"Thank you for saving me." I sighed out finally in the elevator. I could sense he wanted me to say it with all the trouble I put him through.

"Woah-ho! What's that? (Y/N) (Y/L/N) is thanking someone for saving her?" Anakin teased me, he feigned shock.

"Don't get used to it." I rolled my eyes. I pushed his chest and he tickled my side. Even when we're literally looking death in the face we're flirting. Who are we? "Technically we aren't safe yet though, so don't get too cocky. You can cash that in later."

"Pfft, Cocky? Do you know me?" Anakin rolled his eyes playfully.

"Too well, that's why I say it." I raised an eyebrow.

"I like to think of it more as aware of ones abilities." He smirked, I rolled my eyes as a response.

"This elevator is taking forever." He tapped his foot.

"You need to learn patience." I said calmly, I held his arm and he instantly relaxed a little.

"I am patient. It's just taking forever." He huffed.

When the doors opened again C-3PO & R2-D2 were standing there in front of us.

"3PO?" Anakin said, urgently. "What are you doing? Don't just stand there! Come on!"

We began running towards the emergency airlock platform. Quick enough we reached the doors, we heard Obi-Wan coming and the band of droids he brought with him. Thanks Obi-Wan.

"Hold it!" Obi-Wan yelled. Anakin used the force to grab a pile of boxes between Obi-Wan and the shooting droids.

Obi-Wan hustled into the elevator, and I shut the doors right after.

"Lovely to see you again, (Y/N)." Obi-Wan said as we ran to the ship.

"Sorry its not under better circumstances." I apologized.

"Well if there's one thing you and Anakin are good at doing it's finding trouble." Obi-Wan fired up the engines.

"Hey, don't bring me into this. R2, disengage the docking gear." Anakin lifted the ship off the ground and out into space.

"I'll contact the fleet." Obi-Wan sighed. We were in the clear for a moment until a couple of fighter droids had our tail.

"Well, that can't be good." Obi-Wan muttered. "Anakin, this might be a good time for those tricks of yours that I hate."

"I was just thinking that. But we do have guns-" Anakin started.

"I'm on it!" I said, going for the guns and eager to help. Then Anakin decided to spin and so I tripped on the way there.

"Anakin! Spinning is not flying!" I complained.

"If you want to survive this escape, it is!" Anakin said back.

I climbed onto the gun, aimed and fired at one of the droids following. There were three in total, and one ship that I assumed was Grievous. I got one.. Two.. The third one was a little unpredictable but I was able to take a shot at their wing. Making them spin out of control.

"Nice shot!" Anakin cheered. The fleet began shooting as well. Anakin had the hard part of navigating through so much fire. Our right wing got hit suddenly. Then our cannon.

"Cannons out, you're gunna have to lose him." I say, stepping away from the cannon.

I watched then as the fighter ship went into hyperspace. That coward. At least now we were home free.

"We did it!" I yelled in excitement.

"Sir, we just got a signal saying the droid ship has started up their hyperdrive." 3PO said,

"Don't worry about it." Anakin said smugly as he pulled onto the docking level of the Republic cruiser, I left them a little surprise.

"What did you do?" Obi-Wan asked.

"Oh you know, just reset the navi-computer to turn the ship towards the moon when they turned on their hyperdrive." Anakin shrugs.

"That'll do it." I say, impressed with his mechanical skills, but I wouldn't ever tell him.

We ran up to the main bridge where we were met with Ahsoka and Master Plo Koon, we saw the droid ship was crashed into the moon in a huge explosion. Ahsoka was so excited to congratulate her master. It was so weird. Seeing her call Anakin: "Master."

Ahsoka and I were the same rank, I was only a year older than her. And Anakin was, well, my boyfriend, and he's only a little over 2 years older than me. I had never exactly thought of our age difference.

Hopefully soon I could finish my training and be at the same rank as him. Plus, soon I'll be 18 and be the same difference between both of them. I shook my head, if it didn't bother him, then it didn't bother me.

"I should probably contact Master Windu. He'll want to know I'm okay." I said, excusing myself.

"See, Ahsoka? That's something you should do more often." Anakin scolds his Padawan with a raise of an eyebrow.

"Master, I do!" She defends herself.

"Coming all the way back to Coruscant is not checking in-" He says.

"I remember when you were once like that." Obi-Wan said.

"That's beside the point." Anakin sighed. I left to avoid bursting out laughing. I could never take Anakin seriously.

I went into a private room on the cruiser. I contacted Master Windu quickly.

"(Y/N)? What happened? I was worried you were dead." He quickly bombarded me with questions.

"No 'Hello, glad to see your safe'?" I rose an eyebrow to him. Ignoring his questions for the moment.

"You're trouble, young Padawan. You should not be so reluctant to answer to your Master or to follow orders or to accept his advice. I took a huge risk by taking you on, I ask for your respect. You could've been killed tonight-" Windu started on his lecture,

"Who sent me there Master?" I interrupted him, "Master Windu, I respect you as a fighter, you're the closest person I have to a father. You've saved my life by letting me join the Jedi Order. I made it out and I'm safe now. The coordinates you gave me were for the war zone between the Republic and the droid ship, The Malevolent. I was pulled into its tractor beam, General Skywalker and General Kenobi helped me escape as well as destroy the ship from the inside." I explained. I wasn't mad at him, he was scared and worried. I forgive him, even though it did frustrate me. He sighed.

"I'm getting too old to have a Padawan." He rubbed his temples. "I'm glad you're alive. I'll see you back on Coruscant, we'll do more training here." He ended the transmission.

I sat down against the far wall. I rubbed my head just like Master Windu had, I was becoming too much like him. I hated staying in Coruscant. I wanted to be with Anakin, fighting real droids not simulators. I needed the adrenalin. I had become restless there, like they think I'm so fragile because of my sleep I can't handle it.

A tear fell from my eye as I was so frustrated with how the council saw me, how even my master saw me. As a risk. I fought off a Sith lord, and I'm a risk?

"(Y/N)?" Anakin opened the sliding door to reveal me in the far corner.

I had tears coming from my eyes, no one had seen me cry and I didn't want Anakin to witness it. As many feelings as I had for him I couldn't guarantee his safety, I can't get too attached. Maybe I already have. Maybe I need to stop this from going further. I was too much of a risk for anyone maybe.

"Go away Anakin." I said, trying to hide my face in behind my knee, and let the other casually hang in front of me. I tried to mask the cracks in my voice. But of course I just had to fall in love with one of the most force sensitive Jedi to ever exist so that didn't go very well.

Holy crap, I love him.
