《Bushes - A Hot Chelle Rae Fanfic (Ryan/OC)》Chapter 21

Ryan knew something was off as soon as he woke up. The tour bus was silent with the exception of whispers carrying down the hall. Nash's loud snores were absent, along with the sounds of FIFA, which playing it, of course is part of Jamie's morning ritual. He rolled over and saw Maddie was no longer in bed, either. What the hell?
He felt a nervous wave go through him, everything has been great for the past two weeks since Maddie came back. Well, better than great actually. Perfect. And now, the chance of change made him nervous. He rolled out of his bunk, threw on a t-shirt and joined everyone in the kitchen. As soon as he was within their sight, they all stopped talking.
"it's about time you got up," Maddie teased, going up to him and kissing his cheek. He smiled at her, relieved. At least nothing has changed between the two of them.
"So what's going on?"
"The tour has been extended!" Jamie answered excitedly.
"That's great! But - to where? I mean, we've practically gone everywhere in the U.S now.."
"Think bigger than the U.S.."
"Wait a minute..we're going international?!"
"You got it," Ian said, matching Ryan's excited smile.
"We aren't exactly sure which countries yet - the only confirmed ones as of right now are Japan and Australia. Jason said he'd give us a call when he knows the rest."
"Oh my God..this is unbelievable. I didn't even know we had a big enough fan base internationally to make this happen. We finally did it!"
"Bleed has gained us a lot of attention, all over apparently. I just don't think we realized the extent of it - until now."

"Congratulations, sweetie." Maddie said, wrapping her arm around his waist.
"I think I speak for all the guys when I say we couldn't have done it without you, Maddie. You're the one who encouraged us to start the band and to continue on with it. So thank you. And not to mention my inspiration for almost all of the songs I've written." Ryan said to her, pressing his lips against hers.
"Okay, lovebirds," Nash interrupted with a smirk. "I believe we have a new song to write." Ryan rolled his eyes, of course Nash was right. If they wanted to stay on the top, they'd need to put a new song out - and fast.
The guys -with the exception of Jamie, he wasn't one for writing- set off to the lounge to get started. Meanwhile, Maddie and Jamie decided to venture inside the venue they'd be playing in that night.
It was a general admission concert, so of course it was large and open, just like the last fifteen venues they were at. But they all loved it. Maddie sat on the edge of the stage, taking it all in. Swinging her legs back and forth, she tried to imagine what it must be like to play for hundreds- even thousands- of people. It must be pretty amazing.
"What'cha thinking about?" Jamie asked, sitting next to her.
"I'm just trying to imagine what you guys must feel like performing for your fans every night...and the kind of rush you must get."
"It is pretty amazing," He agreed, getting a far away look on his face. "You know what my favorite part of a show is?" Maddie shook her head no. "Right before the show begins. All of the lights just turned off, and everyone just starts screaming. The excitement level intensifies, and you can just feel all of the energy. It's like you could just do anything. I could never get sick of it."

Maddie smiled at him. He's just like Ryan when he talks about something he's passionate about it. Their eyes both light up, and they get that half smile on their faces. She loves it. "You and Ryan are so alike, you know that?"
Jamie looked over at her and returned her smile. "Except for one big difference.."
"And what's that?"
"He's stuck with you." He said smirking.
"Jamie! You're such a jerk!" She said laughing as he got up and ran away from her. He knew she'd make him regret that. Maddie was definitely like another big sister to him. He loved the relationship they had.

"There you guys are!" Ryan yelled as soon as Jamie and Maddie got back on the bus. "Jason called with the rest of the countries for the tour!"
"What are they?"
"Spain, New Zealand and England!"
"Oh my God..I still can't believe this is happening.." Jamie said with a grin. "This is so unreal."
"What's the first stop on the tour?" Maddie asked. After all, the U.S tour was coming to an end in a little over a week.
"Spain is the first stop, and then I believe we go from there to Japan I want to say? There or England..I don't remember exactly. But Jason has the official dates and everything. So we can ask him for it later." Ian answered.
"This so exciting..congratulations you guys."
"Thanks, sweetheart." Ryan replied, wrapping her in a hug. "We leave for Spain next Friday, I hope you have a passport." He added with a wink.
Ryan had a gut feeling this tour would be the best one yet. For multiple reasons.

Sporemageddon
Why survive the apocalypse when you can become the apocalypse? Nature is dying, but perhaps before the world is turned into an industrious machine nature itself can play one final trump card to save itself. Summoned to a new world, a mushroom loving mycologist needs to grow up and grow stronger in order to accomplish the goal which brought them to this new place: to save nature from the system that the sentient races have created. Stats, levels, classes and skills are all well and good, but when you’re a Child of Poverty in the slums of City Nineteen, there’s little you can do to change the world. Not unless you’re willing to think outside the box! This story contains lots of cute stuff, but also some tragedy. If you’re expecting it to be as light and carefree as Cinnamon Bun or Heart of Dorkness, you might find yourself disappointed.

Planet-Eater Reincarnation (in Star Wars)
He wakes up without being able to see, taste or hear. Or even smell! But, after developing an eye for himself, he's able to recognize two facts: one, he is no longer human, and two, he's not on Earth anymore. He's in the middle of an asteroid field, stuck on a moderately large one with nothing around him but endless space. Heck, he's not even in the solar system! And now it's up to him to grow larger and stronger in order to avoid being eaten. Going by the leviathan-sized creatures swimming about the asteroid field, he has a long way to go before he can so much as try to live calmly. ---- Don't let the fanfiction tag scare you off. This only barely takes place in that universe since I like the basics of the lore and nothing more. It will barely feature a single prominent character, and the focus will mostly just be on the main character trying to grow himself out of danger, in the meantime denying the very idea that he could possibly be lonely. The first few dozen chapters will entirely focus on him growing from almost a gnat all the way to a real asteroid-eater. After that, an actual story will appear. Got the idea when I was reading the 2017 Darth Vader comic and my mind suddenly flashed back to that scene in the original trilogy when they're in some asteroid field and almost get eaten by a big monster. I loved that scene, and my inhibitions will no longer chain me. Enjoy, but don't take this too seriously.

The Strada republic has been fighting the Klada High Oligarchy, another multi-solar civilization for over half a century. As such they rely on IRC, Interdimensional Resource Collectors to seize items such as weapons, or raw resources from different dimensions. Orion Dandillon is one of these billions of workers. He has been working as an IRC for roughly two centuries and is now sent to a type-M/22 world. In other words, a fantasy world with a system.
