"You ready for your first meal with the team?" Mal asks.

We're roommates this camp.

Mal and I make our way to where the food is then make our plates. Mal goes and sits with her friends and I go sit alone since I don't know anyone that well. Sooner or later Kelley comes and sits next to me and we eat in silence. Once everyone is done eating Jill addresses the team.

"Alright so welcome to Camp...."

I hate speeches.

"Now for newbie initiation." Kling says.

Kelley and I can both sing pretty well, but Kelley always sings awful just so people don't ask her to sing all the time. I, on the other hand, don't care if people hear me sing. I just won't sing on command. I'm not a fucking puppet.

"Astrid the floor is yours." Pinoe says and sits down

I get out of my seat and walk to the front of the room and stand there

After the meal and meeting is over Kelley and I go back to her room and once there Kelley takes out her phone.

"Mom you'll never guess who I ran into today." Kelley says while laying on the bed in her room.

This is going to be a fun conversation.

I jump on the bed and Kelley cuddles up to me.

"Hey mom." I say and smile at the phone

"DAN" Mom yells and stares at me.

All the sudden dad comes running into view.

"A-Astrid?" Dad says.

"I'm here too ya know." Kelley says.

"We know Kelley." Mom says. "We just haven't seen Astrid in...

"Eleven years....yeah....sorry."

"Hey Mom who's on the...Astrid." Erin says and stares at me as Jerry comes up next to her.

"Hi everyone." I say.

"Y-You're alive?" Erin says then is swiftly smacked on the arm by Mom.

"It's a valid question Mom...but yes Erin I'm alive."

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" Jerry says.

"First off watch your fucking tone before I leave again...and you know I'll do it Jerry. Second all of you knew exactly where I was and none of you cared to visit. Third Mom did you get the mail today?"

"Uh yeah why?" Mom says.

"Did you get a large envelope?"

"Yeah."

"Look inside it." I say then mom does.

"Plane ticket's and game tickets?"

"Yep we'll see you 4 at the game." I say then hang up

"I knew you'd do that...Come on we have team bonding." Kelley says.
