KARINA

As I drove, I thought as I gripped the wheel harder and harder,

"What happened? Isn't taeyeon at home?"

Don't get me wrong, I am not blaming her. But I thought she could have helped but I realized they were still at work.

Barging into our house, I locked the door. I dropped everything and scanned the house. Then, I heard a soft whimper in the toilet. Running there, I saw winter, lying on the found crying.

My heart aches. I held back tears as I carried her up. While I was hugging her back to our room a chair, she said in between her sobs,

"Rina, I am sorry..."

I just said,

"Let's talk later..."

She just sobbed softly. I took out our outfits. We ended up showering together. After cleaning up everything. I cooked tea for her to cool down. I even brought first aid to treat her injuries. She said,

"I'm sorry, I wanted to try to be independent but..."

She looked down. I just cupped her face,

"Hey it's not your fault. Don't blame yourself. I will never do that..."

She sniffed and smiled. I treated her hands, I chuckled while doing it. Winter said,

"What's so funny..."

I said,

"It gives me deja vu u know. In high school u know?"

She nodded but looked down after a while. I felt warm tears on my hand, I realised she was crying. It was so out of the blue. I immediately stopped and caressed her head and fixed her gaze with me as I look concernly in her eyes,

"Hey, what's wrong. Please don't cry."

She sniffed again and said,

"It just reminded me of dad and the words..."

I knew what she meant. I connected our heads together, our noses were touching each other. I said softly,

"I'm sorry for letting those bad memories come back to u. Just wait for me to ear this injury and we can sleep."

She nodded. After treating, we laid on the bed together. I spooned into winter's warmth with her hand on my back. She started to snore. I smiled at that sight

Love, why are u doing this to me....get well soon we can spend out life together forever
