《SUMMER CAMP || NAMJIN✔️》₂₆

I stood there, shocked, as I looked down at Jin who stared up at me, still naked and covered in sweat.
"You what?" I ask, unable to process the words that had just come out of his mouth.
Jin's face fell a bit, his features becoming a bit worried.
"I'm sorry, I just thought maybe now was a good time to tell you. I'm sorry." Jin says, his cheeks flushed.
I watched as he began to pull on his clothes, frantic to leave the room.
"Jin, hold on." I say but he was already rushing towards the exit. "Jin!" I called, rushing after him and grabbing ahold of his arm, stopping him.
When I spun him around I saw his eyes red, tears threatning to spill.
"Why are you crying?" I ask, shocked as I blinked at him. "I-" But Jin couldn't seem to speak.
"You can't leave without hearing my response." I say, taking Jin's face in my hands gently.
Jin looked up at me, his eyes glazed and his cheeks flushed.
I smiled as I stared into his eyes, wishing I would never have to look away.
"I love you, Jin. I know you're the person I want to be with for as long as you'll allow me to." I say.
Jin looked taken back now before he broke down in tears, throwing himself into my chest.
"You dumbass! I was so scared for a second." Jin says and I chuckle as I cradle the back of his head.
"You have no reason to worry. I love you, Jin." I say as I feel my own heart beating quickly.
I had admitted out loud what I had been feeling for awhile now. I felt free. I felt at peace.
"Really?" He asked as he pulled back, his face covered in tears as he smiled with his eyes.
"Really." I confirm and Jin smiles as he leans forward and kisses me. I kiss back, loving the feeling.
This is all I had ever needed, no matter how much I denied it at first. I've always needed Jin.

"You're leaving already?" Kyungmin asks, her eyes wide and her lips in a pout.
"Yeah, we're going to visit my family." Jin says but he seemed nervous as he said it.
"Promise you'll come visit again soon. I love you already!" Kyungmin says and I smile as Jin looks taken back.
"Of course." Jin says and I nudge his shoulder, motioning us to go.
It would take us a bit to get to Jin's house so we needed to head out now in order to get there before it got too late.
By the looks of it, Jin was really nervous. I know it's because he's afraid they won't accept him.
I'm sure it'll all be okay though. I was afriad in the beginning of what my friends would think but everything turned out okay.
Even if it didn't, I would be here for Jin no matter what. I love him too much not to.
After a while we finally arrived at Jin's house and he seemed to grow even more nervous by the second.
"It's gonna be okay, I'm right here." I say, trying my best to make sure Jin felt okay.
Jin looked up at me, his eyes glazed with worry. He swallowed and nodded before heading towards the door.
As we entered the house, I followed behind Jin, looking around and taking everything in.
His house was huge and very beautiful. It was like he was rich or something.
"Jin?" I hear and both of us look up to see a guy who didn't seem much older then us.
"Hey." Jin says, smiling slightly as he went to him and hugged him.
"Namjoon, this is my brother, Seok Jung." Jin says and I smile and extend my hand.
"New friend?" Jin's brother asks, shaking my hand and offering me a smile.
I looked down at Jin who seemed stumped on how to answer the question.
It's not like I was going to pressure him into telling his brother on the spot so I stayed silent.
"Something like that." Jin chuckled awkwardly. Jin's brother rose his eyebrows at that.

"More then a friend?" He asked, his voice tiptoeing around Jin as if he were being cautious.
I pressed my lips together, not saying anything just as Jin didn't.
"You two aren't like, together...are you?" Jin's brother asked, his features slightly taken back.
Jin looked even more nervous then he already was before we got here.
When Jin didn't reply his brother looked over at me then back at Jin.
Then he cracked the hugest smile ever.
"Were you planning to keep it a secret forever?"
Jin looked up, his expression clouded. "Wait, you're not mad?" Jin asked.
Seok Jung shook his head as he chuckled. "Why would I be?" He asked.
Jin looked down slightly as he shrugged. "You're my brother and I'll love you no matter what, idiot."
Jin looked up at his brother and smiled. "Thanks." He says and I smile too, unable to hold it back.
"Welcome. You should probably tell mom and dad though, I'm sure they would like to know."
"I know, that's actually why I'm here." He says and Seok Jung nods, motioning his finger towards a room.
"Well they're in their room so go ahead." He says as he smiles.
I rest my hand on Jin's shoulder and he looks up at me, smiling slightly as he nods.
As we head towards the room, Jin stops and turns to me.
"No matter what happens, please don't leave me." He says and I chuckle.
"Why would I leave you? I wouldn't even dream of it." I say and Jin lets out a breath and nods.
He turns and knocks. After a moment, I hear someone call out, "Come in!"
Jin pushed the door open and on the bed I saw Jin's parents, his father reading and his mother watching something on the tv.
"You're home!" His mother said, smiling widely as she hurried over and squished him in a hug.
When he pulled away she looked back at me. "Who Is this?" She asked, a smile on her lips.
His mother was beautiful. Jin actually resembled her quite a lot in their facial features.
I guess beauty ran in his family.
"Mom, this is Namjoon." Jin says and I take a step into the room and bow.
"I'm glad to meet one of Jin's friends! He never brings anyone home to meet us so it's great to meet someone finally!" She says as she rushes to me, pulling me into a hug.
From behind her I see Jin smile slightly then he looks over at his father.
"You're actually home today?" Jin asked and his father looked up just as his wife pulled away, joining his side.
"Yeah, hard to believe, I know." He says and I laugh a bit.
That catches his attention, causing him to look over at me. "When did you two meet?"
I looked over at Jin then back at his father. "We met during summer camp but we've shared a dorm in college since school started."
"Just the two of you?" He asked and from the corner of my eye I could see Jin getting anxious.
"That's how the rooms are assigned, yes." I say.
His father nods and sits up more. "How did you meet in the summer camp exactly?"
I swallowed, suddenly feeling a bit pressured. It's not like I could tell him we met because we had gotten drunk and then had sex all night long.
Not exactly the thing you say to your secret boyfriend's parents who don't even know he's gay.
"A group, Dad. It was just a game everyone played as a group and that's how we met." Jin says which was a complete lie.
His father looks over at him then back at me. "Anything else you want to say?" His father asks.
Before I could speak, Jin does. "Yeah, actually." He starts and everyone turns towards him.
"Well go ahead." His father says and Jin looks over at me and I nod as if to say it would be okay.
Jin takes in a deep breath before he speaks.
"Well, I'm gay and Namjoon isn't just a friend, he's my boyfriend."

Midara: Requiem
"When the alternative is extinction, all acts, no matter how heinous, are permitted." The story of a little necromancer who only wants to play with abominations against all that is holy dollies and her horsey, Mister Clackybones. Welcome to the novelization of one script I designed for a video game setting I call Midara (I selected the name of a genus of moths for symbolism purposes, not to be confused with anything else). Once upon a time, I dreamed of the setting being the next Final Fantasy. Long story short: Nope. Requiem itself is meant to be an Open-World RPG which adapts to the choices of the player. This is just one of many, many paths that one might follow in Requiem's gameplay, if it ever becomes a game.
