"Beomgyu you know I have an interview today where are you taking me." My eyes have been blindfolded for a while now and I still have no idea where we are going.
"Okay, you can take them off now." I remove them and see we are at the field behind our building.
"Beomgyu you didn't bring me here just to show me BigHit's field."
"Do you remember this place?" He asked me and I looked around realization hit me, "It's our anniversary, isn't it? "
He nods and I facepalm myself, "I can't believe I forgot such an important date. I'm so stupid."
He smiles and brings me in for a hug, "You aren't stupid. You are one of the sweetest and intelligent girls I know."
"You're just saying that cause I'm your girlfriend."
"Maybe but it's true." He holds my hand and takes me to a bench, "Do you remember this. This is where I finally noticed you." I nod and smile sitting down on the bench, "It went something like this didn't it."
He sits down beside me acting like he is falling asleep I bring his head toward my arm and whisper to his ear, "I've always loved you."
"Those were the words you said to me right? That day I got my heartbroken."
"Yet it brought us together." I smile.
He lifts his head up and pulls my chin close to his. Our lips are close to touching before he smiles, "You really want a kiss don't you." He teases me.
I blush intensely and look away, "Ugh I hate when you do that." He smiles and kisses my forehead.
He pulls out his guitar from behind the bench and smiles, "I love you too. But before that. I have to sing to you."

He starts singing to me and like always I fall deeper in love with him.
"Heejin I love you so much you make me the luckiest guy in the world." He ends his song and smiles.
"I love you too." I bring myself towards him and smile holding back my tears, "Happy one year anniversary." I say to him.
"Do you remember what I said when we first started dating?"
"The you aren't sure you wanna date?"
"No the other one."
"Um...the one where you said you don't know if you can really love me?"
"No...I don't recall me saying that."
"Oh well, I felt like you did."
"I meant the one with the kiss."
"OHHH the one where you won't kiss me at least until our one year anniversary."
"Yes."
"Stop you're going to tease me again." I start getting ready to get up before he pulls me back down.
"I know I joke with you a lot but. I meant what I said at that time. I just wanted to be sure that I would be able to give you the love you give me."
"Silly. I know you love me. You just weren't sure yourself."
He brings me closer. I really thought he was bluffing. I thought he would probably just say got you. But when his lips were pressed against mine I knew this sensation was real. So this is a kiss. I liked it. Beomgyu smelled like watermelons and I couldn't help but wrap my arm around his neck.
"I love you Heejin."
"I love you Beomgyu."
"When I saw you at y/n's wedding I knew I wanted to see you in that dress to someday. But with me by your side."

"Y/n helped me plan this whole surprise for our one year anniversary"
"She did? Isn't she busy with like her honeymoon?"
"You think y/n is having a honeymoon? Heejin y/n has been just in the genius lab with Yoongi the whole week. That's their honeymoon. They just didn't want anyone to know."

I rush to see them upstairs Beomgyu right behind me. Right he was.
"They're just sleeping what the heck is wrong with them."
He wraps me around his arms and whispers into my ear, "But they're cuddling aren't they?"
I nod feeling the rush of red run through my ears, "Ye-yeah but they're supposed to be away at like some other country."
He heads over Yoongi's laptop and spots a recording. He smiles and presses play.
The song was beautiful they both did this together? Another hit? I smiled and replayed the song blasting it at full volume.
"Hey." I look back and see y/n awake." She slowly moves Yoongi's arm away and walks towards us pressing pause.
"What are you guys doing here? Isn't it like your anniversary? Yoongi and I did not stay up listening to Beomgyu rant on what to do just for you two to be in here."
"What?" Beomgyu goes in between us and shakes his head, "Y/n don't go around saying that. I was not ranting. I was just thinking out loud."
Y/n looks back at me and smiles, "He was overthinking. Now you two lovebirds go on and head out. Yoongi is still sleeping and I still want to sleep before we go see Bomin's competition tomorrow."
"That's tomorrow? Who's going?"
"Everyone."
"Wow, I'm sure Sunhee will be happy to see Hyun Joon."
"Of course she will." Y/n laughs her contagious laughter and even causes Yoongi to wake up.
"Oops, I think that's our cue to leave." I grab Beomgyu's hand and pull him out of there as I see y/n going back to cuddling with Yoongi.
Once out of the genius lab, Beomgyu wraps his arms around my waist and smiles, "Why can't we go cuddle and watch Disney movies together. We haven't done that in a while." He starts pouting and I can't help but kiss his cheek.
"Alright, how can I say no to those eyes. They're my only weakness. Well, that and food." I laugh and embrace him walking back to his room.
That's us. We are still a secret but we don't mind it. We are first friends before a relationship. And I genuinely love that I don't have to be worried about destroying anything with him. We both love each other and even though I did a bit longer. I'm glad it's mutual. And there is no going back on being together.
