"I-ima what.."I ask confused looking at both of my parents. "Your a wizard sweetheart just like your father and me," says my mom while my dad just nods softly. "B-but why didn't you say anything before," I ask still in shock. "We wanted to protect you." My mother said. I was just standing there in shock. "What were you protecting me from?" I ask. "On October 31, 1981, there was a dark wizard whose name shall not be said. He saw a prophecy saying if he were to kill a boy named Harry Potter he would be unstoppable, so he to get to Harry he killed both of his parents Lily and James Potter but Harry survived with all but a small lightning bolt scar on his forehead. He who must not be named disappeared that day no one knows if he died or what".
"We were trying to protect you because you and your brother are both pure-blood wizards and you know who could've come and tried to make you one of his followers or worse kill you. We just didn't want that to happen so we didn't wanna tell you about it until it was time for you to get your letter, which was today". My mom finally finishes while I'm just standing there in shock. "I'm sorry we didn't tell you earlier sweetheart we just didn't want anything bad to happen to you." My mom says softly. "It's ok mom I know you meant well but will you tell me about Hogwarts". I ask with hope.
"Of course sweetheart, Hogwarts is one of the wizarding schools here in Britain. There are four houses: Gryffindor for the brave and courageous, Slytherin for the ambitious and cunning, Ravenclaw for the witty and intelligent, and finally Hufflepuff for the kind and loyal. Your father was a Slytherin and I was a Ravenclaw. We met on the train ride there and we didn't get along at first, it wasn't until 5th year when we started to get along." I continue to wonder "what house do you think I would be in?" I ask mother replies with "you show attributes to all four of the houses so I'm not sure but your father and I will be proud no matter house you will be in.

"What classes are there?" "Well, there is: potions, transfiguration, charms, flying and defense against the dark arts for first years." I periodically will go back to flesh out earlier chapters, build characters, etc... If you find the words "Show don't tell," comforting accept that unfortunately, I'm not at that stage of the writing process yet. 3) At one point this story was called "Standard Reincarnation Story," and I had written an extremely off-putting description of the story. This was mostly to keep out people who would just read the silly first few chapters then rage quit as soon as the violent stuff got started. Since I just had my first .5 star rating (without a page read count increase) that technique is not working, so I might as well treat this as a regular fiction and try to get regular readers.
