《The Circus Ruckus! || Popee X Reader!》Chapter Four // Wish Come True (Part 2)

It was time for a new show.
•••
If there was one word that would perfectly explain the situation (Y/N) was in. Well it would be her least favorite word, Ruckus.
She never wanted to watch these strangers perform, but the guilt that rose from hurting the pink clown's feeling will keep sticking with her if she don't do anything about it!
What do you think will happen to our badass (Y/N)? Will she successfully win the apology she desired since the last fight she had with our jerk, Popee. Or will she end up failing miserably and end up suffering in the pit of hell?
We'll never know unless we head on to our new update, CHAPTER FOUR: WISH COME TRUE part 2!
==[ The Start of a New Friendship! ]==
Just as we expected, (Y/N) sat alone in an open-air area completely filled with rows of chairs.
She's been waiting there for who knows, she got no one to asked for time because she's the only visitor this circus ever had and probably the first. By looking at her, you can very well tell she's irritated. But that look she has didn't last long for a thought suddenly came to her.
Out of all the things that would've popped in her head, such pithiness arrived. She may be upset about staying in the circus but knowing well that she's the only one to watch them sadden her.
Shaking her head to prevent such thoughts from invading her mind furthermore. She turned her head in all angles, to familiarize herself with the surroundings. Nothing was there, no living matter and no non-living matter, well except for the tents and sand scattered around her.
I mean she wasn't alone, she was accompanied by silence and the eerie atmosphere this circus holds. Aside from that, the sun was about to set. Without the light the sun provides, how can this run downed circus deliver something to brighten the stage? These thoughts came to her as the sun continued to set before her eyes.

The sun, now fully gone; left a dark shade across the desert. It wasn't that dark for the moon helped brighten up the place but it wasn't enough.
The circus was twice scarier than it was before, now that the sun is gone. (Y/N) remained on her seat, unfazed by the darkness that lurks within the circus. Was she really unfazed or was she putting this act to show how eager she is to complete her mission; the mission to finally have her apology accepted?
A sudden chill went down her spine; she didn't know why but she stayed. The waiting continued as her fear came along in such a mysterious way. She closed her eyes and braced herself, thinking that all of this stuff would eventually stop.
A sound of what it seemed like a spotlight would make made her jolt from her seat and open her eyes. And to her surprise, she found a spotlight facing her way; which made her eyes squint out of joy or maybe because of the light but whatever the reason is she sure is glad to have it face her.
After what it felt like a few minutes. The spotlight finally flickered to another direction, the stage. This place oddly feels familiar to (Y/N), could it be the same place where Popee and (Y/N) had their first fight together? Yeah the one when Popee threw one of his bombs which resulted to a painful incident not only for (Y/N) but to himself as well. Wether it is or not, it sure does give a sense of deja vu for her.
As she minded her own business, a weird song came out of the blue.
(Y/N) stood from her seat as she heard the song; she never heard of it before. (Y/N) didn't let her guard down while eyeing the small but organized open-air auditorium. She's never been so serious and curious to where the sound was coming from. Just as she was about to settle down, Popee and Kedamono appeared out of nowhere and danced happily in sync with the song.

They seemed so happy.
She always wondered why the two always smiled for no apparent reason at all. Could it be because of their positive energy or for nothing like what she thought. Well I mean, it would be nice to smile for a while. Maybe this day wouldn't be as bad as the others. Maybe tonight will be better.
Maybe, just maybe everything will be better than it ever was.
