Ivy followed Jake upstairs to their room.

He swung open the door and tore off his black jacket.

"What the fuck did you do?"

Ivy locked it behind them and turned her attention to the ginger-haired doll sitting on her bed with Jake's diary in his hands.

"I didn't do it."

Jake frowned. "What?"

Chucky flipped a page and shrugged, "Swear to god, I didn't kill her."

"Right, because there's always just murderer's running around the street." Ivy remarked.

"What do you think, i'm a complete moron?" Jake scoffed.

"Come on, guys. You gotta believe me, i'm your friend 'till the end." Chucky explained.

Ivy folded her arms over her chest. "Right."

"You can fuck with that shit." Her brother snapped. "We're not 6 years old."

He snatched the diary out of the dolls hands. "Give me that."

Chucky glared at the teen then huffed out a sigh. "Gotta say, writings not your forte.. stick to sculpture."

Jake tossed the book onto the nightstand. "Fuck you."

"You should just call it, Devon, Devon, Devon." He said, breaking into a fit of scratchy laughter.

"Coming from the guy hanging out with two teenagers." Ivy spat, rolling her eyes.

Chucky narrowed his eyes on her. "Relax princess, I'm just joking around."

"I have a queer kid."

The two teens plopped down onto Jakes bed, staring at the doll confused.

"You have a kid?"

"Gender fluid." He continued.

"Must be one heck of a father.." Ivy muttered.

"And you're cool with it?" Jake questioned, ignoring his sisters unease.

Chucky held out his hands. "I'm not a monster, Jake.."

"No, you are!" Her brother exclaimed, shooting up from the bed. "You killed Anne!"

Ivy just leaned back on the bed, watching her twin talk to the possessed doll sitting on her bed. She needed a bucket of bleach to get rid of the demon smell..

"Come on man, why would I kill Anne?" Chucky went on. "The three of us, we only kill people who have it coming."

Ivy sprang up from the bed. "Us? No way honey, I think you've got it a little jumbled up, up there."

"Jake and I don't kill people."

"Yet." Chucky grinned. "But I know you've thought about it, Ivy. Those bullies who try to take advantage of you."

Jake turned to his sister, confusion spreading across his face.

She looked down at the floor, avoiding eye-contact.

"Whatever. I don't want you killing anyone else." He yelled at the doll.

"It wasn't me!" Chucky defended. "Accidents happen, Jake.. more often than murder, and way more often than murders committed by supernaturally possessed dolls."

"That's just basic math."

Ivy lifted her head, matching her brothers questioning expression.

"And let me remind you, I could've killed anybody in this house during the last week, at any time, including you and your sister.."

They both took a small step back.

Jake swallowed nervously. "So, why haven't you?"

"I told you, Im trying to help you guys." He lifted his arm. "Look around, take a good look at where you are. A long way from that shithole you used to live in with that shithill using you two for punching bags!"

Ivy clenched her jaw. He wasn't wrong, this was an upgrade from the dump they used to live in.. but they were not about to become chess pieces in some guys kill spree.

"Im the only real friend you two got.. and i'm telling you, I did not kill the damn housekeeper."

"So people just randomly start to die around you for no reason?" Ivy frowned, unconvinced.

"Ive got my sight set on bigger gain.." The doll replied, smirking.

"Chucky, no." Jake argued, nervously.

"You two should know this better than anyone." He said.

"Some people just deserve to die.."

Before either of them could respond, a door opened in the hallway and Chucky went limp on the bed.

"It's probably Junior.." Jake whispered.

"Get rid of him!" Ivy shot back.

He nodded and cautiously opened the door. Ivy walked over to the black leather chair in the corner of the room and sank into it while Jake disappeared down the hall.

You could hear muffled arguing through the floor, most likely Luke and Bree talking about what happened to Anne.

Just then, the bathroom door right next to their bedroom opened and closed.

The water started running.

Ivy flinched when the bedroom door opened and Junior popped his head into the room. She watched him walk in, completely oblivious to her existence.

He spotted Chucky, who was now on the dresser, and rolled his eyes then opened up Jake's laptop.

Ivy frowned and looked over at the ginger doll when she spotted pictures of Lexi on the screen.

"Like mother, like son." Ivy said from the corner, startling the teenager.

"Why is everyone so interested in what my brother is doing?"

Jake walked in. "What the hell are you doing?"

Junior turned to him and clenched his jaw. "I was gonna ask you the same thing."

Ivy pointed to his laptop.

"Wait no thats- that's not-" Jake stuttered.

"Stay away from her.." Junior warned.

"You've got the wrong idea, Junior.. but i'm glad we can always count on you for being loyal!" Ivy rambled on as he exited then room.

Jake closed the door behind him and walked over to Chucky.

"Oops." The doll chuckled.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Jake scolded him.

Ivy stood up from the chair.

"Whats wrong with getting a little information on the prey first?" Chucky questioned, grinning.

"I told you," Jake exclaimed. "Back off!"

Ivy grabbed her brothers arm. "Do you hear yourself right now, that's a possessed doll, might I remind you."

He ignored her. "I will not let you do this."

Chucky's expression faltered, turning angry real fast.

"You better can it." He warned.

Jake glared at him. "What are you gonna do about it?"

Ivy backed away from the two of them and not even a second later, Chucky shot up from the dresser and struck Jake across the face.

The teen crashed to the ground, holding his eye.

"Shit!" Ivy shouted.

She hesitated for a second, contemplating wether she should strike Chucky back or leave it alone.

Since it seemed stupid to pick a fight with a serial killer, she decided to leave it alone.

Jake pushed himself onto his hands and sighed.

"You alright?" Ivy asked, helping him up off the floor.

He nodded, throwing Chucky a glare. "I'm fine.."

"You people are pathetic." The doll chuckled. "Aren't you used to that? Your old man used to hit you all the time."

Jake turned to his sister.

Ivy would never let Luke lay a hand on him, there were some times when he got the best of her but she would always fight back to take the attention off her brother..

"What?" He frowned.

The two of them shook their heads. Jake walked over to his bed and sat down, sighing. His phone started to beep on the table.

Ivy grabbed it. "It's Devon."

His head shot up immediately. "Really?"

She handed it to him.

Chucky groaned and headed for Ivy's bed.

"What'd he say?" She asked.

"He wants to know if i'm- if we're going to the party."

"Nice save.."

"Well, do you want to go?" Ivy questioned, glaring at the doll.

Jake rubbed his neck. "I don't know."

"Good, I don't wanna go either.." She admitted, joining him on the bed.

"I think we should." He decided.

"Seriously?"

Ivy followed her brother downstairs.

Logan had been calling them for the past five minutes.

"Wow, Jake." He said, nothing his swollen black eye. "You look incredible."

Bree nodded in agreement. "It looks so real.."

Ivy rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, what are you supposed to be though?"

Jake frowned. "Victim of circumstances."

They turned to each other confused.

"Well, that's great Jake.. Ivy," He turned to the brunette. "What are you?"

She frowned. "A teenage girl."

"Uh.. I think Junior already took off." Bree interjected, trying to change the awkward conversation.

"You want a ride?" Logan offered.

Jake sighed. "Actually.. I've changed my mind, I don't think i'm up for a party tonight.."

He headed back up the stairs, leaving Ivy with them.

"Ivy-" Bree started.

"I didn't want to go anyway." She interrupted, hurrying after her brother.

"Shit!" Jake yelled, rushing out of the room.

"What?" Ivy questioned, grabbing onto his arm.

"Chucky's gone.."

He bolted down the stairs.

"Where is he?!"

Ivy furrowed her eyebrows and raced into the room, the doll was indeed gone..

"Did Junior take him?" Jake asked them, frantically.

Ivy caught up to him and shook her head. "You need to relax-"

"What are you talking about?" Bree asked.

"Chucky.." Jake panted.

"He's gone."

"Why are we running?" Ivy sighed as she raced after her brother through the neighborhood.

"Because Chucky is missing, and probably killing Lexi as we speak!" Jake shouted.

"So?" She frowned.

He shot her a look. "Thats not okay, Ivy."

"Whatever, can we slow down? The Hagan's house is two blocks away and my feet hurt."

"Suck it up!" He yelled, turning the corner.

Ivy groaned and followed him.

They ran for about 10 minutes until reaching Oliver's house.

"Ugh, I forgot how much I hate this place.." Ivy muttered as they started to slow down.

"Okay," Jake wheezed. "We have to hurry."

"Then why did you stop?"

He rolled his eyes and walked into the house. Ivy bit her lip and followed, the last thing she wanted to do was see Oliver under his own roof.

"H-Have you seen Lexi?" Jake dumbly asked a group of girls.

"Why is everyone looking for Lexi?"

Ivy grabbed him by the shoulder's and shoved her brother out of the way. "Because she's more relevant than you are, get over it."

They scoffed and walked away.

"Hey, where's your doll?" A random boy Ivy's never seen before asked Jake.

"Chucky? You've seen Chucky?" He asked.

Ivy shook her head, "You really need to get out more.."

"Dude, you lost your doll?" The boy laughed and high-fived the kid next to him.

Ivy furrowed her eyebrows. "Why.."

"Jake." A voice said from behind them.

Jake instantly went tense.

Ivy spun around, locking eyes with Devon Evans.

"D-Devon." Jake blushed. "You look great."

"I didn't think you were coming, it's cool that you're here." He replied, smiling.

"I-Ive got to find Lexi-"

"It's all good," Ivy interrupt him. "I'll find her."

Devon frowned. "Something wrong?"

Ivy chuckled, "No, no, of course not. Just a life-threatening situation.. I'll be right back."

She bolted out of the room.

* * *

"Why am I trying to save this bitch.." Ivy mumbled under her breath.

"Seven minutes in hell!" A familiar voice yelled from the room next to her.

She furrowed her eyebrows and rushed in.

Oliver immediately spotted her and strutted over.

"No, I don't have time for this-"

"Woah, slow down." He grinned, holding her by the arms. "This is for your brothers own good."

She stared at him then realized.. Jake was stuck in that closet with Devon.

"Let me go, Oliver."

He shook his head.

She shrugged then kicked her foot out, striking him between the legs. His immediately removed his hands and fell to the floor.

"Asshole.."

Ivy shoved through the crowd. Once she reached the closet she grabbed the handle and slammed the door open.

Jake stumbled out, it was clear nothing happened.

Devon walked out after, ignoring the looks they were receiving.

"Did you find her?" Jake asked, still focused on saving blondie for some reason.

"No," Ivy frowned. "Sorry, I was too busy saving your ass."

He ignored her comment and rushed off to find Lexi.

Ivy crossed her arms. "You know, he never appreciates this kind of stuff.. Like, sorry I just kicked a guy in the balls for you."

"Whats going on?" Devon questioned, ignoring her rant. "Why is he after Lexi?"

Worry spread across his face.

Ivy huffed out a sigh. "Don't worry about it.. let's just go before he does something stupid."

They ran off.
