here was a comfortable silence in Asher's truck between the redhead and Jasper, after the night in the forest Jasper hasn't left Asher's side, and frankly she liked it, having him with her, although she was still hurt from him leaving, she knew he was making up for lost time as well as trying to get her back on top of his just liking being with her.

Jasper stole short glances at Asher as he drove in to the high school parking lot, parking next to Edward's Volvo, Jasper then stiffened recognizing a smell he honestly hated. "I know what your going to say and no I'm not staying in the truck, I'm pretty sure Edward asked Bella the same thing." Asher said getting out of the truck, Jasper swiftly following after her.

"Hey. Charlie said you left town." Asher heard Jacob say as she rounded her truck seeing Jacob and his bike along with Paul and his truck, an awkward distance was put between the wolves, Edward, and Jasper who clung onto Asher's hand.

"Yeah. To visit my Mom, why?" Bella said smiling over at Asher once they joined the group her eyes flickering to Asher and Jasper hands. "Just checking to see if you're still human." Jacob say looking at Edward and Jasper. "Seriously Jacob." Asher said raising her brows releasing Jasper's hand hesitantly. "Good to see you too you little fish." Jacob said with a chuckle making Paul hit him on the chest approaching Asher. Jasper grabbed onto Asher pulling her to him, "Jazz it's fine." Asher said hugging Paul.

"I'm coming here to warn you. If your kind come on our land again..." Jacob said Asher shook her head putting her finger to her lips signalling his to shut up but quickly put it down and smiled when Bella looked at her and the vampires beside her. "Wait, what?" Bella asked confused.

"You didn't tell her? Not even you Ash?"

"Just leave it alone, Jacob." Edward said.

"Tell me what?" Bella asked no doubt getting agitated not knowing what happened. "Emmett and Paul had a misunderstanding, there is nothing to worry about." Edward said. Listen to you. Did you lie to get her out of town, too? Don't forget Asher went for a couple hour underwater swim making us think she was-"

"Okay Jacob that's enough." Asher said noticing Paul's features fall. "You should leave. Now."

"She has a right to know. She and Asher are the ones the red-head wants." Jacob informs, "technically she wants Bella so she can get to me easier, but you know not the time to get technical..." Asher said trailing off suddenly finding her charm bracelet more interesting then the conversation, mostly because she knows she'll give into Bella.

"Victoria? Alices's vision."

"I was trying to protect you." Edward said, looking to Asher for help, "Bella-" Asher tried but was cut off, "By lying to me."

"We're gonna talk about this, but... You. Why haven't you called me back?" Bella said turning back to Jacob.

"I had nothing to say." Jacob clarified Asher rolled her eyes shaking her head as she awkwardly stood in between Jasper and Paul. "Well, I have tons." Bella said confidently. "Hold on. Hey. Bella." Edward said trying to stop her from going with Jacob. "Edward, you have to trust me."

"I do trust you. It's him I don't trust." Edward said motioning to Jacob, "Edward I'll go with her okay they defiantly won't do anything if I'm there." Asher said, "Ash." Jasper said with a tense voice, "I'll call you when I get to the reserve if that makes you feel better, you two have to at least try to trust them a little bit." Asher said raising her brows at the two boys, Bella nodding in agreement.

"Lose the grin, Jacob. We're just going for a ride." Bella said causing Asher to let out a laugh. "Hold on tight." Jacob says as he kick starts his bike roaring off with Bella on the back as Edward watches. "Make sure nothing-"

"You have to trust me Eddy boy, she'll be fine, and so will i." Asher said looking from Edward to Jasper.

Asher walked closer to Jasper handing him back her truck keys, kissing him on the cheek, and letting out a struggled breath before following Paul to his truck getting in as they followed Bella and Jacob to the reservation.

"I saw that you know." Paul said as the drove closer to the reservation. "Saw what?" Asher asked cluelessly even though she as a hunch on what he was referring to. "The way you hesitantly left Jasper's side after kissing him on the cheek, you're hurting more not being with him now that he's back then when he was actually gone. You love him still." Paul said Asher huffed, "you know sometimes I hate how well you can read me." Asher said playing with her fingers.

"You love him again don't you?"

"I never stopped loving him even when he left I still loved him, when I saw him again the feelings almost suffocated me, I wanted to kiss him and never let him go and at the same time I wanted to punch him in the nose." Asher said rubbing her face.

"That's true love, that how I feel when I see Rachel, yeah at first it was just the imprint bond but the more I was with her the more I forgot she was my imprint and just fell in love with her. You're Jasper's mate, and I guess since technically you're a pack member and one of us without the shifting into a wolf, he's like your imprint. You felt a pull to him when you first saw him right?" Paul asked glancing towards Asher as she nodded.

"And the more you were with him the more you fell for him forgetting the pull?" Asher nodded again, "you know for someone who hates the Cullens and especially Jasper, you're really rooting for him." Asher said with a laugh, "shut up." Paul said with a chuckle parking his truck in front of Emily's.

"And for the record I'm actually rooting for your happiness."

The two friends shared a smile before following Jacob and Bella to Emily's house. "Are you sure, this is a good idea? I'm a 'vampire girl', remember?" Bella asked as Asher came up to her. "Bells trust me it's fine." Bella smiled at her best friend as Asher goes to walk up to the door until it bursts open Jared, Embry, and Quil like out, shoving the last of a meal down their throats. Asher sees Bella tense so she grabs her hand giving it a squeeze as, Embry smiles when he sees the two a wave of relief hitting them both. "Look who's back." Embry said referring to Bella since Asher's on the reservation just about everyday when she's not with Charlie, training, or with the Cullens.

"Whatup, Bella?" Quil said smiling at the girl, Asher coukd see the surpise on Bellas face seeing Quil apart of the pack, "Quil, you too?"

"Yep. Finally made the pack. I'm glad you're here, Bella. Maybe we can get a break from Jake's obsessive inner monologue." Asher laughed having had her fair share of Jacob's monologue on Bella.

"'I wish Bella would call'."

''I wish Bella wouldn't call'."

"'Maybe I should call Bella.'"

"'Maybe I should call Bella and hang up'."

"Alright, you can shut up now." Jacob said has the boys teased him. The two girls laughed as they pushed, laughed and roughhouse.

Behind them a slender girl with cropped black hair comes into Asher's view, "Leah!" Asher said pushing through the boys to give the girl a hug, Leah and Seth had joined the pack after their father Harry died, Asher was with with every step of the way and had basically became dependant and save with Asher.

Leah smiles hugging the redhead back before making eye contact with Bella, her previous scowl deepens making Bella shrink in her place. "Bella, this is Leah Clearwater. Harry's daughter." Jacob introduced once Asher and Leah pulled apart. "Hey. I'm really sorry about your father." Bella said sincerely. "If you're here to torture Jacob some more, feel free to leave." Leah says with a venomous tone. "Leah come on." Asher says as Emily and Sam exit the house , Leah abruptly moves off causing Asher to sigh and look at Bella, "she doesn't hate you, she just complicated." Asher told Bella who hesitantly nodded

"Fun, isn't she?" Jacob chuckled. Emily heads to the two girls giving Bella a hug and then Asher, Sam offers a pleasant nod hello to Bella and Asher forced Sam into a hug he doesn't fight off.

"Bella... Hi. Hey. I was wondering when we'd see your face around here again." Emily said smiling at the awkward girl. "Yeah, same here."

"Sam, we're good?" Jacob asks changing the subject. "We're good. She won't be getting through our line anytime soon." Sam said referring to Victoria, "good." Asher states earning a smile from Sam.

The guys mess around as they make their way to the forest's edge. Sam turns to Emily to say goodbye, looks into her eyes. Their connection is deeply intimate as Asher has always seen when she was around the couple. As Sam gently kisses Emily, Bella and Asher politely looks away to give the couple privacy.

Asher sees at the edge of the woods Leah, who glances at Sam and Emily's kiss, then abruptly falls forward before her hands hit the ground and become paws, Leah, now a light grey wolf disappears in the woods. Asher knows the hurt Leah feels having being apart of the wolf link and as well as Leah telling her everything about Sam and Emily.

Asher watches as Bella leaves with Jacob leaving her with just Emily she choses against following her two best friends seeing as she actually trusts Jacob with Bella. "Wanna bake some sweets?" Emily asked pulling Asher's attention from Jacob and Bella to her, "is that even a question, can we bring Seth since Sam basically makes him stay home because he's only fifteen?" Asher asked, "why not go ahead and get him and get everything ready." Emily said with a smile, "love you E!" Asher called out jogging towards the Clearwater home.

On her way to see Seth, Asher heard the conversation between Bella and Jacob, curiosity took over and the girl continued to listen.

"So for now, you're... still you." Bella says stsrted the conversation the Asher can feel is already tense. "And you're still you." Jacob replies, she knew he was referring to the fact Bella wasn't a vampire like she knew she wanted too, but she knew Edward wanted to wait as long as possible because of the volturi.

"Yeah. Until graduation." Bella replied Asher furrowed her brows a long with being taken back by Bella's response. "Graduation?" Jacob said.

"You knew this was gonna happen." Bella defended, frankly Asher had no idea about it and she was hurt that Bella nor Edward told her.

"Not in a month. I mean, not before you've... you've even lived. Does Ash know? Or before I could... For a second, just a second, I thought... But he's got his hooks in you so deep." Jacob stated, Asher always knew how in love Jacob was with Bella sometimes it made the redhead sick on how much he was into her.

"I decided this, not him. And no Ash doesn't know, I just don't know how to tell her without her freaking out, she's on edge right now and I don't want to make it worse." Bella stated.

"Bella, they're not even alive. It makes me sick. Better you really be dead than one of them. And probably the best way to tell her is 'hey Ash my boyfriend is turning me into a vampire after we graduate.' Even if she freaks out she probably still be be there for you even if it's a bad idea." Jacob said, he was right she would still be on her side, frankly she didn't think her turning was a total bad idea she just wanted her to wait a little longer.

"I can't believe you said that. Edward was right, I shouldn't have come." Bella said obviously hurt from the first part of what Jacob said, it took everything in Asher not to go in there and blow her cover.

Asher could feel the anger radiating off of both her friends as she heard Bella head for the door she sped closer to where the Clearwater's house was where she was originally suppose to go.

"Bella, come on. Please. I'm sorry." Jacob pleaded Asher realized they could make up on their own so she left and walked up to the front door of the Clearwater's. Before the girl could knock the door swung open startling the Gilmore girl, "did you hear me coming or something Seth?" Asher asked the russet boy infront of her, "yeah I also smelt you, are you here to keep me company or to check up on me via Sam's orders?" Seth asked placing his hand on his hip in a sassy manner.

"No I'm coming to get you so we can hangout with Emily and bake sweets." Asher chuckled as she saw the young boy's eyes lit up. "You had me a sweets." Seth said walking out the house and and walking beside Asher to Emily's house in comfortable silence.

Laughs were heard from the kitchen in Emily's house as the pack came back in, "where's Bella?" Asher asked Jacob when he walked in with Paul. "I took her home, you need a ride?" Jacob said, Asher shook her head, "not yet, we made cookies though." Asher said handing the plate to Jared. The pack erupted in cheers.

Thus was the side of the pack Asher wished she could show the Cullens, how carefree, playful, and family-like the pack was, and vise versa with the Cullens to the Pack.

Asher laughed as she watched the pack stuff their faces with the cookies, "it's a good thing we made four dozen." Asher said to Emily who laughed and nodded in agreement, "hopefully it was enough."

Asher felt a sharp pain in the back of her head causing her to let out a moan of pain, "hey Asher you okay?" Quil asked gaining the packs attention, "yeah I just-" and sharp pain, Asher grabbed her head and groaned, "please tell me you're not going to faint again and wake up screaming Bella's name." Paul said rushing to his best friend's aid. "Nope that didn't hurt!" Asher yelled falling to her knee clutching her head letting out a piercing scream of pain.

Blue.

Asher opened her eyes and saw blue, she wasn't in Emily's house anymore, mentally and physically, she knew that much.

"I swear if I'm being shown another goddamn ability I'm going to lose my shit." Asher grumbling before she hit hard wood floor. "What the fuck." Asher groaned standing up in an unfamiliar house. "You don't know how hard that was, you had a pretty tough wall." A voice Asher absolutely hated.

"Zachary you're really pissing me off." Asher said once she turned. "Yeah I know, but we need to talk it's important." Zachary said using a surprisingly nice tone. "What." Asher demanded, not in the mood to talk to the blonde bastard.

"Someone wants to meet you." Zachary said pointing towards the door of his living room. Asher looked and gasped tears of confusion, happiness, and anger filled her eyes.

"I thought you were dead..."
