a warm hug.

"Thank you Chihiro-san... for... everything" "Of course my dear..." "You know, sometimes I feel like you know everything about me!" "I diapered your bottom, I bloody well ought to missy!"you both burst out laughing with that.

As you waved goodbye, a feeling of relief filled you. Giving a chance won't hurt right? And you can always decline. With that in thought you skipped to the bridge near the river.

You slowly go under the bridge while you open a bag of dog food. The opening sound of the bag is followed by a happy little husky sounds. You smile brightly at the little ball of furr and happiness as he eats the food you buy for him everyday. (

"Fushiguro-kun you are more than welcome to join me here!"you say when you turn around and see a blushing boy with a bag. He got caught staring. He slowly comes closer and pets the puppy.

"So what brings you here Fushiguro-kun??"curiously you glance at the boy next to you. He relaxes while he watches the husky eat.

"I was walking around the village when I noticed him alone under the bridge, so I went to the store to buy dog food but when I came back you were already here..."he says.

"Aah I completely understand! He is adorable isn't he?? His name is Maru-chan!"you happily explain as Maru-chan finishes his food. He comes closer to you and you start spoiling him with pats and praises. Fushiguro looks quite envious as you hold the dog in your arms.

"Would you like to hold him??"you ask politely. Fushiguro answers with a quick yes and carefully takes Maru-chan in his arms.

"You look happy with Maru-chan. Do you have dogs maybe??" "Yes, two actually."Ah so Fushiguro-kun is a dog person... "Oh my goodness! That's lovely."you smile brightly.

He looks at you then turns his gaze. "We should go now the others are waiting for you."he says when he puts Maru-chan on the ground. "Yeah, you're right. You go back I will just go home to change quickly."you assure him before you leave. "Alright see you soon."

As you got home you notice a little note attached to your gate. You curiously take it and open it.

"Thanks for the kikufuku!"

It also had a little cute drawing in the corner of Gojo-san with a big smile.

You blush and laugh at the dorkiness of this person. Honestly you almost can't believe he is a teacher. Must be fun having a teacher like that. Tho no matter how hard you try you just couldn't imagine him as a teacher to you. Is that a bad thing?

Without much thinking you secured the note in your pocket and went inside to change.
