Thwap.

A sixth ball of lined paper, all scrunched up into a tight little ball, rolled across his tray, right past his phone screen. Theo's eyes found it almost instantly, his chest deflating with sudden ferocity.

This has been going on for quite some time now.

Innocently enjoying another film, preferably one pertaining to his desperate need to smash something right now. Christian Bale did a credible job as a mentally unstable psychopath – Theo liked that. Despite such self control, Theo had thought it would be simple to swipe them off his tray and enjoy the rest of the day.

Finding himself unfolding them, reading them, and then throwing them away had not been on his itinerary.

Although by now, Theo was thoroughly annoyed and had gotten sick of being pulled from the immersion of the film more times than one.

"Alright," he clapped his hands together and sent Atticus a deep glare. "You've officially made me very pissed. Can you just stop?"

The blond only raised an innocent brow, and Theo made a point to note that he had already been watching him, delicate blue eyes trained on him. "You've been ignoring me, how else am I supposed to get your attention?"

"I'm ignoring you because I don't like you," he fired back.

Atticus only titled his head, a smirk crawling up his lips. "For someone who wants to ignore me, you sure do like reading all the notes I've been passing."

He smirked. That bastard actually had the audacity to smirk at him. Theo's cheeks went slightly pink. "That doesn't matter."

The blond chuckled to himself. "I think it does."

Theo folded his arms across his chest, and sulked. Narrowed eyes focused on his phone screen as he did his best to ignore the amused laughs from the other.

Thwap.

Bastard. To hell with it all.

He could see his smug expression out of the corner of his eye, as Theo's gaze drifted over to the piece of paper. He wondered where this damn annoying boldness had suddenly come from, he was staring at him with an expression of victory, as if Theo's fate was locked into place.

He wouldn't open it.

He wouldn't give him the satisfaction.
