That's exactly how Neha felt went she gained consciousness from her coma only to realize that her husband was no longer her husband. The love of her life moved one without her...coming to terms that he had a family of his own while she no longer had her round belly. Neha was hell bent on getting what she deserved.

"Neha baby. We love you so much, please wake up baba." The woman said before she headed off her to work. It took her a long time to grasp that her daughter was in a coma and would most likely never wake up. But as a mother, she refused to let her daughter go.

As she was walking out the room a faint hoarse voice called out, "M-mama?"

Never had the lady spun around so fast to see her daughter struggling to move. For a few seconds but what felt like hours, it dawned to the woman that her daughter need medical attention because she had woken from a coma after five years.

"Beti. Calm down. I'm going to get the doctors. " Her father said finally snapping out of his shock. His pale and weak daughter however was determined to sit up.

"Mo-" Neha stopped mid sentence coughing.

After getting some water and getting checked out by the doctors, there was only one thought running through Neha's mind.

Where was Kabir?

She couldn't remember how she ended up in the hospital yet the name Kabir was so important to her and she had no idea why. She had no face to place that name to.

"Kya hai Kabir? [Where is Kabir?] Why isn't anyone telling me anything? "

Her parents couldn't meet her eyes.

That's when her heart dropped. Silent tears emerged from her eyes before a wave of dizziness hit her.

Why was her body reacting so bad to her parents' reaction?

Neha truly had no idea.

Suddenly the machine around her started to beep faster as she clutched the side of her bed rails. Within minutes, the doctors rushed into her room and that was all she remembered before everything turned to darkness.
