《Infected [killugon/killuaxgon]》Out of here

And this was the start of something that could have been terrible. About a week after Kurapika and Leorio officially joined me and Killua, we haven't gotten used to their way of 'living' just yet. As an example, this is what happened just two days ago.
'Killua and I hadn't trained outside in a few days, and I decided it would be the right day to do so. When I asked Killua, he immediately agreed, but we were stopped at the door by none other than Kurapika and Leorio. "We heard you were leaving to train, could we come along with you?" Kurapika asked. We accepted since we hadn't seen their abilities yet. "Oh, we almost forgot the guns. Do either of you have--" He turned towards the stairs and I grabbed the back of his shirt, slapping him at the back of his head hard enough to leave a mark.
"Hey, what was that for?" He shouted and rubbed the back of his head, while I tightened my grip on the collar of his shirt. "You idiots, do you know anything? Guns are probably the most inadvisable weapons to use in this situation! They need constant reloading, And are basically walker dinner bells!" I raised my voice, leaving the two shook, along with Killua who hadn't heard me raise my voice. "Yes, we will reduce the gun use. But they were the only weapons we had, so we eventually got used to them." Kurapika stated.
"We will let you borrow some. Why the hell do you think we have so many long-range weapons?" I murmur.'
We didn't really have to take them out training to see where they were in the skill factor.
After that, I let Kurapika borrow the throwing stars and Leorio had a small ax. I had been grumpy throughout the entire day. I must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed.
At the moment, I am helping Killua as he repairs my old car since he apparently has experience in the topic. The past few days had been spent working on it, for no particular reason other than that I wanted it up and running.

This car is an old one, it's a nice black color, and it has five seats, including the small one between the two at the back.
"I think it should be working fine now, everything looks like it's in its place," Killua said as he wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Thank you, Killua. You're good at this type of thing, you know?" I told him, smiling. He only grinned in return. "I'm going to sit for a while, I'm exhausted," He said dramatically while dropping onto the floor in front of me. I laughed at his ways and watched him leave the garage and into the house.
Now it is ten o'clock, and I haven't fallen asleep yet. I usually fall asleep right away, why was I not tired? I slowly get up from my bed on the ground and sit on the windowsill, as I usually do when I am drawing. Looking outside and at the stars that litter the sky, and are only visible at night. The way it lights up the darkness, and how you can rarely tell planets apart from stars. The moon is beautiful as well. As a kid, I would love to go out into my backyard and use my dad's binoculars to get a better look.
'It's so beautiful. Why does it remind me of--?' My thoughts were cut off when I saw something large out of the corner of my eye. Taking a closer look and confirming what I had seen, I shot out of my seat and pulled on some better clothes, grabbing my bag and throwing it over my shoulder, then shaking Killua awake.
"Uh, good morning Killua, but it's definitely not a good morning-- Just, look outside the window," I explained poorly. He opened his eyes in anger and exhaustion. He was about to shout at me when I sternly looked him in the eyes and pointed at the window. His eyes widen in realization, and he jumped up towards the window.
I left the room hastily and awoke Leorio and Kurapika who dressed in suitable clothing after hearing my slightly better explanation. Killua walked out of our room and sat beside me, clutching his bag in his hands. He looked so anxious, but I had an idea.

"Killua, I have a plan. I'm almost certain it will work, so there is no reason to be scared in any way." I softly smiled at him, hiding my shaking hand behind my back. Yes, I was terrified, but I had to be the bigger person right now.
What were we so afraid of? Well, the herd, or maybe even a hoard of walkers that were making their way down our street. Why were we so scared though? It was just a few of them. But no, some of them were dressed in army outfits, which means many different things. One, the walkers might have been able to take over a military base. Two, they might just try to break in. It would take a while for them to pass by the house, so we would have to get moving now before it gets worse.
As soon as we were all in the same room and ready, I snuck downstairs first to make sure we were in the clear and signaled them down. We opened the supply closet and packed everything needed. We all grabbed our weapons and looked for the most direct exit.
The walkers seemed to realize that something was living in here because they began banging on the glass as if it was necessary. We are in the supply closet on the back wall, as far away from the glass as possible. I knew deep down that the glass was incredibly thin since we had to replace it almost twice.
My eyes widened as I pulled out my phone, opening an app. "What are you doing on your phone? It's not the time, Gon." Killua whispered at me. "Hadn't I told you I had a plan?" I smirked.
We had security cameras littering the area since we were a public cafe, and things like theft have happened before. I had an app on my phone which lets me view the cameras at all times. I checked the cameras, noticing it was a great chance to put my plan into action. I threw my phone back into my pocket and guided the others into the garage.
"Just a quick warning, I'm great at driving. So don't complain about it." I jokingly told them as we piled into the car. I was in the driver's seat, Killua was in the passenger seat, and Leorio was behind me with Kurapika. The garage door opens from the back of the café, which means we will be exiting through the opposite way the walkers are entering from.
After I opened the garage door with a small remote we owned but never used, we heard a large crashing noise coming from inside the house, watched as many walkers sat up from where they were sitting on the ground, covered in shattered glass. I closed the car door and turned the key, starting the engine, hitting the gas with my foot as soon as possible. As we pulled out of the garage door, the walkers flooded into the room behind us.
I sped down the road as both Killua and Leorio screeched in fear, while Kurapika was quiet as ever. I looked in the rearview mirror and saw Kurapika clutching onto his seat in shock. I slowed down the car to a reasonable speed. "Sorry guys, I didn't notice how fast I was going," I said, although I knew exactly what I had just done. "Where are we going now?" Kurapika asked, voice shaking.
"That was only the first part of the plan, Kurapika," I told him. In all honesty, there were only two parts to my plan. Escape, and figure out where I had left my favorite place.
