*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Internation Airways flight to Ohau, Hawaii leaves in fifteen minutes.
I rolled my eyes in annoyance as the intercom adressed what time my plane was leaving for the fifth time. It was a painful reminder that I was leaving everything that could have turned out into something behind.
I pulled my headphones out of my ear and shoved them into my purse. I pulled out a five dollar bill as I uttered out, "I'm gonna go get something to drink," to no one in particular.
"Sounds good, honey." Dad said, not even looking up once from the article he was reading. "Can you bring Pamela and I are a large Pepsi?"
"Diet Pepsi," Pamela corrected him with squinted eyes. Ever since she's given birth to Nathaniel, Pamela has been very cautious of what she puts into her body.
I nodded my head with no expression on my face as I turned around to walk away. I passed a few different sections that were selling drinks, but I didn't bother to stop. I forced myself to keep on walking, unsure of when I would stop or end up.
Because life would go on like it always does -- even if I do leave this place.
Cody.
Stop that, Santana. You've gone two months with out each other; another month won't kill neither of you.
Cody.
But what if things are different when I come back? What if he decides to move and gets another girlfriend?
Cody.
Don't think that, Santana. He loves you, right?
Cody.
Yes, he loves you -- which is why he did everything in the first place.

Cody.
Santana, you idiot, why are you here? Leave, turn around, and don't look back! You aren't meant to be in an overcrowded airport. You're meant to be in his loving arms right now.
It took me a moment to realize the harsh reality that I was already too late. He probably flew back to Los Angeles last night. He was gone -- and I soon would be too -- and there would never be an 'us' anymore. I swallowed back the lump in my throat as I looked up to meet the cashier's eyes.
"One large Diet Pepsi and small gatorade, please." I said.
The man nodded and turned around to fix my order. "That will be 6.58, ma'am." Damn. Air-plane food was expensive! I held out a ten dollar bill as I waited for my change. I made my way back to Dad, Pamela and Nathaniel. When I arrived, they were already in line to enter the terminal.
(A/N: Yes, I've been on airplanes several times, but I like to write -- not engineering or whatever it's called, so please excuse me if I misuse or make mistakes with what happens when you're going into the airplane. I seriously don't know the name for the thingies! Dx Sorry!)
"We were just about to leave without you, kiddo." Dad jokingly said. I handed him his drink and stood in line behind them. There was only one more person in front of us, and then we were next.
This was it. This was my final decision. I couldn't turn back now.
As my dad handed the woman our tickets, Nathaniel suddenly bursted out crying. Pamela set his carseat down on the carpeted floor as she frantically searched around for his pacifier. "Where did I put it?" She mumbled to herself.

We were recieving annoyed and irritated stares as people stared at us. The woman decided to keep the line moving. Dad, Pamela and I stepped out of the line as we searched for Nathaniel's pacifier.
I was on the floor on my hands and knees looking for that thing. Now I had something else to keep my mind focused on -- my new pair of lace shorts getting dirty! I could officially be crowned as the best older sister ever. I'll make Nathaniel pay for this once he grows up.
"I think you dropped this."
I froze in my position. I looked up slowly, not trusting my ears or believing my eyes. It was him. The one person that was on my mind the whole entire day. The one person who drives me crazy but I still love unconditionally.
Cody. "Cody," I breathed out, awkwardly standing up. Cody smiled at Dad and Pamela as he handed them the pacificer.
"It's a pleasure to see you again, Cody." Dad said. Then he acted as any protective father would, "do you need us to stay or--"
I cut his sentence off shortly. "It's fine dad. I'll meet you guys inside." I assured him. He still looked unsure, but nodded nonetheless and took Pamela and Nathaniel with him. When they were out of ear-shot, I turned back around and glared at Cody.
"What are you doing here?" I hissed.
Cody put his arms around my waist and pulled my body closer toward his. "I'm here to get my Angel back. I don't care if you hate me right now, but I'm not letting you get into that plane. I need you here with me, like you were before and how you should be now forever and always."
I stepped out of his grip, slowly walking backwards. The ticket-lady gave me an expectant look as she motioned toward the terminal. I shook my head no, and gave her an apologetic smile, "I'm sorry, but I don't belong there."
When I turned around to run back into Cody's arms, I came head first with his chest. Our lips met once more, and if I wasn't sure enough before, I was absolutely positive right now.
He was always one step ahead of me. He knew what was best for me, and he knew me better than I even know myself. That was what made our loves ours.
