Third POV
Volturi Castle, Volterra
Bella was fitting well in her new vampire lifestyle. Right now, Jane was leading Bella to a fitting room. Bella was not sure by the purpose of this room but Aro had promised her that Athenodora would be there when she reaches.
Jane turned yet again, Bella following her. At last, Jane opened a mahogany door on the left, gesturing Bella to enter the room. Bella walked in, taking every single detail of the room in.
The intricate carvings on the pillars, the red curtains hanging on the windows, keeping the sunlight outside. Athenodora stood beside a lady. Her eyes were crimson, indicating her vampirism.
Her brown hair, long, braided into a French braid. The Volturi necklace hung around her neck. The black shirt, pant and jacket contrasted against her pale skin. Her lips full, sitting in a straight line.
"Bella, meet Corin. She is my personal guard," Athenodora introduced the vampire to Bella. "Nice to meet you," Bella said, politely with a nod. "It's my pleasure to meet you, Mistress Isabella," Corin greeted formally with a bow.
"Please-" "Call her Bella," Athenodora interrupted Bella by completing her sentence. Athenodora smiled at Bella, which was reciprocated. "I..." Corin wasn't sure if she should really use nicknames for Bella.
"It's alright if you are hesitant to call me Bella," Bella said. "Thank you for understanding, Mistress," Cornin said, bowing slightly to show her gratitude. Bella nodded back while turning to look at Athenodora.
"So... why did you call me?" Bella asked. Athenodora squealed slightly. "I called you for measurements, so we can get the dress altered for you for the masquerade," Athenodora informed her.
"Okay," Bella reacted. "Who is going to take the measurements?" She asked. "There is a dress designer nearby the palace who make my clothes, I guessed you will like to have a try," Athenodora shrugged.

"Sure, and thanks," Bella said, letting a smile grace her lips. She was feeling happy here. She felt like this was her home, the best place in her life where she was not judged.
The door opened and a middle-aged lady with red, curly hair and green eyes entered the room. Her red hair tied in a ponytail. She was wearing a white shirt and black skirt. A measuring tape in her left hand and a notepad and pencil in her right hand.
Bella was glad she had feasted in the morning or it would have been overwhelming for her. Bella didn't notice the smile Athenodora gave her. Athenodora was pleased by the fact that Bella could keep herself in control.
This new discovery of Athenodora meant that she and Bella can go to shopping someday in the evening when the sun is down or Volterra is facing a cloudy day.
"Shall we start the measurements, Mrs. Volturi?" The lady asked Athenodora. "You can call me Dora since we have a better person who will be known by that name; and yes, we can start."
Everyone understood what Athenodora meant. It was a clear message to all that "the better person" is Bella since Aro is the "king" and Bella is his mate. Once Bella and Aro are married, Bella will be the queen, thus, making her Mrs. Volturi.

Yet Another RimWorld (Dropped)
*Fanfiction based on the game RimWorld*A more realistic take of RimWorld, where we follow the pawns that must struggle to survive in yet another Rimworld. Their stories, guided by a particularly playful narrator, will tell the tales of survival, defeat, gains, losses, triumph, and ultimately ruin. Trials faced by people, in places of various circumstances, will be observed and presented to its audience. What will be presented here are insignificant snippets of history, merely few of the innumerable tales and prospects to be found across this wide galaxy; The things we discover from these pawns, so many yet so few. Ultimately, they are just more drama meant for enjoyment, albeit in a twisted way. A/N:This is a fanfiction, based on the game "RimWorld". Using my personal gameplays as a basis for this fanfiction, in addition to some embellishments here and there. Unlike the silly antics that caused grave consequences if you had ever played RimWorld, my rendition will (hopefully) stay more grounded to reality, whereby no one will go beserk and dig up corpses if they can't eat on a table for 3 days in a row. That's all I need to say, you get the point. I'm writing this for fun. So please expect me to be inconsistent. Lastly, I am incredibly grateful to Tynan Sylvester for the game he created, "RimWorld", which is loved by many across the world and it will always remain a special place in my heart. For without his game, my work would not exist.

In Pursuit of Bark's Finest
On the frontiers of transhumanity’s expansion into the galaxy thousands of light years from the light of Sol, things can get rather chaotic. There are countless millions of nascent interstellar nations securing their interests, pirate ships prospering off plunder and deniable mercenary work, dissidents setting up their own civilizations, and other groups all trying to push an agenda. When these groups crash into each other, the results can become extremely messy and convoluted. Recently, a frontier nation calling itself the Red Star Union has found itself at the focal point of one such complication. A freighter under their protection has been sabotaged, hijacked in interstellar space, and robbed of its cargo. This would be bad enough even if all it were carrying was luxury goods, but the freighter Nebula Plow was carrying more than just normal trade goods. Indeed, her cargo of Non-Orientable Wormholes for use in starship power plants was both very expensive and very, very dangerous. Now the Red Star Union has to worry about a pirate crew running around with several extra devices capable of converting matter into antimatter with negligible energy cost. With those, the pirates could be capable of inflicting untold damage if allowed to leverage their ill-gotten gains into a stronger position, a possibility the Union finds completely intolerable. Unfortunately, all that the Red Star Union has to go on for evidence is two names; that of the captain, and that of the ship. The Captain is going by the possible pseudonym of Fuller, while the ship is named Bark’s Finest. And thus the orders came down to the Union’s Bureau of Starforce Intelligence: find more information on these pirates, conclusively identify them, and figure out where exactly they’ve gone to ground so that the fleet can crush them before they get established. Of the many agents that the bureau assigned to this mission, one would happen to play an important role: Field Agent Madeline Zargosty. This is her story. This story is entirely pre-written, and will have one chapter released per week. If you want to read it all ahead of schedule and get access to some premium-exclusive bonus content, the entire book is available for purchase; links to the appropriate storefront pages will be posted at the end of each chapter. This story is also being posted to Scribblehub.
