FIRSTLY, I know it's been long)))); Even so, I still haven't written anything new. I've been very busy with work and life and I just haven't had the time or want to write. Even though I'm updating today idk if I will be tomorrow. I'm gonna try to write more but who knowns)))))): I love you and heres an overdue update♡
My eyes stayed wide as Namjoon kissed me. I hadn't expected him to actually do it.
When he moved back, I sat there, unable to say a word. Namjoon looks flushed, his lips still parted.
"Namjoon..." I trial off, still taken back. "Sorry..." Namjoon mumbled as he moved back, his tongue poking out and running over his bottom lip.
"Why are you apologizing?" I ask, still feeling the tingle of his lips against mine.
"I don't know. Sorry I made you wait so long for a kiss, I guess." Namjoon says.
"Was it just a kiss or did it mean something?" I ask, still not having any idea how Namjoon really felt about me.
Namjoon pressed his lips together as he looked anywhere but at me. "I'm not sure..."
"Do you not feel anything for me other than lust?" I ask, hurt that I had to say it.
"It isn't like that, trust me. Sex is nice and all and that's all it was at first but now..." Namjoon trials off, shaking his head.
"Now what?" I ask, hopeful that he would say what I wanted to hear, what I had wanted to hear for a while now.
"I don't know, Jin. I've felt confused from the first night we slept together. I don't know what I'm feeling anymore." Namjoon groans.
"So...can I maybe take it as you might like me?" I ask, tilting my head so I could see Namjoon's face better.

Namjoon looked over, his eyes meeting mine. "Maybe?" Namjoon says, his voice unsure.
I smiled, feeling a happiness washing over me. "Let me take you out." I say and Namjoon's eyebrows raise.
"Like a date?" Namjoon asked, his eyes slightly big. "Yes, Namjoon. Like a date." I confirm.
Namjoon bit his bottom lip, the look on his face very unsure. I feared he may tell me no.
"Alright." Namjoon finally says and I was honestly shocked. "Alright?" I ask, making sure I had heard correctly.
"Mhm, alright. I'll go." Namjoon says and I can't help but to smile widely as I throw myself at Namjoon.
He doesn't react at first then he starts to hug me back. I smile as I tighten my arms around him.
In that moment, I couldn't stop smiling.
Today was the day. The day Namjoon and I would be going on our little "date" and I was both nervous yet excited.
"Are you ready?" I asked as I poked my head around the corner, finding Namjoon standing in front of his closet trying to figure out what he should wear.
"Almost, I need to change." Namjoon says as he reaches up and grabs out an all black shirt and blue jeans.
I watched as he carelessly stripped from his clothes, changing in front of me.
Not that it mattered, seeing as I had seen him naked on multiple occasions.
"Okay, now I'm ready." Namjoon says as he turns to me, lips pressed together tightly as he stood tall before me.
"Alright then lets go." I smile as I look up at him before pulling out my keys.
Namjoon and I headed out to the car, ready for whatever today had in store for us.

On the ride to wherever we were going neither of us really said anything.
As weird as it was for me, I was actually kinda nervous. I knew Jin's feelings and to think I might actually like Jin too, this was a lot.
"You okay?" Jin asked, pulling me from my thoughts. I looked over, my eyes meeting his for a brief second.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I say and Jin nods even though he still looks curious and wanted to dig more into it.
After a little while longer, Jin and I finally arrive at the place he wanted to come.
Looking around I noticed we were at the beach.
"The beach?" I ask as I look out at the sea and sand.
"I remembered how much fun you had at summer camp. You were on the beach practically everyday." Jin says, a small smile on his lips.
"You remembered that?" I asked, not being able to contain the smile that spread from ear to ear.
"Of course. I also remember how badly you wanted to catch crabs and how happy you got when you finally did. I wanted to come here so you could catch more." Jin says.
I looked at Jin, the smile coming effortlessly. Within Jin's words I picked up just how much he liked me.
"Thank you for this. It means a lot." I say as I give Jin a warm smile.
"You're welcome." He says as he turns to the water then back to me.
"What do you say we go catch some baby crabs?" He says and I smile and nod.
"Okay, let's go!"
I watched happily as Namjoon ran after a baby crab that was running away from the giant above it.
Namjoon was giggling and smiling like a giant kid, which he really was. He was the happiest I had seen him since school started.
It was like he didn't have a single care in the world. Nothing could ruin his happiness in that moment.
"I caught him!" Namjoon sang happily as he scooped up the little crab, running towards me.
"Isn't he adorable, Jin?" Namjoon asked, smiling from ear to ear.
"He sure is." I say, my eyes never once leaving Namjoon's bright and smiling face.
Namjoon looked up, our eyes meeting. He then cracked the biggest smile I had ever seen that caused his dimples to pop.
I couldn't help but to smile just as wide. He was so cute and I couldn't help but fall faster and faster.
Namjoon bent down and set the crab down, watching as it crawled away.
When he came back up he looked at me and smiled. "Thank you for this, I'm having a lot of fun." He says.
"Of course." I say. "I'm serious, you put a lot of thought into this and it really means a lot." He says.
I smile and nod. As I look at Namjoon I see him looking at me, lost in thought.
"Jin." Namjoon starts and as soon as I go to respond, Namjoon's lips are on mine.
I was shocked at first but of course I kissed back. His lips felt warm and soft against my own.
When Namjoon pulled back he whispered out the words that sent my heart swooning.
"I really like you, Jin."

This story was previously known as "The Awakening".~*~"One... two... three... one... two... three... a million... is that number right?" A figure less voice echoed."Hello? Who's there?"
