" it's been a week and he still hasn't come out his room...." Leo sighed. Ever since the three brothers returned from their mission Kagura hasn't been the same, not coming out of his room, barely even talking if he does, as well as his limited eating. Fuegoleon and Leo were standing in front of his room door, wondering how they were going to get him to come out his room, although mostly they needed him to come out as the Wizard King invited the Fuegoleon and Kagura to accompany Leopold in getting his award at the Decoration ceremony, but even so they still had no clue onto how to get him out his room " Did he always do this?" Leo asked Fuegoleon quietly as his older brother just gave him a glance " Only whenever he was scared.....crying....it really thinking about something " He replied " Usually I could talk to him but I'm not sure he wants that right now, we could try brining mother here, maybe she could talk some sense into him" Leo suggested " That is out of the question, by the time we would get her here you would've missed the ceremony " Fuegoleon pointed out before the door opened and Kagura had planted his face on Fuegoleon's chest ".......I'm hungry......" were the only two words to come out the boys mouth which Fuegoleon just patted his brother's head " Well, I suppose we should get you something to eat then" he began walking down the hall with Kagura holding onto the back of his shirt while followed Leo only chuckled as he followed after " Are you feeling better?" Fuegoleon asked Kagura " I was only tired, I guess I had a major mood swing not even I saw coming " he replied tiredly rubbing his right eye with his free hand. " You had us worried there " Leo smiled proudly as Kagura just smiled a tad bit in return " Onii-Chan.." Kagura tugged on the back of Fuegoleon's short which made him blink once more but made him rather happy " yes cub?" He replied with an old nickname " I heard you say something about a Decoration Ceremony, whats that?" Kagura asked which Leo blinked while Fuegoleon looked back towards Kagura " Your hearing never fails. " he commented before explaining " It is a simple annual event is Magic Knights attend, the captains get to watch as juniors and highers are promoted to the next rank" Fuegoleon patted Kagura's hair as Leo had proudly said "and while you were dosing off I so happened to be getting promoted " Kagura simply picked up Leo and held him in the air " Good job to you " " PUT ME DOWN! I AM NOT CHILD! " Leo flailed about as Kagura simply had a smug smile across his lips while Fuegoleon tried to keep his laugh into himself as he ushered the boys " Firstly lets get Jaden some food then we'll head to the royal captain for the ceremony " Fuegoleon had chuckled as he led the two towards the mess-hall.

About two hours later and a rather decent commute to the Royal Capital; they arrived a bit early, second to Golden Dawn as Kagura kept begging to stop and get him a treat and luckily there was a crepes stand on the way and Fuegoleon was nice enough got his brother the treat. Upon arriving in the Ceremony hall, Fuegoleon had stood beside Kagura watching as he ate his crepes all while getting disgusted stares from the Golden Dawn members getting promoted in the coming hour, well one of the members actually wasn't disgusted nor felt disrespected; that was Hamon. " Young Man" the rather large body male asked Kagura who glanced at him " Yes Sir?" Kagura replied minding his manners as taught to him by Fuegoleon in regards to speaking to nobles that were clearly higher than him. " Would you be so gracious to share a part of your crepe?" Hamon asked to which to his delight Kagura had nodded and used a napkin to break a decent sized piece off the side of his crepe that he didn't bite and handing it to Hamon " Such a delicious treat these are" Hamon had given his signature laugh before indulging in his treat which caused Alecdora to simply comment on Hamon's lack of containment in terms of his love of eating " Is it that hard to wait until after ceremony to satisfy your stomach?" Alecdora said as Hamon simply chuckled " It isn't that I wanted to eat, it is simply because I enjoy the exquisite taste that only a crepe can provide!" Hamon laughed once more which Kagura just tilted his head slightly with his eyes closed as usual just to receive a small head pat from Fuegoleon while Leo just felt a bit weirded out by Hamon. Siren had glanced at Kagura before commenting " Your the rookie who chose the Lion over Dawn " he spoke and Kagura looked towards Siren thinking he were going to threaten him only to be given some sort of a praise " That is a respectable decision, but don't let it get you so cocky."he added which Kagura just shrugged softly while Leo snickered " seems everyone's still talking about that " he nudged Kagura's arm which his brother didn't think his decision was all that important, technically he didn't pick Golden Dawn over the Lion as he didn't even look at William at any time during the exam, he only had eyes on Fuegoleon. " Oh? It would seem an extra cub was invited from the den?" A masculine voice was heard along with footsteps of a group of three entering the room " I'd prefer it if you called him by his name, Silva" Fuegoleon narrowed his eyes " especially since he's older than you " Fuegoleon spoke towards the second Silva Som: Solid. Solid simply raised an eyebrow before noticing who it was " I see, the one who rejected Golden Dawn" he made a low chuckle hearing Alecdora become agitated hearing such words " Don't pester then Solid " The eldest son, Nozel, told his brother as the first sister, Nebra just giggled at how her brother so easily angered a member of the Golden Dawn. " Fuegoleon...." Nozel looked towards the Crimson Lion Captain " it'd be wise to teach your subordinate proper manners in presence of the Wizard King......he is very unpleasant sight in the moment " Nozel commented as Kagura was still eating his crepe literally ignoring everything around him until he finished, which was around the time the other Squads who had members being promoted began to show up. All the chit chatter had began to die down as the main doors opened once more, but not only did the Wizard King come forth, he brought guest as well, mostly rookies actually and the surprising part was that two of them belonged to the infamous Black Bull. Following the next thirty minutes or so, where each recipient received their promotion along with an added comment from the Wizard King himself.

Soon after the ceremony came the banquet which the group of Magic Knights had began to indulge in the meals and treats there. Well that would've been the case although mostly everyone were starring at the odd group out: the Golden Dawn rookies, and the two Black Bull members. Although it was pretty silent; one of the Black Bull members, the short male in fact had narrowed his eyes as he starred at Kagura for a bit before literally running over towards him and attempting to hug him only to be grabbed a mana hand in shape of a dragon claw " Your as excited as when we first met " Kagura sighed softly as he looked towards the male " How have you been, Asta?" He asked as Asta grinned and began to telling Kagura his entire story from when he first went to the Black Bull base to his recent dungeon mission. Kagura seemed rather impressed by the boy " Seems you had your hands full" he commented and Asta just chuckled " For the most part" Asta replied " Are the Bulls treating you alright? I heard they're a rough bunch " Kagura asked and Asta nodded " Actually they ain't as bad as everyone makes them out to b- " Asta was cut off by Alecdora becoming rather furious by the fact Kagura, who he knew nothing about, who Fuegoleon shared close relationship, were treating low commoners, peasants even, as if they were part of his family, and that's when the belittling of the unwanted began. Alecdora began sharing his disgust and irritation on the entire situation: " How is it, that the most impudent, must destructive, incompetent of the Magic Knights have the nerve to show their faces here? That Bull Boy doesn't even have a the slightest of mana coming off of him either " as he ranted the Black Bull girl looked at Asta as she asked " A-Are you alright?" She asked as Asta just shrugged " I'm used to this to be honest " Asta replied before having his hair ruffled by Kagura who simply smiled towards the younger. " I see.." the girl replied before noticing Kagura's facial features which she blinked her eyes a couple of times, it was as if she were trying to put face to name but didn't know exactly who he was, yet. All the while Asta and Kagura had conversed once more, Klaus had tried to defend Asta and the girl of them having a right to be here which was quickly shot down by Siren " You've lost the right to speak. How is it you were so shamed that you required aid from the likes of scum?" Siren replied starring at both Klaus and Mimosa not receiving an answer, he were to continue but, the youngest son of the Silva family; Solid, began to speak up with sinister smirk" Now now, don't be so hard of them, at least they have some worth. The most useless one here...." he walked up behind the Black Bull girl and finishing his sentence " is you " dumbing the water from his glass onto her hair which caused the Golden Dawn rookies to stare in disbelief, while Asta was utterly disgusted. Although Fuegoleon was the first to feel an intense heat beginning to rise, a slow yet steady rise in mana, originating from Kagura as no one else felt this just yet. Solis's sister, Nebra has soon joined in the verbal assault " You've basically been exiled from the Silva family " she had a slim smirk across her lips as the Black Bull female facial expression became more saddened: strike two, Leopold had then began to notice the sudden increase in Kagura's mana, prompting him to glance at his older brother seeing his clothing, his exposed skin, and even his hair beginning to steaming causing more of the air to heat. The eldest Silva, Nozel had only starred at what was now known to be the youngest Silva, speaking " You do not belong here " he narrowed his eyes towards her " Begone, failure that killed our mother " He spoke which the latter had turned around to run away, although Asta were to take action he saw her bump into Kagura which she slowly looked up feeling such intense heat her eyes widened seeing Magma drip from Kagura's hair " Asta......" Kagura said as he starred at the three Silva's which Asta had last his anger and became more nervous as he replied " Y-Yes Senpai?" He responded as Kagura took off his Crimson Lion cape and placed it onto the ground " Do you still have that dream? To become the Wizard King?" Kagura asked which the nobles where all shocked hearing Kagura's words and Asta nodded " Of course!" He replied which Kagura let steam from his mouth from an exhale " Then don't waste your time with them....." "W-What about you Senpai?" Asta was confused of what Kagura was doing as Fuegoleon only pulled Leopold back along with the girl and Asta who grew more confused as Kagura began walking towards the Silva siblings " its about time someone taught them some dam discipline...." he said aloud for everyone to here.

"Oh? And who might you be trying to teach us such a lesson?" Solid smirked more as Kagura was boiling at this point " Take a closer look Solid....and maybe you'll find out " he replied which Solid only narrowed his eyes before casting a spell from his grimoire " Water Binding Magic: Sea serpents coils!" A slim but large serpent in form of water began to coil around Kagura keeping him in place. " I'm not sure who you are, but you have no authority over me!" Solid declared as Kagura had slowly opened his eyes and his mana bursted causing immense steam to raise into the air, this sudden rise of mana made even the Golden Dawn sweat, yet Nozel and Fuegoleon only stayed calm while watching this exchange " It seems you forgot who your talking to Solid......I made a promise to ' her '.....not only would I protect her......I'd be a better sibling than you three bastards!" The water serpent evaporated as Kagura's arms had became pure flames in shape of his entire arms and fist while keeping the distinct details of his sleeves from his clothing. Upon hearing Kagura's words the Black Bulls girl had only gained a shocked expression as she said " Onii-Chan..." she starred at Kagura and hearing what she said made Solid and even Nebra flinch. " K-K-Kagura?" They both stuttered which the boy had narrowed his eyes but soon enough Alecdora interned " I can careless who this boy is, he surely isn't higher than the Golden Dawn!" He opened his grimoire only to which Kagura point his fist towards him while starring at the Silva siblings " Test me, I dare you, and I'll show you what I can do when I'm past my boiling point " he threatened Alecdora and which such mana to back him, Alecdora stood down. Kagura returned to the three at hand " I'm more than just disappointed......you shame Acier's name....the entire Silva name, not only do you belittle your own sister, you have the nerve to humiliate her in front of me." He said which Nozel has narrowed his eyes " What do you know of our mo-" " I'd be dead if my father and your mother hadn't found me!" Kagura instantly shot back " I may be a dammed peasant but I wasn't raised in one, even though I don't posses pure noble blood like most of you in here.......all I see is a bunch of deadbeat sorry ass children who can't see potential through pride and the past..." Kagura turned around as his mana returned to normal and so did his body " I can't believe this is what the knights have become, I'm truly ashamed to have even come back to this..." he looked towards Fuegoleon who only returned the glance making Kagura sighed "....the only reason I came back....in the only reason I needed to come back, was because I love my family....and they saw something in me that everyone else shunned: potential. And that's what you three fear, you fear Noelle's potential to be just like your mother. " Kagura and starred at Noelle who was only in tears with a smile " It's a shame I didn't come back sooner, and a dam shame that Acier gave birth to only one pure child " he said causing the entire room to fall into silence. That was until the doors had bursted open and one of the royal guards had came in,exhausted as he frantically shouted " The Capital is under attack!" He shouted
