A dark room. Crouched persons sitting on the dirty ground, heads low, regretting their life choices and wishing to see the sun one last time before their life would be ending. Outside, screams and begs for a life that wasn't worth living for, grew louder, then quiet again. The tension in the air clearly showed: you could be next.
A particular loud scream pierced through the air, causing the prisoners in the cells to shiver, knowing that the screams have been caused by their captors. They were known to show no mercy. Especially not to those who hurt someone dear to them.
"You still don't want to talk? Fine, have it your way then", a blond-haired man snarled annoyed, dropping the head of the male. The vampire hissed at Jeon Jeongguk but received a punch on the nose by the Alpha. "You are so bothersome, filthy vampire. Comply and we'll make your death less painful", another voice joined in.
Jungkook moved away from his position on the wall, bulky arms crossed in front of a wide chest and a glare set on his handsome face. He seemed calm, reserved but since he was a Pureblood, he was highly dangerous and even the vampire knew to fear him. His younger twin moved with a devilish smirk, allowing Jungkook to take his place in front of the vampire.
The Pureblood crouched down in front of the vampire who was cuffed to the wall and Jungkook tilted his head with a smile, but there wasn't friendly intention behind. It was more like a predator snarling at this prey.
"I'd rather die a painful death instead of betraying my Sir", the vampire snarled, black blood running out of his mouth when he spoke, his nose broken multiple times until it was unrecognizable. Vampires always had black blood, rotten like the corpses they once were and only the intake of fresh blood, their only food, could prevent them from turning back into corpses.

"You vampires and your loyalty to your creators", Jungkook sighed in fake pity, shaking his head. Jeongguk behind him snickered. The two wolves of course didn't care to understand, they actually preferred to make fun of vampires for it. "Tell me, Filth, would your Sir protect you like you do to him?", Jeongguk asked and the vampire visibly flinched before hanging his head low.
"It doesn't matter. The Omega bitch belongs to my Sir, to our clan. It'll be a matter of time until he is coming for that whore", the vampire said and the two Alphas saw red, growling from unbelievable anger. "He has a name! And he is not a bitch, he's Mate!", they bellowed at him with furious snarling wolves. Jungkook roughly grabbed the vampire by this throat and Jeongguk twisted his tied up wrists until they broke under the force and the vampire howled in pain.
"Your Mate?! He won't be for so long", the vampire spat with breathless sobs, blood running out of his mouth. "He belongs to us, since years you idiots! You cannot break a bond made by a Sir and his slave! You are stupid to believe that he will let him go", he screamed at the end when Jeongguk punched him in the throat. "What the fuck do you mean by that? ANSWER ME FILTH!", he yelled.
The vampire spat the black blood into Jeongguk's face. "It means my Sir will come for your boy. The bitch must've already start craving for his blood, for teeth sinking into his skin and drinking his delicious blood. He tastes so sweet and these broken whimpers were so pathetic", the vampire laughed in the end.
He shouldn't have angered the Pureblood and the Trueblood.
Because they jumped on him and ripped the dirty vampires into pieces, into bloody little shreds.

The tall black wolves snarled at the unrecognizable pieces of the vampire, their anger still holding them in their grasp. They shared a dark look, knowing what they did was not good for their plan but no one was going to talk about their precious Baby like that. Their Taehyungie who went through so much, who suffered so much and whose soul was already fragile thanks to these fucking vampires.
They promised to find this fucking 'Sir' and make him suffer until he was nothing but dust and fucking begged to be killed.
"I assume you don't have a plan on how to find this leader now, do you?", a voice coming from the cell entrance addressed the two giant wolves who turned around with snarls but calmed once they saw the familiar figure leaning against the cell bars. Orange hair came into view, burning up like fire in the sun when light hit it and his eyes sparkled with mischief.
"Hoseok", Jungkook addressed the smirking man when he changed back, dusting off his clothes. "Jiminie told me you found your Mate and that he tackled Yoongi. Had to come see that boy for myself. Plus, maybe I can help. Yoongi told me what he said to you and I wanna help ya", said with a smile, referring to the conversation the twins have had with the kind hybrid.
Hoseok was a high ranking wizard, in the serve of the Moon Goddess, the holy protector of the races. He was Yoongi's and Jimin's Mate, blessed with two Mates and being incredibly protective of the loves of his immortal life. Wizards were said to be evil, having wronged the Moon Goddess in the past and therefore having to serve her for immortality. But Hoseok wasn't, he preferred staying neutral and not trying to achieve great powers.
The twins and him were on neutral basis, Hoseok wasn't officially a part of their pact but he sometimes helped them out, especially when Jimin asked him to. And Hoseok couldn't say no to his Mate of course. The Alpha knew how to make the wizard fall for his begging eyes. Hoseok didn't stand on the twins' side but he wasn't their enemy either.
"We need to find out who this vampire Sir is before he tries and comes for our Baby", Jeongguk said and Hoseok threw a meaningful glance down to the dead vampire. Or what was left from him. "Hate to say it but you just erased any clue you had", Hoseok said with a chuckle but pushed himself away from the bars.
"Lucky for you, I'm in a good mood, Jimin sucked me off today and I'm gonna see Yoonie afterwards, maybe get him for a quickie too, so I'm helping you", Hoseok chirped and rolled up his sleeves. He ignored the disgusted look on the Alphas' faces. "Too much information", Jungkook shuddered and Hoseok laughed.
"Shut up or I won't help you."
"Mouths are shut."

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."
