(Ruffnut's POV)

I woke up knowing that tonight would be great! It was me and Tuffs birthday, a whole night of being crazy party animals. The cherry on top well of course Snotlout will be there. 👍

(Snotlout's POV)

I woke up with a boxed gift by my bed, it was from Ruffnut. I opened it and it was a note with a necklace shaped like Hookfang! The note reads, -Dear Snotlout, tonight is me and Tuffs birthday please come. It's in the great hall -With Love Ruffnut. ♡ I immediately went to my shelf and grabbed a small box with her name on it and added a ribbon. "Tonight will be so romantic, I can show her the man I really am and the gift will prove it all. So convenient their birthday is in Valentine's day!" I said looking to the mirror.

(Tuffnut's POV)

I got up and ran twords me and Ruffnut's callender and ran up to her room. "ITS TODAY!" I screamed on the verge of making her go deaf. I ran back to my room to see if there was snow and sure enough there was. "YES!" Then he remembered "Crap. Snotlout is gonna be there." TuffNut just layed back down for a while thinking of how he would keep him away from his sister on Valentine's day.

Astrid nocked on Ruffnut and Tuffnut's door. Ruffnut answered and quickly pulled her inside. "I'm so excited!" Astrid replied. "We gotta get you ready for tonight, we gotta do your hair, paint your nails, get you a dress-" She was cut off. Ruffnut looked at her with a blank face. "A dress? I think not!" Astrid looked at her "Oh your Wearing a dress!" When Astrid said she was doing something.

Snotlout walked over to Ruffnut's window and saw Astrid trying to pick out a dress for her while she just sat there a bit bummed out about wearing a dress. He then threw a small pebble to get attention, he had amazing green and orange flowers. She opened the window when Astrid wasn't watching her.

"Snotlout? If TuffNut sees you he is gonna kill ya you know?" He replied. "Here, these are for you." He tossed her the flowers. She blushed a little when she saw him finally run away. Astrid saw her talking to him. "You guys are such a cute couple!" Ruffnut replied face a little red. "We aren't a couple!"

Astrid just laughed a bit. "Here! Put this on." Ruffnut put on a white dress and she looked in the mirror. "I love it." Astrid looked at her while curling her hair. "What was that?" Ruffnut didn't repeat her words. Astrid took that moment to say..."I told ya so!" Ruffnut just tried to get off the subject. "So who is working on the party?" Astrid replied. "Hiccup and fishlegs, they are suprisingly good at party planning.

(Snotlout's POV)

I got one of my best black and white suits out because knowing TuffNut it's going to be formal dress 10x more party. I had a small framed picture of me TuffNut and Ruffnut from when we were 17...Looking back I've like her since then....I know that sounds creepy, but she was always there to help me out and she stood up for me alone then too.

Hey sis, look at my tux!" TuffNut had a green tuxedo on. Ruffnut replied. "Best one yet." TuffNut looked at her. "WOAH! Astrid got you to wear a dress, you poor thing." Ruffnut rolled her eyes at her brother. "C'mon bro! It's time to go." Ruffnut, TuffNut and Astrid headed to the party.

Everyone jumped out and yelled "Surprise!" All the guys stared at the girl they've never seen in a dress, Ruffnut truly looked stunning. I saw Ruffnut look around for well, we all know who. But I was surprised not see him either. I reassured her. "He will come, I promise." TuffNut walked over to a table where all his good friends were so that basically left me and Ruffnut just standing there. Until, "Hey Astrid we should dance." I agreed and we dance for a while.

I was honestly terrified for once, I've never had this feeling before I was 30 minutes late. I finally got Ruff and Tuff's gifts ready. I couldn't get the image of what Ruffnut would look like, or if she would even care about me. I finally got it together and ran out the door to go find Ruff.

"Hey guys watch this." TuffNut snorted a noodle up his nose and laughed but, the laughing quickly stopped when he saw Snotlout staring at his sister. TuffNut was about to get up and kick him out, before he saw Ruffnut grab Snotlout's hand and run to the dance floor.

Tuffnut's face was so shocked he looked like he just got attacked it something, Astrid asked him. "Just let them have this dance."

TuffNut looked at her. "Are you crazy? He is near my sister, on Valentine's day! She is being brain washed, why else would she choose Snotlout? OUT OF ALL PEOPLE HIM?" Hiccup, Astrid and Fishlegs looked at him like dude, calm down.

Snotlout put his hands on Ruffnuts hips, he was shocked to see her hair down and in a dress. She was amazing. "You look beautiful." Ruffnut's face turned red. "I see you got the necklace." Snotlout replied. "It's amazing, I guess black-Smith is a good trade." When TuffNut saw Snotlout's hands around her waist he was about to loose it. TuffNut got up from the table and walked over there, he moved Ruffnut away from Snotlout and said.

"Nope, not happening. You two stay away from each other the rest of the party." Ruffnut looked at him and said. "What? Why? TuffNut are you drunk." TuffNut replied. "No but the way you two are touching each other you must be!" Snotlout asked. "What do you have against me? We used to all be friends!" TuffNut looked at him with discust. "What I have against you? You have been lying to me and sneaking around with my sister!"

Snotlout walked out the party forgetting to give Ruffnut his gift. She was almost in tears she was so angry with her brother so she had no other choice but to run out the party back to her house. Astrid soon went to talk to her best friend.

Ruffnut was talking through her tears.

"Why, I just wanted to spend Valentine's day with my-." She almost called Snotlout her boyfriend. Astrid almost exploded. "Excuse me one second." She practically ran out the door to tell Snotlout, on the way out the door she passed TuffNut but Ignored him. She of course had important news for Snotlout.

I threw my coat on the floor but I hear something odd, it was the gift I was meant to give Ruffnut. I felt my heart sink knowing I left her there alone to deal with TuffNut, I couldn't go back now. All the sudden I heard a knock at my door I opened it and to my surprise it was Astrid standing at my door.

Astrid looked like she was about to explode. "Ruffnut called you her boyfriend!" Snotlout looked shocked. "What? She did!" Astrid immediately replied. "She said she just wanted to spend Valentine's day with you Snotlout, she doesn't know how to tell you so I did for her." Snotlout ran out the door over to her house faster than he has before.

When he got there Ruffnut was finishing a braid. "S-Snotlout? What are you doing here?" Snotlout replied. "All I wanna do is spend Valentine's day with you, I love you Ruffles." Ruffnut laughed a bit. "I would like that, oh and Snotlout....I love you too."

She kissed him tenderly. They flew off on Hookfang to enjoy the rest of the night. ♡
