Madam Picquery appears in the Subway station behind the huddle of Aurours.
"The Obscurial was killed on MY orders, Mr. Graves." She speaks to him, her voice cold asserting authority.
Graves glares at her darkly moving towards her before answering back "Yes.... and history will surely note that, Madam President."
"He was responsible for the death of a No-Maj. He risked the exposure of our community. He has broken one of our MOST sacred laws.." Madam Picquery starts to say before she is interrupted by a bitter Graves.
Meanwhile Evelyn looks up at Newt still in his arms, she's frightened of Graves.. thoughts are rushing through her head still about his interest in her family and her past.
He seems to know far more than he should for an American wizard..
She's brought back out of her thoughts as the atmosphere becomes more tense.
"I refuse to bow down any longer." Graves says darkly and starts walking away.
"Aurors, I'd like you to relieve Mr. Graves of his wand and escort him back to—" Madam Picquery starts to shout orders sternly as Graves moves further down the platform.
He's suddenly blocked by a wall of white light thanks to the Aurors who are not allowing him any escape.
Graves stops a look of irritation on his face as he ponders what to do.
"You should have followed your family and put your faith in me" He speaks to Evelyn now, cold and bitter, an evil glint in his eyes.
Evelyn furrows her eyebrows, her heart picking up it's pace...
....? She thinks, no.. no it can't be.
Newt looks down at her "what's he speaking about Eve?"
She's panicking hard on the inside, no words escaping her mouth.
They watch as Graves confidently struts smoothly back along the platform, firing spells at the group of Aurors.

Spells fly back at him from all angles, but Graves deflects them all with ease.
Newt brings his hand up off of Evelyn's waist and gently strokes the side of her face, brushing back a lock of hair behind her ear that sends shivers down her spine ... he then reaches into his pocket and steps away.
It all happens in a split second, Newt pulls something from his pocket and releases it at Graves.
It's The Swooping Evil ... it soars around Graves, shielding Newt and the Aurors from his quick sharp spells, and gives Newt time to raise his wand toward Graves.
With a wave of it out flies a crackling rope of bright white light that wraps itself around Graves like a whip tightening around his body.
It's brings him to the floor, restraining his body as his wand falls out of his hand.
"Accio" Evelyn shouts thinking quick as Graves wand flies into her hand.
Evelyn turns to a now standing Tina and nods as they slowly advance towards Newt.
She's afraid, not wanting to reveal him herself she reaches up on her tiptoes, whispering lightly in Newts ear "Revelio" .
Newts eyes widen as raises his wand "Revelio" he says aloud as Graves begins to transform.
His face begins to warp and move, his dark hair transforming to an ice blonde with his eyes changing to a sharp blue.
Evelyn can't breathe.
She scrambles her hand frantically about trying to find Newt's hand, instead she settles for his arm gripping it tight around his soft dark blue coat.
She worries his followers, particularly ones she does not want to see may be nearby.
"GRINDELWALD" Madam Picquery says disapprovingly as she moves towards him.
"Do you think you can hold me?" He responds darkly a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"We shall do our best, Mr. Grindelwald." Madam Picquery says sternly glaring him down.
Two Aurors force him to his feet and start to move him away.
Grindlewald starts to pass Evelyn and Newt and pauses a dark sinister smile on his face.
"Will we die, just a little?" He says to Newt in a crazed tone.
He then turns his head to Evelyn,
"Perhaps a family reunion.... " he says darkly emphasis on her surname as he lets out a deep laughter whilst being led away, up and out of the subway.
Newt looks at Evelyn and just pulls her close to him without a word.
Evelyn feels sick, a swarm of anxious butterflies in her stomach, her heart beating so fast she can hear it like drums in her ears.
It's feels like this isn't it, there is something else coming.

Apollyon's Curse
Within the pages of folklore and fantasy, tales of people who chase after the dream of eternity, of living forever, rarely find a happy ending. They are either struck by the grim truth of reality, give up, and return to mortality or face a ghastly realization of their wishes. The latter often the worse fate, as they come to realize, only far too late, that what they sacrificed was worth far more than the time they gained. Ultimately, the common thread in these stories is that “immortality is as much a curse as it is a blessing”. People either realize it early and give up or are doomed to inevitably face its consequences. In the world Enrich lives in, that saying does hold merit. Every pathway towards eternal life has shackles of its own. They bring those high above down to the ground, evening the playing field. It is thanks to these fundamental laws that ambitious mortals are able to defy the heavens and achieve immortality themselves. The variety of methods result in each of these bindings varying in intensity and degree of freedom. Enrich’s path doesn't break this trend. Though, after what he did to himself, most wouldn’t even consider him a living thing anymore. On the day of his ascension, a world’s worth of souls were melted and recast. On that day, the human’s path had reached its conclusion, recast into Apollyon. An artifact, a weapon, is eternal, after all. As for the curse? The payment will be made, as it must. So why not offload the curse to someone else? Mortals throw their lives away for all manner of petty reasons, noble or otherwise, especially in desperation. Eventually, someone will be willing to foot the bill. Most will if given the chance. The bait is far too tempting, after all. Power, status, knowledge. All at their fingertips. If only they say “yes”. And Apollyon is very willing to help any lost souls. If they give up everything in return, of course.
