Eddy POV
"So ummm... how are we gonna do this?" I ask Brenton still feeling a little awkward with the whole Beta/ little thing. If he can't trust me I can't be his Beta.
"Listen Eddy you're still my best friend and the best Beta in the world... but things do need to change a bit as you accept the little side more. You need to trust me and tell me everything. I know little you doesn't want to tattle on his friends but as Beta if it is dangerous I need you to tell me. Now if it is something small I'll let you decide if you want to tell me or face punishment with your friends." He says.
"I can do that... and the whole you spanking me thing?" I ask. It was weird I really don't like him doing that.
"Listen man, I have no desire to punish you like that. It is awkward considering we've been friends forever. I'll leave that kind of punishment to your mommy as long as you submit to her." He says and I give a sigh of relief.
"Good because I couldn't deal with someone other than Kelly doing that." I say and he laughs.
"Now that that is settled what do you think our next steps should be with the vampires?"
I'm bored.
Everyone else has big people things to do throughout the day but I don't soooo... bored!
"Daddyyyyyy!" I whine sitting in his office.
"Yes baby?" He responds.
"I'm bored." I pout.
"What would you like to do?" He asks and I think for a minute.
"I want a job." I decide.
"And what type of job would you like?" He asks and I shrug.
"I dunno..."

"Well... did you graduate high-school?" He asks and I shake my head.
"No, father had tutors teach me when I was young but I never went to school." I tell him.
"Well you can't get a job without that... how about I set you up in an online course so you can get your GED then we can see about getting you a job. We'll treat school as your job for now. I can set up a desk for you in the corner and get you a laptop and headset so you can focus on your work. How does that sound?"
"Thank you, Daddy that sounds awesome!" I cheer running over to hug him.
"You do know that you have to be in your adult headspace for this right?" He asks and I tilt my head in confusion.
"I am." I tell him.
"Really?... you seem rather little right now." Landon responds unconvinced.
"Yup! Do I have to be boring to be an adult? I understand big things and don't feel little now... I still don't like boring things though." I explain and he laughs.
"I suppose you're right. It's just going to be a bit harder to know where your head is at." He says and I gasp.
"It's right here!" I tell him pointing to my head.
"You are adorable." He chuckles.
"And you are handsome." I kiss Landon's cheek before going over to the couch in his office. "But I'm still bored so I'm gonna take a nap!"
"I wanna go outside!" Haythem whines as I sit with the children in daycare. This has got to be my favorite Luna duty. I'm here on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
"I know buddy but we have to all stay close." I tell him.

"Yea cause otherwise you'll get your neck snapped by a vampire." An older boy says causing the black haired 4 year old to yelp ant look at me with tears in his eyes.
"They real? They gonna hurt us?" Haythem asks scared to death. Thank you Connor.
"They are real, Hay... but we are protected and safe as long as we stay close... why don't you go color?" I ask and he nods.
"That wasn't very nice." I tell Connor moving over to sit next to him.
"At least he won't die now that he's scared to leave." The little boy shrugs.
"What's eating at ya pup?" I know he lost a friend but it seems to be more than that.
"I'm the oldest Luna... I'm gonna be 7 soon... I shoulda saved her! Hide and seek was my idea so it's my fault." He cries out.
"Listen to me. You couldn't have saved Cindy... and if we wouldn't have been playing in the woods they still would have killed someone... thay wanted to scare me. I blamed myself but our Alpha taught me better. It's not my fault and it's not yours. The only person at fault is the one who killed her okay?... you are a strong boy and one day you will be able to protect everyone, but for now the best way to help the other kids is to keep them calm. Can you help me with that? It can be your secret mission." I whisper the last bit making him smile.
"I can do that Luna!"
Oh my gosh little bean you are getting so big." A man says to me picking me up.
"Nu uh, Ba!" I argue. "I always be little!"
"And all always take care of you." He whispers kissing my hair.
"Come on you two dinner!" We hear and Ba smiles before running into the house.
"It smells delicious, Love." Ba says giving the lady a kiss.
"Well it's not every day our little girl turns three." She answers taking me from his arms.
"I made your favorite, baby bear." She coos kissing my cheek.
"Thanks momma." I respond.
Suddenly I can't hear them ans they start to fade away.
"Tadpole... Gilly... come on Gilly girl time to wake up."
"Daddy?" I question rubbing my eyes.
"Who else?" He smiles picking me up. "We'll stop at the bathroom so tou can go potty then it's time to head home... are you alright, Tadpole?"
"Yea... just a weird dream... do I get to play with Kenzie and Eddy now?" I ask.
"If you hurry up and go potty." He responds setting me outside the door and I run in quickly.
Who were those people in my dream? I've never seen them before but I seemed to know them so well... dreams are weird.
