"Happy birthday bihhh!" Kai and Tiana hollered into the phone.

"Thanks y'all" I laughed, doing a dumb little face.

I turned 21 today, and I was just happy I was blessed to see another year. And I was legal, so I could turn up without a problem

"Soo what you and Aug got planned for today?" Kai said, I watched as she positioned the camera in front of her and Tiana.

"I don't know, he cooked me breakfast, which was amazing, but he told me we were going a few places this afternoon" I shrugged.

"A bad bitch is legallll" Kai said, sticking her tongue out

"Ya heardddd" I heard Tiana's loud self in the back,

"Ugh I wish I could see y'all" I whined, August had us all the way in Hawaii, which was nice and all, but I missed working and spending time with my besties.

"I know boo, we miss you too" Kai sighed, rubbing her little bump.

"Aww look at my nephew" I smiled at her.

"It's a girl" She squinted her eyes.

"Imma let you think that" I laughed.

"Man you and Chris getting on my nerves with that, it's a girl" She sniffed.

"Oh lawd, the hormones" Tiana sighed, handing a piece of tissue to Kai.

"Shut up" She blew her nose.

I looked up and saw August was coming into the door.

"Guys I'll call you back later" I grabbed my phone.

"Yo man must be there, bye girl, happy g-day" Tiana said.

"Bye" I heard Kai sniff, which made me chuckle a little. I hung up the phone and got off the fluffy bed and stood in front of August.

"Hey boo" I smiled.

"Hey love" He kissed my forehead.

I watch him walk over the bed and pull some things out the bags he had.

"Ouu this is nice" I held up the swimsuit.

"Glad you like it" He smiled.

"We going swimming!" I said excitedly.

"Yeah baybeh" He chuckled,

"Yesss" I did a small little dance.

Aug gave me an ugly face. "Don't do that again"

"Hater" I flicked a tag at him.

"Gone and get changed" He nodded towards the bathroom.

I just shrugged him off, I began undressing myself right there. He looked at me amused.

"Act like you never seen a body before" I teased, pulling up the bikini part of the swimsuit.

"Turn 21 don't know how to act" He chuckled.

He helped me tie the back of my swimsuit.

"Thanks"

We gathered our things and headed out to the beach.

I walked into the water, not going out to deep, because I can't swim.

I turned around and looked at August, who stood in the sand on the phone.

I sighed and called his name.

"August!"

He looked at me and mouthed 'One second'

I rolled my eyes and went back to chilling in the water.

I just admired the beautiful view, and I heard August moving in the water.

I turned around and smiled at him. He returned it.

"Thank you so much for everything August, I really appreciate you" I said, wrapping my arms around his slender frame.

"It's nothing ma"

"It's something, something that I really appreciate."

"I just wanna give you da' world baybeh" August mumbled.

"I love you, I really do" I smiled up at him.

"Look at my baybeh" August smirked,

I blushed, and looked down. August had me wearing this beautiful dress, and he was taking me somewhere, but I didn't know where.

"August why do I have to wear blindfolds?" I asked, while he put the on.

"Cause you have to" He said.

"I- okay" I sighed. I wasn't finna press it.

He guided my out of the house and helped me into the car.

When he pulled off, I just listened to the music that softly played from the radio.

Eventually we pulled up somewhere and he killed the engine.

He helped me out of the car and guided me somewhere.

He stopped me.

"You ready?" He asked.

"Yes" I nodded.

He removed the blindfolds, and I gasped and covered my mouth at the beautiful view.

"Oh my God, You did this?" I asked.

"Eh I had a little help" August nodded.

I looked and saw Kai and Tiana walking towards me.

"I missed y'all so much!" I ran and hugged them.

"We missed you too" Tiana smiled.

I was just so happy to see my friends. We walked around I saw the rest of what August did, I can't believe he really did this for me.

"Aye happy birthday scraps" Chris came up and slightly pushed my shoulder.

"Thanks rat" I laughed.

A few other of my friends came and told me happy birthday.

I can't believe August flew them out just for me. We were living on a little remote place in Hawaii, because he didn't want to risk Kayla finding us.

I wasn't complaining, but I missed seeing them everyday.

"Happy birthday little bit" Kendrick came up and hugged me.

"Thanks, I missed ya crazy self" I laughed, returning the hug.

"I missed you too. So y'all stay out here now?" He asked.

"Yes, it's so beautiful and serene. Not to mention, no crazy bitch is tryna kill me" I joked

"Man that's wild" He chuckled.

"How have you been though, I barely been hearing from you" I asked.

"I've been good, just been busy" He shrugged.

"Oh okay" I nodded. He was acting a bit off. Normally we would be laughing at something dumb.

"Man that nigga was so ashy, if he rubbed against something to fast he might of caught on fire" I heard when I walked by Chris and August.

Chris was always on somebody head. I chuckled and winked at August, who stopped his conversation with Chris and came up to me.

"You enjoyin' ya self?" August asked.

"Yes, thank you pooh-butt" I cheesed at him.

"You lucky it's yo birthday" He shook his head.

"You know you like when I call you that" I laughed.

"You know you like when I call you that" He mocked me.

"My voice ain't that high pitched now" I playfully hit him.

"Mhm" He nodded.

"It's not" I said.

"Whateva'." He wrapped his arms around me.

I stood on my toes and kissed him, and for a second I forgot everyone was there.

I really love this man.

"Ouu y'all bein' grown" Chris said, sounding like a little kid.

I laughed and pulled away. August glared at Chris, who turned around and acted like him and Royalty was looking at the sky.

"Irritatin' ass" August chuckled.

He pulled something from behind him and I gasped when I saw it, it was a necklace, with the letter 'A' engraved on it.

"I love it August" I smiled, I turned around so he could clip it on.

"Alright y'all it's time to sing happy birthday" Chris said.

Everyone gathered around, and Tiana and Kai brought a beautiful cake out.

I smiled and chuckled, because they were singing, the " black version" of it, as August like to call it.

I blew out the candles, and August asked me what I wished for.

"I actually have everything I need" I smiled.

We laughed and ate cake, today was a good day. I'm happy I got to spend it with my family and friends.

When I glanced up, I saw Kendrick by himself, and I squinted, because normally he'd be over here clowning with August and Chris, but before I got the change, he just walked off and left.

That was weird.
