Grimm Tales is a RWBY fan fiction I wrote and illustrated from 2014 through 2016. Keep that in mind when experiencing the story and the art within it. Also keep in mind that this story is technically unfinished. I put this aside in October of 2016 after completing what you can call the "first season" of what was going to be a multipart series. Even though the entire story remains unfinished, things do end in a somewhat satisfactory manner.

This is the rewrite of my novel: Condemned; I changed it to past tense and added/ took out some ideas from the original. This is essentially the first draft since I'm writing as I go. Adel Habensburg, a 18 year old boy, managed to enlist into the National Empire Academy for Soldiers, in order to become an Elite Soldier for his country. Elite Soldiers are special units that do not follow the orders of the regular army, but instead fight as small Squads in missions that are assigned to them. However, in this world, not everything turns out to be as they originally thought. As the swords on the front-lines collide, different ideals do as well. The time will come, when the Protagonists have to choose for what kind of future they want to fight for.

The power system in the avatar is pretty non-confrontational. You don’t have to fight for resources like in cultivation novels, so the frequency of his evil acts will be pretty spread out. This is a slow burn novel that I hope will draw readers into the world and slowly build up to whatever the climax of each arc is. I can only promise that he will always be a rational, benefits based mc. No harem. There will be love of some sort, but only because I’m literally forced by the power system to include it.
