"Alright, everyone, listen up!" Daichi, our producer, clapped his hands. "You saw Aoba Johsai, and Inarizaki's collaborative movie, "The Needy Two" starring Oikawa Tooru, and Atsumu Miya has many good reviews, right?"

Tanaka immediately nodded. "Yeah, I did! I'm so jealous, Oikawa has girls all over him!"

"Yeah!" Nishinoya chimed in.

"Well, the girls in the literature club have written us a story. It's about a man who has to work with an indie/alternative band as a sound engineer for their album. The conflict is that he starts to enjoy their music, and falls for the singer, but his friends who are rich, old-minded people absolutely despise the band he works with because of a belief that the only acceptable type of music is classical. The boy has to pick between the band and the singer he loves, or his friends. Now, Takeda-sensei showed this to a retired filmmaker's grandson, Ukai, and he said it's a pretty good story, and could rival Nekoma's "Guts" movie." Daichi announced.

Everyone cheered as it's been a long time since the small film production club in Karasuno has actually made a movie, but with the new director, Kageyama, and the new first assistant director, Hinata, they've gained some hope.

"Excuse me, but what about the music? We have nobody here who works with music," the location manager, Shimizu, or as everyone calls her, Kiyoko, asked.

"Right, so that's what I wanted to point out next. I want Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi to go scouting for a band that might be interested in making this movie with us."

The sound engineer, Yamaguchi, and the casting director, Tsukishima looked at each other, then agreed.

"It shouldn't be a problem, Daichi, Tsukki, and I are best friends after all." Yamaguchi smiled.

"What type of band do you want? Do you want a very famous band, or do you want a not so famous local band?" Tsukishima asked Daichi.

"We want a band that isn't so famous, as this is gonna have to be new." Asahi, the script supervisor explained.

"Alright... how many people should be in this band?"

"Just 7 people." Daichi said.

"Got you. Male or female?"

"Any gender would be fine."

"Alright... due date?"

"In three days would be great."

So that night, Yamaguchi, and Tsukishima went scouting for a band at a local bar.

"Hello everyone! How was your night?!" a voice yelled.

"Tsukki, the band is on show," Yamaguchi said.

"I know."

"Alright, the first song we're performing is called 'Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?'. Our drummer, Iwaizumi, wrote this one for our new album, 'Life's Tales."

"Interesting... I'm considering this band." Tsukishima mumbled, as he wrote down the address of the bar, and the album.

The drummer started to play, then the singer sang.

"The mirror's image, it tells me it's home time

But I'm not finished, 'cause you're not by my side

And as I arrived I thought I saw you leavin', carryin' your shoes

Decided that once again I was just dreamin' of bumpin' into you

Now it's three in the mornin' and I'm tryin' to change your mind

Left you multiple missed calls and to my message, you reply

"Why'd you only call me when you're high?"

"Hi, why'd you only call me when you're high?""

The crowd cheered like there was no tomorrow, which surprised the hell out of Yamaguchi, and Tsukishima.

"I get it, the song's catchy, but they're cheering like they're high on drugs," Tsukishima said.

"You're new here aren't ya?" a person asked.

"Yeah, why?" Yamaguchi asked.

"This band is the star band of this runned down part of town. People love them here, their songs are good for a bunch of 16-18 year olds," a lady explained.

"They're only 16-18 years old?" Tsukishima asked, impressed.

"Yeah, it's impressive."

Once the band's performance was over, the singer came to buy a drink at the bar. Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi spotted him, and came to talk to him.

"Hello, I'm Tsukishima Kei, and this is Yamaguchi Tadashi. Can we talk to you?" Tsukishima asked.

"Ah, sure thing. I'm Semi (Y/n), by the way." (Y/n) smiled.

"We're from the Karasuno movie production club, and we're scouting for bands for our new movie. It includes an indie/alternative band with 7 people, and your band fits that description, so we were wondering if you'd like to be included in the movie. We have a legal counsel, so if you ever want to dip from the movie, you can have the contract terminated. Also, this movie that we're making will be able to make local cinema's, and if our movie wins the best local movie award, it will be able to be shown in national competition, and shown in cinemas all over the country." Tsukishima said sternly as if he was speaking out of a script.

"And we'll be able to excuse you from school, because this is an authorized activity that schools with movie clubs all over the nation have permission to excuse students, or adults from their work, or school." Yamaguchi chimed in.

The singer smiled. "That seems interesting, but you'll have to talk to the whole band. I'll take you to the back room."

Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi agreed, and followed (Y/n) to the back room.

"Guys, there's two guys who want to talk to you." (Y/n) called out to the other 6 members. All of them turned their heads to be met with Yamaguchi, and Tsukishima.

"Is there something you need?" The drummer, Iwaizumi, asked.

"Yes there is, actually. I'm Tsukishima Kei, and this is Yamaguchi Tadashi. We're doing cast scouting from the Karasuno movie club, and we're making a movie about an indie/alternative band with 7 people, and your band fits that description. We were wondering if you would like to be featured in the movie, and if you midway decide that you don't want to be featured any longer, you can go to our legal counsel, and terminate the contract. This movie will be able to get into local cinemas, and if it wins the Best Local Movie award, the movie will be able to be shown in national competition, and shown in cinemas all over the nation." Tsukishima explained.

"And if you're worried about school, please don't be. Schools, and companies all over Japan permit people who are involved with school movie production clubs, or have a contract about casting for them to be excused." Yamaguchi added.

"That sounds interesting, don't you think?" The bassist, Moniwa, asked.

"Yeah, it does..." the melody remixer, Akaashi, replied.

"How about you leave us your number, and we'll tell you tomorrow? I think we'll need to talk a bit about this." Semi Eita, the guitar player, told Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi.

"Sure, it's (random number)." Yamaguchi said.

"Alright, we'll give you a call when we decide." Yaku, the budget, and item supplier, told them.

Once Yamaguchi, and Tsukishima left, the band thought.

"OK, this seems interesting, and if we decide midway into the movie that we don't wanna be part of it, we can just get the contract terminated." Sugawara, the other guitarist pointed out.

"Yeah, plus those guys looked kind of desperate." Yaku said.

"I mean, we also need our parents' consent, I think." Akaashi said. "But I don't see anything wrong with doing this."

"Yeah! And it looks fun! Imagine if the movie does get the national award thing they told us about, we'll be famous!" Moniwa exclaimed.

"Eh, I mean, we've already gone with the music career, we can think about this as a push to popularity. We're already popular with the locals here, and we can promote the movie for them too, so more people will watch it." Iwaizumi stated.

"Yeah, I suppose it's not a bad idea," Semi agreed.

"Let's do it. We can ask our parents, and then we can give each other the results in the group chat, and I'll tell Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi."

"Great, then. Let's go home now."

"Hello?" I asked the unknown number.

"Hi, this is Semi (Y/n) from the band yesterday,"

I felt my blood pressure rise. Did the band agree, or not?

"Yes, I remember," I replied.

"Yeah, uh, if the gig is still up, we'd like to take it."

I internally celebrated to myself, and nodded.

"Yes, the deal isn't taken. I'll tell Tsukki, and the club that you agreed to be in the movie. You can come by at Karasuno high school at 4 pm today to room 835 in the 3rd year building where the club will discuss further details, and you can sign the contracts at room 836." I told him.

"Thank you, I'll be sure to tell the band that."

At 4 pm, the Karasuno movie production club told the band about more details, and the band signed a contract.

"Who will be the protagonist?" Eita asked Daichi.

"We're deciding right now. Do you want to stay for that?" Daichi asked.

"Sure."

The movie crew decided that since Yams has the most knowledge about sound engineering, they'll let him be the protagonist. (Y/n) didn't mind that at all, and the two got along extremely well.

The movie was almost finished. It was just one more scene of Yams finally telling (Y/n) that he actually loved him, and that's why he chose the band over his rich friends. Little did the crew, and band know, it was an actual confession. After all the romantic scenes that Yams, and (Y/n) has reenacted, Yams couldn't help but actually fall for the singer.

"Alright, 3, 2, 1, action!"

"Hey, (Y/n),"

"Yes, Tadashi?"

"I love you so much," Yams said as he cupped the younger Semi's cheek. (Y/n) blushed, and did what was in the script even though he actually wanted to go in, and immediately kiss Tadashi.

"I love you too,"

And then they kissed.

"Alright cut! Hey, you two, I said, cut!" Kageyama shouted in confusion as to why the two didn't stop kissing.

"Aaaah! Oh my god," Suga said as he fainted because he saw a similar scene in a b anime he watched.

"Kiyoko-san please take him to the clinic! Suga-san, please wake up, don't die!" Hinata exclaimed.

"Don't worry, Hinata, he's just watched too much BL lately," Iwaizumi sighed as he shook Suga up, and down.

"OK, are we gonna ignore the fact that those two has been kissing for a hot minute now? It's getting a bit concerning," Eita said as he pointed to the kissing boys.

"Yeah, boys, please stop. We already have someone fainting," Daichi told the two.

"Hell yeah, get some, Yamaguchi!" Tanaka, and Nishinoya yelled from the equipment room.

"Get some, (Y/n)!" Moniwa, and, surprisingly, Yaku yelled from where Suga's unconscious body laid.

"You two aren't helping," Akaashi scolded.

"Yamaguchi, please, this is giving me unwanted flashbacks," Tsukishima stated.

The two finally pulled back, a string of saliva connecting them.

"That was an actual confession, wasn't it, Tadashi?" (Y/n) asked.

"Y-yeah. You figured me out," Yamaguchi laughed. The other male laughed along.

"Look at that, the two lovesick soft boys are finally together," Yaku smiled.

"Yep, and if he ever breaks my brother's heart, he should know what's coming," Eita said.

"Oh, shut it, Semi, you're gonna ruin the moment!" Moniwa shouted.

"They're like bickering moms," Ennoshita chuckled.

"I know, right?" Kinoshita agreed.

"Totally," Narita chimed in.
