《Infected [killugon/killuaxgon]》Goodbye, Mito.

I awoke from a nightmare, taking notice of the moonlight draining in through the window which lit up my room just enough to see my surroundings. I had a strange dream, where these blurry figures would step closer to me every time I turned my eyes away even for a second.
'I surveyed my surroundings, despite the darkness. The alleyway was quite wide, there were trash bags everywhere, and a large dumpster was to the left of me. The buildings were made of brick and had colorful graffiti marks in random places, as well as a ladder to the far right side. I tried to move, but it felt as if I was glued to the ground.
As I was looking around, a few blurry figures crept into the alleyway quickly, though it felt like slow motion. I saw them out of the corner of my eye and twisted to face them. As I did so, the figures halted their movements completely. I stared at them for a while. The blurriness didn't seem to fade away even a bit. Once I figured they wouldn't move again, I continued to study my surroundings. There was a broken window beside the ladder. It had white spray paint covering what was left of the glass, making it impossible to see through.
I turned my head back just in time to see that they were now mere inches in front of me, yet still a blurry mess. My heart pounded out of my chest as a stared at its blurred eye. I tried to move away, but to my avail, I was still stuck.
You could say I panicked. I started shaking and continued making eye contact with the thing. It felt like forever before I broke eye contact to blink, and it quickly took a deep bite out of my arm while I did so. I stood there paralyzed. I wanted to scream, but couldn't.'

The dream ended with me gasping for air and sweating buckets. I figured I wouldn't fall back asleep covered in sweat, so I took a brief shower and read 'Alice in Wonderland' for the rest of the night.
---------------
I was reminded when to get up by my Aunt Mito knocking on my door and telling me to get ready for the day. Of course, I already had a shower last night, so I brushed my teeth, did my hair, and got dressed.
I wore a plain white t-shirt with jean pants, a black belt, and I stuck a pocketknife in my belt pocket because of safety first, I guess.
I opened my door and was greeted by the smell of eggs and bacon. My Aunt Mito is a talented cook, and she taught me how to make a few things when I was younger.
I hastily walked to the small upstairs kitchen and grabbed a plate after thanking Mito. We both sat down and ate, but she looked upset about something.
"Mito? Are you okay? You look sad" I said, frowning.
She jumped a bit in her seat as she heard my voice, but calmed down. "I am just worried. You know, about you and the café," she says, slightly frowning. I look at her and smile widely. "It's okay Aunt Mito! I have this under control. I know how to cook everything on the menu, I can clean, and do everything we always do together! just, excluding you. But I assure you everything will be fine. You should take a break anyway!"
I say with a massive grin on my face. She looks at me and laughs. "That smile... It hasn't changed a bit since I saw you for the first time as a young child. And, thank you, Gon. It means a lot for you to help. I wish I had enough money for two tickets! Then we could have gone together. I can still stay if you want me here." She says with a face that said she really didn't want to.

"I'm sure you would like to stay, and since you keep suggesting you'd just stay here, I guess I should just take that ticket instead," I said with a smirk.
Her eyes widen. "A- actually on second thought... hmm, I wonder if I shove you in my suitcase you could go with me. Follow me for a second, and we'll see if you fit in there. It's slightly smaller than you, but I'm sure with a bit of stretching you could fit." She says slowly walking towards her room.
I quickly snapped my neck in her direction. "N- NO! I mean, it's okay! You can go ahead and enjoy your vacation. I think you're going to have a lot more fun without me, anyway." I said, waving her off.
She laughed. "Alright then. The offer is still on the table, though! "I'm going to pack. The flight is in 4 hours!" She shouts.
I quickly clean the table and dishes and head to my room to finish the drawing I have been working on lately. Oh yes, I draw, but I hate painting because I suck at it. I enjoy doing a few different art styles, like spray painting, pastels, crafts, and anything related.
As I was drawing, I had lost all motivation that I had before. I got up and opened a bin next to my bed, pulling out my throwing knives. Ah, another thing you didn't know about me. I practice a few martial arts, and throw knifes. Though, I am no were near perfect at it. I also have a small collection of pocket knives. Why would you need to know that, though?
Throwing the knife at the board, it hit the outside border. I kept throwing the knives. There was one on each ring. Circling the border, until the center circle is reached.
----------
Aunt Mito was about to depart for Yorknew for the next 3 weeks. I was excited for her, while she still seemed worried. I hugged her and said, "don't worry Mito, everything will be okay back here. Have fun. See you in 3 weeks."
Mito smiled and hugged Gon back. "Ill see you soon. I love you." "I love you too..."
...
"Goodbye, Mito."
