I like to think that when I wake up the days will be a little bit better

the sun will shine a little bit brighter

the birds will sing just a little bit louder

but

when I wake up into the dark and dreary life that I have made myself

I realize that I was wrong

that it doesn't get better

and I'm just waiting and sitting for death to take me

and I'm not quite sure what to do

but that's okay I was never quite sure what to do in the first place

I guess that's why I'm here,

in the dark and dreary part of life

because I don't know what to do

And I'm just not lucky
