After meeting a charmng yet nerdy guy named Cody, you are swept into the dramatic world of reality TV. As soon as you arrive, you find allies in Team Victory as well as Gwen, and, of course, Cody. Sierra proves to be an obstacle in your quest to be with Cody, but there's no time for chatter after the jet lands in Germany.
~
You are sitting with Team Victory in economy class, discussing strategy with your new teammates. Being new, you keep quiet, wishing Cody was in economy with you.
You imagine Cody sitting across from you, sending flirtatious smiles your way. You can imagine clearly his bright blue eyes and adorable half-smile. Instead, you're stuck staring at Owen, who is using Noah as a teddy bear.
You shake your head to wake yourself up from your daydream and focus on what your teammates are saying."
"I wish I wasn't cursed," DJ moans, holding his head in his hands. "That's why Team Victory is losing so bad."
"DJ, it's all in your head," Leshawna tells him, rolling her eyes. "Get over it. The more you believe in that 'curse', the more power it has."
"Yeah," you chime in, thinking fast. "I watched Episode 1, and then I did research. Turns out Egyptian statues don't do curses, only South African statues!"
~
"I was making that up," you tell the confessional. "But DJ needs to get over the curse, and I need to contribute." You shrug. "Whatever keeps Team Victory in the game."
~
"Yeah, what [Y/N] said," Leshawna agrees with your falsehood. "You're gonna be fine, DJ. Suck it up."

Lindsay, who is sitting the farthest away from you, nods in agreement.
Your eyes drift to the other side of the plane, where Owen is conversing with Alejandro.
Suddenly, the jet shakes, and you are thrown to the ground with the rest of the team.
"Ah!" you cry as a vortex of wind sweeps into the compartment. The turbulence ripped a hole in the side of the plane.
"Help!" Owen wails as he falls out the side.
"Owen!" Lindsay and Izzy cry, rushing to the side.
"Ale! Get me out!" Owen shouts at Alejandro. Anger flashes across the latter's face, and you realize he won't help.
"Team Victory!" you call, carefully darting over to where Owen is hanging off the edge. "Come help, guys!" Leshawna, DJ, and Lindsay join you.
"I got you, buddy!" DJ hollers, holding out a hand for Owen. Leshawna places her hands on DJ's hips, and Lindsay does the same to Leshawna.
You wrap your hands around Lindsay, determined to pull Owen up, since no one on Team Chris Is Really Really Really Hot seems to be helping. You heave and heave, but Owen remains dangling on the side of the plane.
"Help me, guys!" you cry. "I'm not strong enough!"
An answer to your plea arrives in the form of familiar hands wrapped around your abdomen.
"Cody!" you shout in relief.
Noah, Izzy, and Alejandro finally pull their weight and help you pull up Owen. Leshawna grabs a nearby crate and pushes it in front of the hole.
"Thanks, guys!" Owen gasps, lying on the plane floor. "I think I need therapy now..."
You turn to Cody. "Aren't you supposed to be in first class?"
"I managed to sneak out," Cody admits. "First time all season I've been able to escape Sierra."

"Well thanks for helping, strong guy," you answer, pecking him on the nose.
"Aw, you guys are so adorable!" Izzy says sweetly.
Cody leans in to kiss you, but Noah suddenly shouts, "Hey! We're in the German Alps!"
~
"Way to ruin the mood, Noah," you roll your eyes. The confessional camera stares back at you
~
After Chris dumps you and the rest of the contestants out of the cargo hold (rude, but not unexpected), the powdery German snow cushions your landing. Although the sudden cold has you shivering in your boots, it's better than rock solid ground.
You spot Cody's skinny legs poking out of a snow drift, so you wade over and pull him out.
"Enjoying the snow?" you ask as you brush the flakes out of his cinnamon-colored hair. Cody grins, his gapped teeth as bright as the snow surrounding you.
"Can you blame me?" Cody scoops up a handful of snow and tosses it in your direction. "This stuff is as soft as your hair!"
You blush at the compliment. "Aw, Cody!" If this wasn't an international reality show, you'd be making out relentlessly right now.
Speaking of relentless, Sierra runs over, rage etched on every part of her face.
"Cody is mine," Sierra shrieks. She throws a rather large snowball in your face, knocking you into the snow.
"Are you okay?" Cody asks, offering you a hand. You accept.
"I'm fine," you answer, glaring at Sierra.
~
"I only watched three episodes," you tell the confessional, "but I never liked Sierra. Meeting her in person makes me like her even less. When we get to the merge, Cody and I are totally voting her out." You smile confidently. "Gwen will totally back us, if she's still on. Maybe Lindsay and Leshawna, too."
~
"Guten tag," Chris stage-whispers in a German accent. You frown at the sight of the host, who flies down to greet everyone on a motorized parachute.
You lean over and whisper to Lindsay. "Does this get annoying after three seasons?"
"Does what get annoying?" Lindsay's blue eyes are clouded with confusion.
Chris has switched directions, and he continues, now in his regular voice: "This is avalanche territory! So keep it down!"
"What?" Lindsay shrieks, her hands on her cheeks with girlish excitement. "There's a sale at the Khaki Barn? Aaaah!"
~
"How did she get Khaki Barn from avalanche territory?" You throw your hands up in annoyance. "If we lose this challenge, I might have to send her home."
~
Lindsay's excited squeals cause the snowy mountains to rumble. You, Tyler, and Cody clamp your hands over Lindsay's mouth to keep her from screaming anymore.
Chris frowns and says, "Welcome to today's musical challenge: Avoid the Song-alanche! To avoid a potentially fatal tumble down the mountain, and a suck-tackular climb back up, you'd better keep the singin' nice and not loud."
German music begins to play. The hell?
Noah and Owen immediately sing, followed by Heather, who is then tormented by Gwen and Courtney.
"I'd be glad if Sierra went away!" you sing-song to Cody. You ruffle his hair affectionately.
"Same for me, but I think she's here to stay!" As Cody finishes the line, Sierra swoops in and drags him away to Team Amazon.
Suddenly Lindsay starts rambling about Tyler. You and the rest of Team Victory stand by as she hugs Tyler.
"You remember me?" Tyler asks eagerly. When Lindsay nods, a huge smile splits across his face. "She remembers me!" He practically jumps into the sky.
Suddenly, a rumbling splits across the area.
"Avalanche!" someone screams.
"Not more snow!" you moan, right before you and the rest of the contestants are engulfed in another mountain of snow.

Beneath No Sky: Chronicles of the Atmospheric Sector
After bringing themselves back from the brink of annihilation, humanity's future seemed bleak. However, it's remnants, throwing aside the old order and donning a new mantle of progress aimed to rise above their ancient disputes and go forward as one. Once the Earth reached it's natural limit, and colonies around Terra and Luna had shown promising results, humanity finally decided to make the move to the stars. Believing this to be the start of a new age, they eagerly poured across the solar system and further beyond, greeting what space had to offer with hope and optimism. It was misplaced, however, for humanity's traditional quarrels soon resurfaced and engulfed a now interplanetary empire of many races. As the Earth Empire burned and an intense depression overtook the once optimistic people, some held out hope. They theorized that their problems were born of an inherent sense of home and, in order to rid humanity, now comprising of the Terrans as well as all the other known species of the galaxy, of this burden, decided to move far away from civilized space, into uncharted depths, to start anew. Some 200 years have passed since then, and those hopeful ones have finally found a place to settle on. Firmly planting their flag in paradise, they called this untouched land "Eden" and declared the beginning of a true new age, the age of After Eden.Trouble, however, seemed to still be hounding them, as barely three years after its founding, Eden finds itself at war with a seemingly uncommunicative and uncompromising enemy that far outclasses the odd pirates they were used to facing. A new era of peace, marked by an immediate conflict. Time will tell if Eden, the Grand Experiment, truly is as great as it's supposed to be. ---------------------------------------- This is a sci-fi, character driven, military space drama.
