Kenzie POV
I woke up sore but happy. Brenton still loves me. I still have a daddy.
"Come on princess, time to face the day." He coos.
"Morning." I smile and he picks me up.
"What are we gonna do today?" He asks and I shrug.
"Don't know... I'm still scared of the vampires. What if they hurt people? It will be my fault." I say.
"I put many precautions in place. Our people are safe my Luna." He says kissing my nose. "I think we should spend the day as daddy and little. You've been in Luna mode far to much the past few days. Then if you want we can do our little mates dinner tonight and make it official."
"Sounds perfect, daddy!" I cheer and he smiles.
"So what does my little bat want to do? Disney movies? Park? Coloring? Anything you want!" He cheers making me giggle.
"Movies!" I yell and we head downstairs to eat breakfast before having a lazy day watching movies and cuddling.
There was a small break after Big Hero 6 where we made a fort and got snacks but the movies started up again shortly afterwards. I love this day. We are just us with no other responsibilities. This was much needed.
"Ready for dinner?" Daddy asks as Aladdin finishes. I jump up and run to the stairs. "Slow down little one!" He scolds but chuckles.
I put on a nice sun dress and do up my hair all pretty. After dinner Brenton stands up.
"Hey guys, Kenzie and I didn't want to do a big ceremony but we wanted you to be a part of us officially becoming mates." He says and Kelly and Eddy aww at us with big smiles. "Baby girl I love you and want you to be mine forever. I could do a big speech but no words could fully express my devotion to you. I want you to be my Luna, my baby, and my mate."

"Brenton... I don't really know what to say. I love you. You are an amazing Alpha. My Alpha and the best daddy a girl could hope for. Please make me your mate forever." I say and he kisses me before biting into my neck. Why do wolves have to Mark by biting?
When he pulls away he has the biggest smile.
"Well were gonna head home before you start the next part. Congratulations you two!" Eddy says before taking Kelly from the room. I like little Eddy better. My face is all red now!
"Come on baby girl." Brenton smirks leading me up the stairs. "You'll be staying in my room from now on." He kisses me before dragging me into his... our room.

"You have a death wish!" Brenton yells and I giggle.
"Alpha, Luna... sorry to disturb you but..." We hear a timid voice say.
"Spit it out and go away!" He yells.
"Be nice daddy." I whisper.
"The vampires are at the boarder. They are calling for war."
A/N
I know it's about half of normal but it seemed like a good place to stop... plus it's bedtime. Look at me being a good kid! I'm actually abiding by my 10 o'clock bedtime for once!
It's because I'm a good kid, promise... it has nothing to do with the fact that I've stayed up all night the last three days and I'm crashing. Nope! That's totally NOT what is happening! I'm a good kid see?

So, my future books might include worlds with advanced technologies that might be more in SciFi, including Steampunk, genre. The first book might start slow, but after a few chapters, it should all be properly set up, and by then you should get the feel of how it will all flow. Also, I plan to introduce different story threats that should spread out and criss-cross in the future. Hopefully, I will not complicate it too much, and that it will all read good. I am planning to continue to add chapters to the main storyline here, but I'm also starting a new story threat in the Core series called The Recordings of Raan. There is also a side story The Memoires of Eisen that's exclusive on Patreon for those who would like to support me.
