Can - Tin...
Tin - it looks disgusting, isn't it?
Tin's voice was emotional, like someone who just got done crying.
Can - Tin, did your dad did this?
Tin didn't have to answer, Can already knew it was his dad alright. Can angrily kneeled down to him.
Can - no wonder you didn't want to go back, Tin, I--
Tin - (interrupted) you're right.
Can - (confused) huh?
Tin turned to met Can's. Can couldn't tell if there were tears in Tin's eyes because of all the rain.
Tin - I am disgusting. My body is disgusting. My feelings are disgusting. Everything! Everything of me is filthy!
Can shook his head and placed his hand on Tin's shoulder. Tin quickly shoved it away.
Tin - that's why no one loves me. No one cares! it'll be best if I die! Living a life like this, I rather just give up!
Can - (slapped Tin on the face) you think if you die, everyone will be happy?! Didn't you say your mom loves you? Even Larry has feelings for you! You're not alone! You just think that you are!
Tin didn't move. He just sat there, looking at the wet ground. He shut his eyes tight. There are so many things for him to explain to Can to make Can understand... but he didn't want to bother. He stood up as Can followed.
Tin - think all you want, it doesn't matter to me anymore.
Can - Tin, you have to think of the ones who care about you. Those who love you and never wish you to die. You have to go back to them. (grabbed onto Tin's wrist.) Tin, you're a very smart person. If you just hang out with the right people, I'm pretty sure you'll never feel lonely again.

Tin - (snapped a glare at Can) right people? You sure know how to talk. If it's that easy to find the right people to hang out with then I probably wouldn't even notice that you exist. The only person that I feel right about right now is no one other than you, Can!
Can widen his eyes, frozen on spot. He turned speechless and he couldn't think of anything to say. He doesn't know if he should feel good or shame about it.
Tin - you see? Even you don't want to hang out with me. (Pointed to himself with his other hand while the other was still gripping by Can.) I always consider people's feelings. Believe it or not but I do! That's why I always hang out with Larry!
Can loosened the grip on Tin's wrist.
Tin - Cuz he likes me. I hang out with him because I'm doing him a favor. I want him to know that I'm not disgust of him. (Lowered his eyes) I want him to know that I'm grateful but... hanging out with him...was exhausting you know that? (Pulled his wrist back) I came to know that he only care for my image, not here. (Pointed to his heart.) And after what he did to us, there's no way I will forgive him.
Can didn't know that Tin could be this sensitive. He always thinks Tin was annoying, cold-hearted, and always care about himself.
Tin - (Looked forward) other than my niece, I can't think of anyone else who cares for me.
Can - what about your mother?
Tin swallowed even though his mouth was dry. He looked away, turning away from Can.
Tin - honestly...
Can listened carefully.
Tin - I hate my mother the most. Sorry, I lied to you, Can.

Looking forward to any constructive criticism, however, i already have in mind, the entire plot and tone of the story, any revisions based on feedback will likely only be considered upon completion. As of now starting out, i haven't really settled on a timeline for regular updates But I aiming for at least two chapters a week at about 2000 words each. I will promise at least one chapter of that size at least once a week, until completion. I'm rather determined to put this story on paper ( or web page i guess).

Who Fixes Books Anyway?
On the pretense of a raise, the relatively new employee Pernie is called in to talk with her superiors. NOTE: This is a short story written for a class I took recently. As a result of deadlines, it does not possess the quality (or length) that I would like and is rather thrunkated. Perhaps sometime far in the furture I'll fix it up. For now, I have much more important things to work on, such as my other fiction.
