《LITTLE FURY ( fairy tail. )》CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE ➵ ALLIED FORCES ASSEMBLE!

Following her job for the free-spirted tavern owner, Dealana had taken a few smaller jobs while Lucy apparently ran off to Acalypha. The Storm Dragon Slayer helped serve food and even made a few more drinks that Cana taste tested for free. The brunette was more than willing.
"So, where did Erza and the others go?" Dealana asked MiraJane, pouring yet another cup of booze for Cana. The white-haired beauty smiled, "There's a new restaurant opened in Hargeon. You remember Yajima, right?"
Dealana nodded, "He was on the magic council before the whole Jellal thing."
"Well, he went into the food business and requested for wizards to help him out and entertain guests." Mira explained.
Fairy Tail's Tempest sweat-dropped, "I get Erza and Lucy, maybe Gray, but Natsu? Unless he's helping in the kitchen, I'd say Old Man Yajima's place will be burnt to the ground in no time." Hearing this, Cana laughed, her cheeks already rosy from intoxication.
Dealana spent the rest of the day in the company of the Guild Hall serving and making drinks with Mira. The eldest Strauss figured that something was bothering Dealana but the stubborn heterochromatic brushed off her concerns claiming she was fine.
Dealana wasn't ready to admit that she had problems with her magic since coming back from her first job. She believed she could handle it before anything more happened. So, she couldn't use lightning magic properly? She could still use other styles of storms. Dealana planned on training more later that day back at her cave.
The next day, Dealana was among the first to arrive at the guild. She conjured a cloud to sit crossed legged on, one of her hands playing with Lisanna's bracelet and Laxus' bracelet around her ankle. Reedus was drawing up a chart of Dark Guilds. Dealana was still young, despite feeling much older after growing up in the chaos that is Fairy Tail and she rarely took solo jobs that involved Dark Guilds. She had accompanied Gajeel on a couple of jobs when he joined Fairy Tail that dealt with Dark Guilds and she had a lot of fun taking them down with the Iron Dragon Slayer.
"What's this?" Dealana glanced over at Lucy who was staring at the chart in curiosity.
"It's an organization chart of the Dark Guilds," Mira explained. Reedus spoke up saying, "Yes, I drew it."
"When you look at it overall, there are quite a lot of them." Erza remarked. Lucy was still trying to understand and asked, "Why?"
"Because lately it seems like their activity has increased," Mira admitted, "We have to strengthen the bonds between guilds."
Gray spoke up asking, "What's the big oval?"
"Juvia knows!" the water mage answered, "It's the Balam Alliance. The Balam Alliance is the most powerful force of Dark Guilds, combining the three guilds of Oración Seis, Tartaros, and Grimoire Heart. Each of them have a number of associated guilds, and they control the world of Dark Guilds." she explained, "Then there's the guild that acts independently of the rest, Raven Tail."
Dealana's ear perked up recalling Makarov sending Gajeel in as a double agent, along with the fact that the guild's master was Ivan Dreyar, Laxus' father. Meanwhile, Lucy's eyes caught onto a familiar guild, "Huh? Eisenwald?"
"Yes. That's the guild Erigor was in," Erza nodded.
"So that was one of the guilds associated with Oración Seis, huh?" Gray wondered.
"There's a lot of names that I remember up there..." Wakaba commented. Macao spoke up soon after, "Aren't there some that used to be official guilds too?"
"Ghoul Spirits, the one that the Thunder Legion destroyed, was also one of them." Cana pointed out, as she read the various Dark Guild names.
"And the guilds Juvia and Gajeel destroyed when we were in Phantom were all from the Oración Seis!" Juvia added.
"Uh oh...I hope they're not angry..." Lucy muttered feeling goosebumps. Dealana remained quiet, reading all the names, she spotted a few that she recognized.
"Don't worry 'bout it! There's nothing to fear!" Wakaba told the blonde, "From the rumors I hear, they've only got six members!" Lucy's demeanor brightened quickly.
"Damn, how small a guild is it?" Macao asked before Mira silenced them with a sharp look, "But even with only six people, they're a member of the strongest organization." she reminded them.
"She's right," Dealana spoke up from her cloud, "Six members and they have all the lesser Dark Guilds under their thumb."
"About that Oración Seis..." Makarov's voice came from the door way and everyone present turned their attention toward the Guild Master as he continued, "We're going to attack them." Short exclamations of surprise left everyone's lips before silence fell over the guild area...
"Welcome back, Master!" Mira greeted cheerfully, her response causing everyone to sweat-drop and fall over, aside from Dealana who flopped backwards into her cloud with a snort of laughter. "How was the regular meeting?" Mira asked him while Lucy recovered.
"Way to miss the point." the blonde told her while Erza wanted more details, "Master, what are you talking about?"
"At the regular meeting the other day, we discussed the recent activity by Oración Seis. As it is not something we can ignore, we decided that some guild has to fight them." Makarov explained.
"You pulled the short straw again, Gramps?" Gray guessed. Juvia added on asking, "And Fairy Tail will take on that role?"
"No...The enemy this time is too powerful." he replied walking down the steps, "If it were only us, then afterwards the Balam alliance would retaliate only here. And that is why we formed an alliance ourselves." Makarov announced.
everyone questioned.
"Fairy Tail! Blue Pegasus! Lamia Scale! Caitshelter!" the last Guild name Makarov announced got Dealana's attention real quick and she sat up straight on her cloud. Wendy was a member of the Caitshelter Guild. "These four guilds will each send out members to strike these guys down!"
"But we could handle it ourselves, no problem! Or actually, I could even handle it myself!" Natsu immediately stated before receiving an armored palm to the face, courtesy of Erza.
"Naive fool! The Master is thinking about the consequences afterwards!" she scolded.
"So...Wait a second...The enemy only has six members, right? How crazy powerful are these people, then?" Lucy gulped.
➵
"Why do I have a feeling like something really bad is going to happen?" Lucy asked as the Fairy Tail delegation was on route to the rendezvous point, "And wait...Why am I participating in this again?" she exclaimed looking over to where Gray was sitting.
"It's not a picnic for me either, you know. Stop complaining." the ice mage replied. Happy was driving the cart and Erza sat in between the two dragon slayer who were groaning. Dealana was quieter than Natsu as she sat with her eyes closed, focusing on her breathing rather than the motion sickness bubbling up inside her like a soda shaken too much before it's opened.
"The Master chose who went. Shouldn't we be happy he trusts us with this duty?" Erza asked them as Dealana's nose scrunched up in discomfort.

"But when it comes to fighting, there's Juvia or Gajeel..." Lucy pointed out. Happy answered with a mouth full of fish, "Well, the two of them had other jobs to do."
"So...Are we...there yet?" Natsu groaned laying down on his back, trying to hold down the vomit.
"In the end, it's the usual gang." Lucy commented.
"Except we got Dealana with us this time!" Happy cheered. Everyone aside from Natsu turned to the Storm Dragon Slayer who opened one eye to glare at them, "Next time...I'm traveling by cloud..." she managed to spit out before moving her head back as another wave of motion sickness hit her.
"Dealana gets motion sick too!?" Lucy exclaimed.
"Aye, it's a dragon slayer thing!" Happy piped up.
"But Dealana floats on her clouds and doesn't get sick," Lucy frowned in confusion.
"Dealana is also right here," the Storm Dragon Slayer snapped, "My clouds don't stimulate motion sickness the same way vehicles do..." she explained uncharacteristically quiet.
"At least Dealana can hold up better than Natsu." Gray shrugged looking at the scarf-wearer in front of him.
"This will be the first time teaming up with the other guilds." Erza reminded them, reaching over to shift Dealana so she had her head in the requip mage's lap. Surprisingly, Dealana made no movement of protest as Erza stroked the top of the young girl's head while saying, "The first thing that's important is forming better ties with the other guilds."
"I can see it!" Happy exclaimed as Master Bob's Palace, "There's the meeting place!"
"Finally..." Dealana muttered, her eyes still closed as she held her stomach.
➵
Upon entering Master Bob's manor, Dealana's nose was assaulted with the smell of heavy perfume and dust. Her nose scrunched up and she rubbed the scar on her nose.
"This place's decor is seriously creepy..." Lucy commented looking at the pegasus statue revealed as the sun poured into the room.
"This is Master Bob's villa, from Blue Pegasus," Erza explained. Gray immediately freaked out, "Him? I-I'm not so good with him..."
"Now, now, don't go there." Erza said, equally as creeped out, "He's powerful enough to give our own master a run for his money, despite..." she trailed off still trying to convince herself.
"I see..." Lucy said she grew more and more nervous.
"This place smells like too much perfume," Dealana spoke up covering her mouth and nose with her hands. She was once again wearing her lightning lacrima gloves as well as the metal bracelets Erza bought for her. By pushing magic power into them, they would shift into gauntlets, similar to the ones she had before Gajeel shattered and ate half of them.
"Are we there yet?" Natsu groaned from where he sat cross legged on the floor. He was still slightly motion sick from the looks of it. Happy was quick to respond to his dragon slayer partner saying, "Yes, we're here, Natsu."
"Yes, you've arrived!" a new voice exclaimed. The Fairy Tail group whirled around to face the grand staircase. "Arrived!" a second voice echoed.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey! Welcome! Fairy Tail wizards!" the smell of perfume only increased as Dealana watched the three mysterious people continue their overdramatic introduction, "Sorry to keep you waiting!"
"We..." the first one started.
The second one stepped in line saying, "...are the representatives chosen..."
"...from Blue Pegasus," the final one said.
they finished in unison. Dealana let out a sigh of relief before groaning when she realized they were finished.
"Hundred night, Hibiki!"
"Holy night, Eve!"
"Silent night, Ren!"
"Trimens from Blue Pegasus! How cool!" she exclaimed before fangirling about the one called Hibiki. Dealana sighed, ignoring Gray freaking out and Natsu still recovering from motion sickness. The Storm Dragon Slayer really should have taught Natsu her trick for dealing with the lingering effects of motion sickness, but she never got around to it because the scarf-wearer was annoying most times.
As soon as the Trimens began flirting with Erza and Lucy, Dealana conjured a cloud and floated up to a comfortable ceiling beam and dissipated the cloud so as to not reveal her location. There was no way she was dealing with Blue Pegasus until the other guild arrived. She didn't trust herself not to murder them and bury the bodies before the alliance even began.
A new figure spoke up but Dealana couldn't hear anything over the obnoxious amount of perfume she was smelling. It was beginning to be too much. All she heard was Erza's sudden shout of "Stay away from me!"
It was enough for Fairy Tail's Tempest to peer over the edge, watching Ichiya fly towards the door where his head was subsequently frozen by a newcomer's ice magic.
"This is quite the greeting," they stated, "You consider yourselves equal to Lamia Scale?"
Dealana frowned, the man seemed familiar but she couldn't quite place it before Gray said his name, "Lyon?"
The man, Lyon, looked up to see Gray and his expression morphed into one of shock, "Gray?" Natsu seemed excited to see Lyon as he asked, "So you joined a guild?" In response, Lyon tossed Ichiya, who's head was still frozen, aside to land on the ground near Gray.
"What the hell are you doing?" Gray shouted.
"He started it." Lyon replied with a cold tone to match his magic.
"What do you think you're doing with our General?" Ren asked as Eve added on, "How awful!"
"I think all the men should just leave." Hibiki stated. Dealana wished she had some sort of snack up here to watch all the drama play out, she was surprised they hadn't noticed her disappearance.
"I suppose that means women can stay and fight." A female voice piped up before the carpet began to move on its own, "Marionette Attack: Carpet Doll!"
"Me?" Lucy squealed as it was aimed for her. Realization flashed in her eyes as she seemed to recognize the magic, "And wait...that magic...Sherry! You also joined Lamia Scale?" she called out to the pink haired woman now standing by the door.
"I won't allow you to say you've forgotten me. And please, forget who I was in the past!" she stated. Her words confused Dealana but she realized that these must have been the ones on Galuna Island. "For Love, I have been reborn!"
Ichiya went for Erza, who requipped to hold a spear. Gray and Lyon were having a stand off that Natsu wanted to join while Sherry and Lucy faced each other. Just when Dealana thought everything would go to chaos, a stern voice came from the door way saying, "Cease this!"
Dealana stiffened at the power this man radiated, "We're making an alliance to defeat Oración Seis! This is not the time to be fighting amongst ourselves!" the newcomer that Dealana easily identified as Jura Neekis, Lamia Scale's ace.
"Jura..." Lyon greeted.
"Jura?" Erza echoed.
"He's the ace of Lamia Scale...Iron Rock Jura." Hibiki stated.
"Who?" Natsu was confused as he turned to Happy, who explained, "He's one of the Ten Wizard Saints!"
"Even I've heard his name before..." Lucy agreed. Sherry looked at the blond, "The Fairies and the Pegasus all have four people... but for us, just three is more than enough." she teased before Dealana found this moment perfect for her own entrance.
She conjured a cloud and sat cross-legged as she manipulated it lower while saying, "Maybe your guild was too scared to send more than three." her different colored eyes snapping to Sherry's in a silent challenge, "And you forgot to count Happy and I, which makes six Fairies."
"Dealana!" Happy cried, thankful for her remembering to count him.
"Why were you up there?" Lucy asked the heterochromatic mage with a sweat-drop before Dealana dissipated the cloud and stood on her feet, significantly shorter than those around her. She shrugged and pointed a thumb over her shoulder at the Trimens and Ichiya saying, "The amount of perfume they wear is nauseating more than motion sickness."
"With this, three of the guilds have gathered." Jura stated, bringing the attention back to him, "All that is left are the people from Caitshelter."
Dealana couldn't help the smile that spread on her face, she was hoping for it to be Wendy and see her friend again, but she also wished it would be under better circumstances. Her thoughts were interuppted by Ichiya speaking up from where he dangled off the edge of Erza's spear, "People? I heard it is only one person."
"One person?" Erza asked in surprise.
"They only sent one person for a mission as dangerous as this?" Gray questioned as everyone had wide eyes. Dealana was merely crossing her fingers for her friend.
"Wait...How crazy dangerous is this guy?" Lucy wondered before a familiar girl with dark blue hair ran into the manor and tripped on air. Before she could face plant on the ground, however, Dealana's hand shot out, on instinct, and conjured a low cloud that caught Wendy just in time.
Everyone followed the direction of Dealana's outstretched arm to see Wendy getting off the cloud, looking at it in confusion and recognition before her brown eyes met everyone else's. "Um...I'm sorry I'm late. I'm Wendy from Caitshelter. It's nice to meet everyone!"
Lucy was shook, "A kid?"
"A girl?" Lyon asked.
Dealana shot them both a look before turning to Wendy with a lazy grin, " Hey, Wendy! I was hoping it was you."
➵
This took me longer to write than I wanted, and it's longer than a few other chapters, but I figured I would squeeze the entire episode into one chapter rather than make it messy. It's the Oración Seis arc, probably my favorite, which means, I'm going to do my best to not screw it up.
In other news, Wendy is back! Cobra and Dealana's battle of sarcasm and sass is fast approaching and I'm hyped up to write this arc!
Also, can we just appreciate the gif of Gray and Lyon? I was looking for a different gif but found this one instead and I just...just look at it.

Soul of the Warrior
In a world where Classes, Stats, and Levels are the everyday norm, Reivyn has a secret. He was unusually aware of his surroundings from an incredibly early age, and Skills and Stats were acquired easily. He was just the son of an ordinary village family, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary on the surface. But below the surface, dreams of another life help shape his mentality and growth. Why does he have some remembrance of a past life, and what is his purpose in this new one? "Soul of the Warrior" is what I call a Semi-Isekai LitRPG. I say "semi," because Reivyn's past life is remembered like a dream, and very incomplete. It is still Isekai, though, as he remembers enough that it directly shapes his personality and his sense of self. The System that governs the world of "Soul of the Warrior" is a combination of modified versions from Selkie's "Beneath the Dragoneye Moons" and Kosnik4's "Magic Smithing." I have changed enough of these Systems and combined them in a way that is unique that I'm mostly sure it's fine, but I still have requested permission to use these ideas. They have both graciously granted me permission. Winner of the April Writathon Challenge. Release Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri on Royal Road.

Binary of Life and Death
Monsters, gold, chaos, glory, adventure, what more could attract two of the greatest players of all time to Sugarea, the most popular MMORPG of its time. But everyone makes errors, and unfortunate for these two brilliant players, they have made the grave mistake of not actually sleeping like normal humans and missed out on the very moment the new Dark Legion update would take effect. Or did they? They wake in what seems familiar yet not, but they soon realize their predicament. They are inside their game avatar's bodies! A half-Demon and a Dragonoid are now struggling with more than just power, these two men have to find their new purpose and calling in a completely different world. Will they concur it like ordinary land or will they enlighten the planet into equality? Do figures pull strings in the dark or is everything open to the public eye? Nothing is certain except the unknown, and nothing is ever as it seems... This is an Isekai story, as such, some parts may sound either cliché or similar to others, but I assure you, I tried to prevent that. To make it known, I took quite a lot of inspiration from the light novel/anime Overlord, but that doesn't mean it's a direct rip-off of it. You'll find there to be quite the amount of differences. Just a little heads up as well, you should expect irregular uploads, as it takes me a long time to write each chapter. I am currently trying for once every other week on Sundays around 10:00 A.M. Chapters are usually 7k words and up, with the longest (chapter 3) being 10.3k words. So, if you like to sit down and read a long chapter every two weeks at 10:00 A.M. EST on Sundays, then you can waste your time here! Small disclaimer: Profanity is far and few between, and mostly used by side characters, rarely the main character. When something with gore happens, I describe to the best of my ability, which will only get better the longer I write this... :) Small cuts between perspectives happen, and can hide what some characters do, which will be revealed in future chapters, I'm not that lazy... all the time... There are some parts that are long blocks of text, most, if not all, of them, are characters talking, but I try not to info dump. I know one of the tags says "Psychological", and for the most part, it is, but it's not as prominent as other stories, instead, it's more hidden and scattered, but I did try to make the pieces I did reveal all fit together. Cover art is bound to be changed when I have a good picture to use, so the Yin-Yang is a placeholder for now unless yall wanna gimme something to use *wink wink nudge nudge*. So yeah, please give it a try, as I have nothing better to do with my life, and I am banking solely off of a career in literature and am hoping that I can create a story that can actually be called something more than a child's imagination running wild. The eventual and inevitable end to the story won't be for a long while, at least till chapter 40 or so. I have thought long and hard about the message and themes at play, so I hope you, the reader (who has some amazing hair btw), can enjoy and partake on this adventure with me into my dark empty pit of an imagination.
