At the bottom of the stairs, we found a white envelope. We both knew we shouldn't read it but it clearly caused a hella lot of trouble for George.
I gasped as my eyes trailed along the words, reading them in shock. It was George's medical bill: 5678$.
______________________________
My hand clasped over my mouth. 5678$ was a lot of money... I showed Sapnap the letter and his eyes widened as he took it from me.
"Do you think he can afford it?" he mumbled.
I sighed, "From what just happened, no."
We both entered the kitchen in silence. I started compiling lunch while Sapnap sat with his face in his hands. When I finished making the cheese sandwiches, I headed upstairs but told Sapnap to stay behind.
I opened the door to George's bedroom.
"Hey," I said softly.
"I'm sorry about earlier, it was stupid," he mumbled.
"George don't be ridiculous, it wasn't stupid and you have absolutely nothing to apologise about."
He smiled weakly and then I added, "George there's something we should talk about...
With a smile put down his phone, to show he was listening, and my heart rate increased rapidly as I saw who he was texting: Ezra. Here goes nothing.
"Yeah what's up?"
I chewed on my bottom lip as I admitted, "Ezra kissed me."
His face was blank; no emotions at all, so I continued.
"I went shopping with Bad, I saw him and we talked for a while. Then he dropped his phone and I picked it up for him and when I stood up-"
"-He kissed you," he whispered, barely audible.
I nodded.
His eyes shimmered with tears, and then he burst suddenly into tears. Sobbing into his hands.
"Oh George..." I mumbled and came over to his bed. Pulling back the covers, I climbed in with him.

He turned his body to face mine and cried into my chest. I held him close to me, coiling my arms around his body. His tears were soaking my t-shirt but I didn't mind.
George tried to compose himself, hiccuping through his tears.
I glanced at him and he choked out, "He promised he wouldn't do it again... he promised... he promised he loved me," and he cried even harder.
Resting my chin on his head I whispered, "He didn't deserve you."
For about at hour, George cried in my arms, while I comforted him. Eventually, he fell asleep but I didn't want to move. Instead, I stayed with him, playing with his dark hair as he slept against my chest.
"George you deserve the world," I whispered as he slept, "God you are perfect and I swear I fall deeper and deeper in love with you each day. I just wish you knew how much you mean to me," and I lightly kissed the top of his head.
Suddenly, to my surprise, Sapnap walked in to find George cuddled against me, asleep. He rolled his eyes, but I assumed it was playful, and he sighed quietly, "What happened?"
I carefully slipped out from beneath George and silently got out of bed and left the room. Downstairs, I told Sapnap everything that had happened with Ezra at the shop.
"Poor George," Sapnap pitied, "So much has happened to him the last few days and he doesn't deserve any of it." I agreed with him.
The two of us hopped into a call with Bad, Quackity and Karl. They were all at home, chilling at the Air BnB.
"Guys," Sapnap said, "We need a favour."
I began, "So, George isn't in the best place at the moment and he's going through a lot, we were hoping that maybe you guys or all of us could do something to cheer him up a bit."
"I KNOW WHAT TO DO!" Quackity yelled, "Let's go to a bar!"

In Range
A young, talented, and aspiring archer makes his way to the Olympic Archery Qualifiers; however an accident prevents him from ever making it. An accident which took the final years of his adolescence, his dream of ever becoming an Olympic Gold Archer, and most importantly someone who meant the world to him. Rehabilitating for a year in a hospital, the despair and dread of being alone and having nothing left worth living for finally got to him. Finding his way to the rooftop, he decided fall, but where he expected death, something else appeared; a blue message. A chill and simple LitRPG story that I just wanted to write. Note: I write with the Dark Theme setting, so if I make a colour mistake it’s probably why. I also strangely prefer using the Imperial System to measure Height, while I use the Metric System for almost everything else (Canadian by the way).

Really compelling at times, wow, can't wait to see what happens in the next part." -Princess Unikitty, Fanfiction.net "You've successfully found that perfect tone where you can have such outrageous and insane things like xenomorphs fighting witches and bondage wearing warrior women on an Illuminati space ship traveling through the multiverse and still have me care about the characters in your story." -Lucantius, Fanfiction.net When a Great Old One is mortally wounded, he summons warriors from a multitude of worlds to do battle with each other so their anger will strengthen him.
