I was awoken to someone shaking my shoulder. I slowly open my eyes tiredly, seeing a blob of red and navy blue. Then I felt a weight of another on myself. I turn from the blob to the blue blob on top of me. Tom.
"Red Leader, sir. You have a meeting with the army leader that attacked yesterday. I suggest you bring up the surprise attack at the planned meeting." Pat suggested, standing up straight.
I nodded. "Alright, can you help me get Tom off? And not awake him." I ask, moving slightly.
Pat nodded, helping me get free from Toms grip.
After that, I headed to the area where the planes are kept. Pat and Pau by my sides.
"Sir, the plane is ready for takeoff. On your command." A soldier said, saluting me as I made my way into the plane.
"At ease." I said, the soldier remaining in a straight posture and arms by her sides. "Pau and Pat here will be flying the plane so I suggest open the doors in 5 minutes."
The soldier nodded, speed walking to the control panels. I catch up to Pau and Pat, them already in the drivers(?) part of the plane.
"Ready for takeoff?" I ask, sitting in a seat behind the two.
"Ready for take off son- I mean sir!" Pat corrected himself. Pau elbowed his lovers side. Receiving an 'ow' from Pat.
"So, why did you attack yesterday?" I ask,. The opposing leader knowing exactly what I mean.
"I told you, your little 'pet' will be mine!" She shouted, thumping her fists on the large oval table.
"He is not some pet! Never call him that again! Clear?!" I shouted back, coping her moves.
"OOOO SO YOU LIKE HIM??!" She asked, leaning her cheek into her hand. "We use to be best friends in high school, Tord. Now SPILL!!"

"Ugh!! We aren't friends anymore! And I do not like him! He's an important asset to MY army AND NOT YOURS!!"
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever.. but the thing is your little 'pet' is sleeping on a couch in your office, correct?" She asked, sitting back down and resting her chin on her two hands.
I didn't respond. What was she up to?
"Well, he's currently being kidnapped as we speak. Oooo cool goggles by the way!" She chirped.
"How the fuck do you know what's going on in MY BASE?!"
"Spies."
That simple answer. That simple word. Could mean so much but doesn't seem like it could. Could mean destruction. Could mean justice. No ones knows until the deed is done.
Unless that little rodent is caught and taken down.
"This meeting is over." I stated bluntly, turning around and leaving the room. Pau and Pat behind me.
"Send a message to the base. A kidnaping is happening right now and there are spies in the main army base." I commanded. Pat nodding, rushing ahead to the plane.

A Generic Dungeon Core Story
When one falls… what happens? Do they just disappear into an endless abyss? Do they got to a final resting place to lay forever? This is my first actual foray to the world of webnovels as I’ve never wrote any stories before… *cough cough * edgy horny filled teenage fanfics do not count whatsoever *cough cough*. I am very new to the world of novels and I am not a native English speaker so expect a lot of grammar mistakes. The story will update on weekends on Saturday or whenever I feel like uploading as I do not have much free time and this is only a novel I write to improve my writing skills. What can you expect from the story? - Dungeons? Of course, this is the main theme of the story. - Multiple leads? Yes, there will be multiple perspectives from many different characters with at least 4 main characters. - Gamelit? The world is ruled by a system… that does absolutely nothing other than a way to view your stats and progression. - Murder hole? No, the lead character has a challenging yet fair view on how dungeons should operate, don’t get me wrong as he will still kill people if they are evil, careless or overestimate their abilities but don’t expect too much death as I feel that most adventurers would be smart enough to know their abilities especially when they have to do it themselves instead on relying on skills or the system. - Cultivation? No, the ability to gain power from sitting still and breathing never made any sense to me and it will be completely broken if the MC gets their hands on it so… no. - Non-human MC? Yes, they are a dungeon after all and yes, dungeons do get avatars but it is a specialized procedure that many choose not to do. Also, if the dungeon gets an avatar, no he will not be some wish giving demigod or whatever. - Magic? Yes, but it is very limited and down to the ground... from my notes... which means nothing - Art? Yes, I’m a hobbyist-artists so expect some art sketches here and there… I am poor so I do not have line art pens or tablets or adobe photoshop… also no scanners so… pictures of pencil-sketches it is, no coloring though since I am terrible at coloring. - Comedy? Yes, if you can call my bad attempts at humor comedy. - Likeable characters? Hopefully… especially since I accidentally made like... 60 characters … how I made 6 originals into 60?… I have no idea whatsoever… - Adventurers/invaders/delvers/etc…? Yes! My favorite part about dungeon core novels are when delvers delve into the dungeon and reading how they react, I will definitely flesh out the delvers and show how they operate more than usual hopefully. Hopefully you like the story, I will not have a patreon or paypal or whatever mostly because I’m under 18, thanks for at least reading this far and I hope that my writing is at least passable and you enjoy the story… if not then at least I got some writing practice in English.
