《Make Me Love Again (THE VAMPIRE DIARIES)》THE SUN ALSO RISES

Jeremy, Bonnie and I are down in the basement, still flipping through the pages of old grimoires.
"This is useless. All these grimoires. There has to be something in here to keep Elena from becoming a vampire." 'Remy tells us.
"And we'll keep looking. Until the last minute." Bonnie says as I go back to reading Emily Bennett's grimoire.
"Glad to know I still have a dance partner." I say to Greta over hearing her say she was only loyal to me. I look over to Elena, Jenna and Jules.
"Hello, my lovelies. Are we ready?" I ask them.
Jules, Jules continues to moan in pain as I retrieves the moonstone from my pocket.
"I've got the moonstone. I spent 500 years looking for this. I hate to part with it." I tell Greta handing over the moonstone, who takes it off me before looking up to the sky.
"The moon has passed its apex. Remember everything you need to do?" She tells me.
"I remember." I tell her with confidence. Greta drops the moonstone into a stone bowl filled with flames. Sparks fly as the moonstone is destroyed. Greta begins chanting the spell. Klaus approaches the rings of fire. Jules still lies on the ground, moaning in pain, but looks up at Elena.
"Everything I did...I was just trying to help Tyler." She groans in pain to Elena.
"Are you Jules?" Elena questions her stupidly, who else would it be.
"I didn't want him to be alone!" She yells to Elena, I look down to her.
"Shall we?" I ask her.
The ring of fire around Jules disappears Jules's eyes turn yellow and she uses her werewolf speed to rush at at me. However before she can do any damage I rip out her heart holding it in my hand with a smirk. I look over to the other rings to the occupants horrified, my smirk grows wider.
I am still sat in the basement of the witch house reading grimoires about how to keep Elena alive even though she has only ever beee rude to me in return. I would feel guilty for her to die when I could have helped. Bonnie is leaning over Jeremy's shoulder to see what she is reading.
"Which one are you reading?" She asks him placing a hand on her shoulder.
"Emily Bennett's, there's a section on spells she did for my ancestor, Johnathan Gilbert." He tells her.
"Yeah, I think she had a thing for him." Bonnie replies flirting. He looks up at Bonnie who smiles back at him. Whilst I just scrunch up my face in disgust.
"There's something on a resuscitative spell she was working on." Jeremy says.
"I saw that, too. She just didn't explain what it did, exactly." She tells him.
"Well, maybe Johnathan wrote about it in his journals. You know, I can have Stefan bring them." Jeremy tells her searching for her phone.
The basement door creaks open. "Someone's here." I tell them standing up ready to defend them. Alaric walks in so I sit back down and continue to read.
"Hey, what are you doing here?" Jeremy questions him.
"Elijah and Stefan are upstairs. You mind if I have a second with Jeremy and Aria?" He asks Bonnie.
"Sure, yeah. Of course." Bonnie says hugging Jeremy and giving me a smile before she leaves the basement.
"What's the matter?" I ask Alaric
"Jeremy...Something's happened to Jenna." She tells us Jeremy looks up at him blankly. I just explode. "What do you mean something has happened to Jenna!?" I tell him

"Klaus took her for the sacrifice" he tells me upset.
" I am going to fix it" I say before anyone can stop me I stomp up the stairs, getting a plan together in my head.
I walk Outside to see, Bonnie talking to Stefan and Elijah.
"Why did he take Jenna?" Bonnie questions as I walk over to them.
"A punishment for meddling." Elijah replies as I begin to growl. My canines coming out and eye beaming purple. I feel arms wrap around me and I slowly begin to calm down. I look up to see Eli still involved in the conversation.
"Klaus was going to use Tyler and Caroline. But Damon rescued them." Stefan Informs us
"Then we need to go. Now. Before Jenna's been sacrificed. I can kill Klaus myself." Bonnie says with a worried tone.
"Bonnie...If you use that much power, you'll be dead. We've already been through this. It's not an option." Stefan tells her.
"Neither is letting Jenna die." She replies sternly.
"Well, Stefan would agree with you." Elijah informs us. Bonnie and I look confused as Stefan walks forward.
"We're going to offer another vampire. One that he'll want more. Me." Stefan says.
"Not happening, I have a better plan and it's better than yours." I tell them growling
"What is it little mate?" Elijah asks me.
I now go on to tell them my plan. How Stefan will distract Klaus by asking him to use himself as the vampire sacrifice, and whilst that happens I will get Jenna out using my magic and put another in her place one that deserves it.
"I don't want you to do it, it has to many risks and I won't loose you." Elijah says and Stefan and bonnie nod agreeing.
"Trust me on this one. I have never met a witch more powerful and I can break magic with my blood it will be fine." I reassure him, but he still doesn't look convinced.
Greta continues chanting a spell while i hold Jules's heart over the bowl which is on fire, slowly squeezing the blood into the flames.
"Does that mean it's working?" I ask Greta impatiently.
"It's working." She tells me continuing to concentrate at the bowl. I look over to see Jenna and Elena having a heated conversation but I don't listen in, respecting their privacy before I well... kill them.
Stefan is standing outside the house. I walk over to him.
"Bonnie did the locator spell. They're at Steven's Quarry." I tell him.
"Aria and I will head over there first and you'll follow with Bonnie when it's time." Stefan tells me
"Just as the moon hits its final phase. She's to stay hidden until then. He cannot know that she's alive. And make sure nothing happens to aria or I will have your head." I tell him.
Stefan nods and begins to walk to aria.
"Are you going to go through with the whole plan is, um, it's contingent upon your honor, Elijah." Stefan asks me.
"I won't fail you." I tell him with no falter in my voice.
"Klaus is your brother. I know I've wanted to kill my brother a thousand times. I've never been able to." Stefan says to me.
"Well, Klaus was not my only brother. I had siblings; parents. I had a family. Over the centuries, Klaus hunted them down one by one and he took them from me. He scattered them across the seas where their bodies could not be found." I say to him justifying my choice.

"You want revenge." Stefan scoffed..
"Sometimes there's honor in revenge, Stefan. I won't fail you." I tell him.
"Please end this." He asks me before grabbing aria and leaving.
I approach the ring of fire containing Jenna.
"Hello, Jenna." I say to her tauntingly. They both get up and look at me.
"Let her go. I understand that I have to die, but she doesn't!" Elena screams at me walking closer to the flames causing them to rise. She quickly moves away from the edge.
"Careful." I say to her mockingly.
"Elena, don't." Jenna says in a fed up tone which surprises me.
"No, Jenna! We can't leave Jeremy without a family. I followed your rules; I did everything that you asked. I didn't run. Please." Elena asks pleading although Jenna just rolls her eyes.
"Well, well." I say looking up the cliff to see Stefan. "I don't recall you being on the guest list." I continue. Jenna and Elena look up as well. Elena gasps, As she realises that it is Stefan who stands on top of the cliff.
"I'm here to talk." Stefan says.
"Very well, then." I say as I jump to the top of the cliff.
"What can I do for you, Mr. Salvatore?" I ask him humorously.
Stefan and Klaus are talking on the cliff top. Elena and Jenna are surrounded by tings as fire. I glance up to Stefan before chanting a spell to make me invisible.
"What's going on?" Jenna asks Elena as they look up to the cliff. Before their conversation can continue I appear next to Jenna's circle. She turn round and jumps in shock, before she can say anything I place a finger over my mouth, motioning her to be quiet.
I stand their quietly whilst Greta continues to chant within her eyes closed. I begin to try and find a way around the spell. However I don't find one, so I take the pocket knife out of my coat and carefully slice my wrist dripping the blood on the fire.
I motion Jenna over the barrier and she follows quickly. Before the barrier goes up again I dash behind the tree grAbbing the other vampire that damon had turned earlier placing him in the circle.
I turn around and grab Jenna leading her back to the witch house as quietly as possible ignoring the calls of Elena.
Alaric and I are waiting for Damon and Bonnie to walk up the stairs.
"It's time." I tell them as they both begin to head to the door. Alaric and I follow them out.
"All right. I got the weapons in the car." Alaric tells us as we approach the door.
"Bonnie's the only weapon we need." Tell him walking out of the doorway. Alaric is stopped by the invisible barrier keeping him inside the witches house.
"Bonnie! What is this?" Alaric tells to her. She turns round to look at him.
"I can't put anyone else at risk." She tells him.
"I can't stay here with Jenna out there!" Alaric tells them in distress.
"I'm sorry." Bonnie tells them.
"You can't do this! Damon?" Alaric asks Damon with a pleading look.
"Sorry, buddy. She's right." Damon tells him as we all walk away.
"No! You can't do this. Bonnie! Bonnie!" He screams as he angrily hits the doorframe.
"You're quite the hero, aren't you? I've heard that about you." I tell Stefan smirking.
"Just make the trade. Me for Jenna." He asks
Stefan and I have come down from the cliff top and approach the circles to see Elena and someone that has never been seen.
"Where's Jenna?" I ask her grinding my teeth, angry that think aren't going to plan.
"Aria came and got her out and left." She replies shaking.
"Of course aria." I reply.
I vamp speed around Stefan and stake him in the back. Stefan screams in pain and crumbles to the ground.
"No! Stefan! No!" Elena screams out. I rip the stake out of Stefan's back, leaving a sizable chunk of wood in his back.
"I have other plans for your boyfriend. I want him alive. But for now..." I say to her snapping Stefan's neck causing him to fall to the floor.
I use the vampire that Jenna a whs replaced with much hesitation. They barely struggle as I plunge the stake into his heart, completing the second stage of the ritual.
"It's time." I say to elena not much longer after I had killed the vampire. The circle of fire disappears from around Elena. Elena looks up at him. I extend my hand towards her. Elena gets up from the ground and walks past me. Elena makes her way to the altar and looks down at The dead vampires body. I follow her up to the altar and grab Elena's face in my hand.
"Thank you, Elena. I need this to protect my mate." I tell her sincerely
"Go to hell." She says in pure anger.
I sink my fangs into her neck and start to drain Elena of her blood. When I am finished I release her and Elena falls to the ground. Blood drips from my mouth and the flame in the bowl is extinguished. Elena's body lays lifeless. I breathe heavily and walk down the stone steps.
"I can feel it. It's happening." I say with excitement looking up to the full moon, all of a sudden my bones begin to crack as I start to transform.
"Yes, yes!" I scream before I am thrown in the air, I hear spells being chanted but most of what is happening is being blocked out by the pain I feel from the transformation.
"Phasmatos Infero Eseri Gratas, Disasustos Vom, Mas Pro Je Ta Sue Te. Victamas Veras." Bobbie chants as large fires form along her path as she advances on my brother.
"No! You were dead!" Niklaus says in disbelief whilst writhing in agony. Bonnie continues to chant the spell and my brothers body snaps into many painful shapes, as he continues to scream. I feel slightly guilty of what I know I have to do to my brother, but I know that I have to avenge my siblings. Out the corner of my eye I see Damon collect Elena's body off the floor placing her down next to Stefan. I see Damon pull the stake out of his back before running off with her body. Bonnie continues to chant the spell, trees smash down and Niklaus continues to scream. I slowly advance him and bonnie then stops chanting.
"Elijah?" He questions to vulnerability glistening his eyes.
"Hello, brother." I tell him emotionless prepared for what I am about to do. I punch my arm into Niklaus's chest grabbing a hold of his heart.
"In the name of our family, Niklaus..." I tell him twisting his heart in my hand.
"I didn't bury them at sea!" He blurts to me, and I slightly loosen the grip I have on his heart.
"What?" I ask him slowly.
"Their bodies are safe. If you kill me, you'll never find them." He tells me in pain.
"Elijah! Don't listen to him." Stefan yells out from behind me, I choose to ignore him.
"Elijah. I can take you to them. I give you my word...brother." Niklaus tells me struggling to get the last words out. I take my hand out of his chest forming a plan to get out of there. I wanted revenge, now I just want my family.
"Do it and I'll take you both out." Bonnie spits to me.
"You'll die." I snarl at her.
"I don't care." She says to me confidently. I look down to my brother then glance back up towards Stefan and bonnie.
"I'm sorry." I tell them sincerely and they both run towards me and Niklaus.
"No!" They both yell, but before they too close I run further into the forest so that Niklaus can continue to shift and honour the deal.
I take Jenna away from the witch house as soon as she and Alaric have reunited, he was so happy to see her alive. I have a slight feeling that something went wrong with the sacrifice, however I chose to ignore it and help Jenna instead. I make a ring for Jenna before teaching her the basics of vampirism, she has done very well with it. I don't know if elena has survived but I assumed that she is, those brothers would never let her die and it is what is tearing them apart. I haven't heard from Elijah as well, so I assume that he did not go through with they plan. I just hope that he is ok.
"I'm almost ready." I say to Jeremy, getting ready to go to John's funeral, he knows how close I was to him. The news of his death broke me, I know the others weren't as keen of him, but he was always there for me. He was the only one who even tried to help me, I just wish other things had gone to plan. I wish he didn't have to go to save elena.
"Yeah, take your time." Jeremy says as I let out a shaky exhale.
"John wanted me to give you this." Jeremy tells me as he hand me a letter. "And this." He says giving me John's Gilbert ring. And Jeremy then leaves the room.
I open up the letter, then begin to read it 'Aria...it's no easy task being an ordinary parent to an extraordinary child. I failed in that task. And because of my prejudices, I failed you. I'm haunted by how things might have played out differently. The only time I felt I proved to you that I was a good father was when I helped you control the shift, we spent so much time together and I missed that. For me, it's the end. For you, a chance to grow old get with someone who make you happy, even if it is with a original. I wish for you to give the ring to someone who deserves it and need to be protected. I don't ask for your forgiveness or for you to forget. I ask only that you believe this. When you were human, and even when you turned into a wolf I loved you all the same as I've always loved you, and always will. John.'
Me and Jeremy walk to the cemetery and see Alaric and Jenna waiting. I helped her through the transition and she had very good control.I decided to have a small funeral for John and decided that I only wanted the four of us to go there. I kneel down and place two roses on a his grave plot. Tears streaming down my face. Then I run into Jeremy's arms and continue to cry.
The others leave and I decide to stay behind, not wanting them too see me break apart. I say their for hours thinking about the time I spent with John not even knowing he was my father.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by a large black wolf approaching me. It's eyes beaming an orange colour. It walked over to me and placed its head on my legs almost as a sign of comfort.
It rubs its nose against my eye's "why am I crying?" I ask him. As he gives me a slight nod.
"I just wish that not everyone would sacrifice themselves for someone who doesn't need saving. I lost the one person who I could look up to, and now I am just alone." I tell him with tears streaming down my face.
"And now I am a lunatic talking to a wolf." I say humorously. The wolf looks back at me before disappearing back to the woods.

Not your average Bird
Rago didn't have what you would call a good life... Or lives, in his case. For you see, Rago is one of an infinitesimally small number of people that remembers his previous lives. In his first life, he was a young spartan warrior that was killed for being too weak. In his second life, he was a young squire in the courts of Camelot that was tragically killed when his master lost control of his horse, and it kicked him in the head. In his third life, he was a child soldier in Africa that managed to escort a group of children to safety before he was shot in the head by their now ex-captors. And in his fourth life, he spent his entire life in a hospital bed being treated for a currently incurable auto-immune disease. ... But, that's when things changed. He was suddenly brought before an all-powerful being and given yet another go at life... Let's hope things are different this time.
