《Sinbad: High King of the Seas》Chapter 28: "More than just my Queen, Be my Wife!"

"Huh? Annalise! There you are! You found Masrur! What are you two doing up there?" Sinbad asks. Both ignore Sinbad by looking away.
"Is it just me or is there a huge resemblance there?" Hinahoho asks.
"I know... I noticed it too." Sinbad says.
"Have you done something to irritate Annalise again?" Hinahoho says.
"No? I don't think I've done anything, really." Sinbad says.
"They're both Fanalis?" Rurumu says.
"Yeah, they are two of the remaining few." Sinbad says.
"Ooh." Hinahoho says.
"I'll go get my metal vessels. If I don't use a Djinn Equip, I'll never get up there."
"Don't worry about it. I'll go. You wait here." Hinahoho says.
"Huh?" Sinbad asks.
"Yo, nice scenery you two huh?" Hinahoho says as he joins the two on the roof, "I get Annalise, but you're really something if you can climb all the way up here. Everyone down there is worried about you. Let's go back."
"I'm not going." Masrur says.
"Why not?" Hinahoho asks.
"Because there's nothing left for me. No home... and barely any family. I've never had anything besides fighting even though I've been freed from slavery... there's nothing I want to do. The reason I helped start the rebellion was because Annalise and Sinbad said I was necessary. Because they told me that I could use my real strength... besides... I'm a fanalis. I'm different from everyone else... completely different. I can never fit in with everyone else." Masrur says.
"Annalise, move." Hinahoho says and Annalise blinks confused. She jumps out of the way when Hinahoho punches the spot that Masrur and Annalise were sitting on.
"Ooh, so this is a fanalis, huh. You move well, don't you? You're completely different? Then show me some proof. Show me just how different you are from the rest of us." Hinahoho says.

"Hey, hey! What's going on, Hinahoho? Why the hell are you fighting with Masrur?!" Sinbad asks as he watches the two fight on the roof. Annalise stood above the two fighting and her hair blows in the wind. Masrur begins squeezing Hinahoho's arm.
"Hinahoho!" Sinbad says. Hinahoho throws Masrur off and Annalise jumps down and runs to him. She finds Masrur was barely scathed.
"Sorry! I ended up using all my strength." Hinahoho says.
"What was that?" Masrur asks.
"Huh?" Hinahoho asks.
"I've never... seen it before. What did you do just now?" Masrur asks. Hinahoho helps him stand up and Annalise stares at the two.
"This is the first time I've met someone like you." Masrur says.
"It's not really that unusual. Annalise can fight like that too." Hinahoho says, "You see we're all different, Masrur. This is a place that will accept you no matter who you are. That's the idea of our leader, Sinbad. It's because he wanted a place for Annalise to feel at home. If you don't have anything you want to do, just start looking for something. And if you still want some guidance along the way, wouldn't it be a good to give going along with Sinbad a try?" Masrur looks down at Sinbad who had a worried look on his face.
"Your choices are up to you. That's what it means to be free." Hinahoho explains. Hinahoho brings Masrur down to everyone and Annalise jumps down. Sinbad freaks out at her.
'This is freedom... Being free to choose what to believe in. Freedom is difficult, it's difficult, but... I think this is the place I belong.' Masrur's thoughts say. The kids all talk to Masrur who looks over at Sinbad and Annalise. Annalise stood quietly while Sinbad tried talking to her.

"It's okay, Annalise." Masrur says, "You can talk to him."
"Talk to me? About what?" Sinbad asks and he gasps when Annalise pulls him by the hand away from everyone.
"Hey, Annalise?" Sinbad asks and she finally stops.
"Sin... I'm thankful." Annalise says.
"Thankful for what?" Sinbad asks.
"You've given me a home to call mine. And I'm happy that I'm able to have so many friends who care for me and maybe... Masrur might be my little cousin, so I have a family... but... this is my home because the man I love has worked so hard to make it as such." Annalise says.
"The man you... love." Sinbad says and his eyes when he notices that she's crying.
"You've always worked so hard to protect me. But you're reckless when you do it. I want you to stop being so reckless. I can take care of myself." Annalise says, "I'm a fanalis, I'm strong, it'll take a lot to break me." She turns to look at him as she still cried.
"So, please don't do such reckless things in order to protect me." Annalise says.
"You love me." Sinbad says as he stares in shock, "Annalise... I'm sorry, I lost track of our goal... But I know what it is now. I am going to make the kingdom that you will be happy to call home and you will be my queen. Because... I want to get married to you. Right now." Annalise's eyes widen in shock.
"And if you think about it... We've got children already, adopted ones at least. And we'll be good royals to them. We'll know all their names. So... what do you say?" Sinbad asks.
"You idiot." Annalise says as she sobs.
"I'm an idiot who you love while I love you back." Sinbad says and he pulls her into his arms.
"Yes." Annalise says.
"Good." Sinbad says.
"Thanks Hinahoho." Sinbad says as they join the group again.
"For what?" Hinahoho asks.
"For putting Masrur's mind at ease. He doesn't say anything he doesn't have to say, and it seems that those around him don't really know how to reach out to him. Of course other than Annalise." Sinbad says.
"I didn't do much. It's just that the feelings of something sitting alone trying to hide from others are feelings that I can understand." Hinahoho says.
"Daddy!" Kikiriku says running over to Hinahoho and Sinbad.
"Well, that and one more thing... A father's intuition." Hinahoho says.
"I might be one, one of these years." Sinbad says.
"Huh?" Hinahoho asks.
"I've asked Annalise... to be my wife." Sinbad whispers.
"That's amazing. I'm happy for you two." Hinahoho says.
"But.. when it comes to Annalise opening her heart to little ones like Masrur and Jafar... it's like I'm already one." Sinbad says.
"Yeah, and you got beat up by your first child recently." Hinahoho says.
"Yeah, but I needed it." Sinbad says.
'Nowall of those children can move forward towards the future. I'm glad. I am alsomoving forward. With Annalise as my soon to be wife.' Sinbad's thoughts sayas he watches Annalise laughing with Rurumu and the kids. Hinahoho join themand Sinbad looks at Masrur and Annalise. Annalise looks over at Sinbad and hercheeks turn bright red as she smiles at him as she hugged Masrur.

Beneath No Sky: Chronicles of the Atmospheric Sector
After bringing themselves back from the brink of annihilation, humanity's future seemed bleak. However, it's remnants, throwing aside the old order and donning a new mantle of progress aimed to rise above their ancient disputes and go forward as one. Once the Earth reached it's natural limit, and colonies around Terra and Luna had shown promising results, humanity finally decided to make the move to the stars. Believing this to be the start of a new age, they eagerly poured across the solar system and further beyond, greeting what space had to offer with hope and optimism. It was misplaced, however, for humanity's traditional quarrels soon resurfaced and engulfed a now interplanetary empire of many races. As the Earth Empire burned and an intense depression overtook the once optimistic people, some held out hope. They theorized that their problems were born of an inherent sense of home and, in order to rid humanity, now comprising of the Terrans as well as all the other known species of the galaxy, of this burden, decided to move far away from civilized space, into uncharted depths, to start anew. Some 200 years have passed since then, and those hopeful ones have finally found a place to settle on. Firmly planting their flag in paradise, they called this untouched land "Eden" and declared the beginning of a true new age, the age of After Eden.Trouble, however, seemed to still be hounding them, as barely three years after its founding, Eden finds itself at war with a seemingly uncommunicative and uncompromising enemy that far outclasses the odd pirates they were used to facing. A new era of peace, marked by an immediate conflict. Time will tell if Eden, the Grand Experiment, truly is as great as it's supposed to be. ---------------------------------------- This is a sci-fi, character driven, military space drama. Multiple POV protagonists and lots of unnecessary detail. Somewhat psychological. My first work on this website. The Limits of Limitless
Author's Note: So, new author here, nice to meet you from this lovely one sided conversation lol. I was so tired of waiting for the perfect story for me so I decided to write a few of my own. These are basically just to make me happy, but if you enjoy them too that would make me happy as well lol. ______________________________________________________________________________________ So once upon a time, there was a convienent, and slightly cliche, plot device used by a somewhat lazy author.... Which in turn, created an easily made story of how a lucky high schooler posing as a hardcore gamer dies only to resurrect in a fantasy reality, meeting beautiful women, powerful dragons and ancient beings, an assortment of insanely escentric fellows, and a certain over powered ring. Journey with them as they explore the wilderness of twisted imagination. Or for you old timey folk who like their synopsis a bit tame, here you go: Jason, a senor in highschool, is slowly failing school due to not giving a fuck. Like many people now in the year 3056, he is obsessed with the wonderful invention most lovingly called, 'True Virtual Realities'. now by using his obsession with his favorite Virtual Reality game called 'Reality Controlled', which is the first and so called best Virtual Reality ever made. it was basically the all around escape humanity wished for, and he with heaven defying luck came across one of the three cheat items the game developers left for themselves: The Limitless Ring. The ring was a support type item and had the ability to grant wishes, store worlds, clone items, grant skills and easily learn abilities. But those are just a few of the things it could do. Using the ring he successfully became the "best player" and had a herd of fans following him everywhere. It was a dream come true. Until, he was killed from a power surge that fried his brain which was hooked up to the Nerve Capsule, an unsafe prototype of the Dive gear that he bought do to low funds. The end. Or so you would think.... ______________________________________________________________________________________ Author's Note: I was, to be honest, wanting to do a collab, because to me it is sooooooo incredibly boring to write by yourself since you always know what happens next, however no one enjoys a bit of friendly cooperation *sigh* so I'm forced to journey these roads alone.... 'Tis but a sad fate tha' 'is here young'un has t' bear. The cover isn't mine, all rights and stuff goes to its artist and such.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
