《The World Of Salad Fingers (Finished)》22

I watched as (y/n) ran out the door. I squeezed my Fingers together and quickly ran up to the door. I looked out it, but couldn't find them. "(Y/N)?" I called, hoping for (y/g) to come back. "A-are we playing hide and seek?" I questioned. We ought to be. I smiled. "O-okay! I'll get my friends and we can all play together!" I shouted. I quickly went back inside my home, shutting my door behind me.
"Horace, Hubert we are playing a game of hide a-and seek with (y/N). I'm supposing I'll be the seeker in the round, so go hide!" I said. "I'I'll be right in this corner, and I will be counting to.. Uhm.. 60!" I said, walking into a corner as they went and hid.
"One... two... Uhm.... erm.." I looked down at my fingers. What comes after two? "1..." i said, unsure. "62... 89.. Uhm.. 60!" I shouted. I pulled out of the corner. Horace was still on my shelf, but Hubert was hiding elsewhere, "Horace! You where supposed to hide!" I scolded. "Ugh.. now what are you supposed to do?" I questioned my steed. "You'll have to sit this round out, You filly mare." I said.
I turned to the door. The door was open! I had closed it! I went outside, and put my fingers on my hip. Where had Hubert gotten to? I looked around. Behind my house, the wooden stump, then Mr. branches. I stroked my hand on His bark. "Have you seen Hubert?" I questioned him, then Hubert fell down beside me. "Hubert!"
"Vous voilà petit coquin! Vous étiez dans les branches de M. Branches?" I questioned him. He nodded. Now I had to find (y/n). I looked around for (y/G), but couldn't see them. But I wouldn't give up! I continued to look.

So I looked
I looked
I looked...
It was almost sundown once I went back to my house to relook in my backyard, they still weren't there. "(Y/n)?" I called. "(Y/n)?.. (y/n)...." i whimpered. I sat on the ground, against my house. "You can come out now, (y/n)!" I shouted. "(Y/n)....." "Are you there?.."

Stranger than Fiction (Draft Edition)
Rewrite -> https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/55140/stranger-than-fiction 150k words of rewritten and new content, updating 3 times a day. Faith is like ice-cream. It comes in all flavors. Greek, Norse, Sumerian, Christian— just name it and it's there. Adventures, on the other hand, are like credit cards. The first taste is free, but the price only goes up from there. Family heirlooms, now those are true evil. You get burdened with them for sentimental reasons even if they’re icky. For Lukas Aguilar, it was a pendant. A small, weird metal nib with absolutely no vampiric tendencies. All he wanted was to finish the job at hand, and get on that book he had been postponing for a while now. Instead he got served with an apocalypse for breakfast, a cave full of eldritch monsters for the company and the whims of a ruined goddess for his To-Do list. Really, a simple NO from the universe would have sufficed. Acknowledgments Editor-in-Chief: Solo Starfish Artwork: Exodus
