As I try to quietly enter my room I accidentally stub my toe against Jessie's mini fridge. I silently groaned,trying to stay quiet but that failed.

"What are you doing?" Jessie asked in a grouchy tone. "Nothing,just going back to sleep"I respond as I plug my phone into the charger and lay down on my bed,throwing my soft blanket over me.

After a couple minutes of silence Jessie decided to open her mouth.

"Why were you talking to Alex?" she asked curiously. My voice cracks as I try my best to lie , "I wasn't"I answered. "Yes,you were. You said his name when you answered your phone"Jessie confirms. "So you're snooping now?"I ask trying to distract Jessie. "I'm not snooping,the whole campus heard your phone ring,it's what woke me up idiot"Jessie says. I gasp and continue to talk, "we were just talking about an assignment he had. I'm good at writing and he needed help,it's due later today"I lie. "oh,whatever"Jessie says going back to silence.

"Wake up,we've got to go,class is starting soon"Jessie says getting on my bed and laying on top of me. "I don't want to" I complain, "Awe,that's cute. You think you have a choice. Come on"Jessie says lifting my blanket off of me. "Is this how it's going to be every morning?Me having to force you out of bed?It's time to get up,oh and you're phones been blowing up all morning, I put it on silent". Jessie updates. "Thank you?"I say picking up my phone.

Four missed calls and three text messages. "Oh! It's mystery guy!" I squeal. "Who?" Jessie asks. "Oh I didn't tell you!?" I ask. "Tell me what?"Jessie asked joined by a chuckle. "Well there's this super hot guy I seen at the party,and then I saw him on campus,then I met him in the cafe and he asked for my number,but I only gave him the last four digits,I don't know how he found the middle three but it's him!"I say jumping up and down. "Well call him back!"Jessie encourages. "I will ,I will"I say. I go to my recent call list and press on Ethan's number.

"It's ringing" I say.

"I was wondering when you were going to give me the time of day" Ethan jokes once he answered the phone.

"Well it's given"I respond with a smile on my face.

"Well,listen I want to get to know you a little better"Ethan admitted.

"Go on"I say.

"How about we have a lunch date this afternoon,in the cafe"Ethan suggested.

"The campus' cafe? I'm sure you can do better than that"I challenged.

"Fine,how about,Olive Garden? It's the best I've got"Ethan says with a chuckle.

"That's better"I say.

"Alright well,it's a date"Ethan says then hanging up.
