Still holding onto Keegan's hand tightly I stand there with him in my bedroom with nothing to say as I read what my alarm system says I freeze not being able to move for a minute. Keegan tells me to stay where I am but I don't listen.

"I'm coming with you." I tell him. "Troian. Please stay here. I'd never forgive myself if anything happened to you." I open my mouth to argue but instead I give him a big hug and kiss on the lips.

I decide that the safest place to be at the moment is in my walk in closet, until I know the coast is clear. I open the door and call the dogs over and without calling him, Dan comes running along to join us. I don't know how long it is before I hear it. A sound I never thought I'd hear in my own home. A gun shot.

I instantly get up and run out of my closet. I run down the stairs not caring for a moment that someone might be in my home. I come to a stop and then I see him.

"Oh my god Keegan!" I yell. I run over to him. He's leaning against the wall slumped over and there's a lot of blood seeping through his shirt in the chest area. "Look at me." His eyes are closed. "Keegs. Please. Look at me!" I have my iPhone with me and dial 911. "Please I need an ambulance right now! My boyfriends been shot!" I practically scream into the phone. The dispatcher tells me someone will be here very soon and I give her my address before hanging up the phone.

I briefly look up to see writing on the wall above where Keegan is sitting.

Don't say I didn't warn you! Then I hear my phone going off. I look down to see a text from a number I don't recognize.

I told you to stay away from him!

Oh my god.

Once the ambulance arrives I get in and head to the hospital with Keegan and the paramedics. I text all of my friends including my mom and Marlene letting everyone know what happened. Lulu messages me and lets me know she's going to head over to my house with her husband to grab some of my belongings and my dogs including Keegan's cat Dan, and that she'll be bringing everything to her house. Inviting me and Keegan to stay with her for a bit.

We finally arrive at the hospital and they rush Keegan into surgery. When I arrive I sit in a waiting area in the Emergency department. My mom gets up from a chair and gives me a big hug. I let myself cry. A few minutes later Marlene, Lucy, Sasha, Ashley, Shay, Tyler and Ian arrive along with Keegan's mom Jone. They all try to comfort me and then I just feel the need to be silent. If I talk right now I'm only going to sob even more.

If I died today I have cherished the moments I have spent dating Troian Bellisario.

I will always remember the way she looked at me when she was happy. Her smile could light up a room.

Her cuddles were the best. I could tell just by the way she looked at me that I made her happy.

I was in love with Troian Bellisario.

"Keegs. You're tickling me again!" Troian says as she turns around and looks at me. I just pulled her hair back on her neck to kiss her. I wrap my arms around her and cuddle up to her for a few minutes.

It feels like we've all been sitting here for hours. No one has left my side. I look up to see Tyler handing me a coffee and a chocolate chip muffin.

"This is probably the last thing you feel like doing right now. I get that. But at least have the coffee. You look exhausted." I take the coffee and the muffin from him trying to force a smile.

"Thanks." I say quietly.

Half an hour later a doctor comes over to us followed by a police officer. The doctor tells everyone that we can go see Keegan.

"He's going to make a full recovery. Luckily the bullet just grazed his chest. If it had been any further he might not have made it. He's going to stay a couple days for observation." After the doctor leaves the officer comes over to me and takes a statement.

I get up and follow him to another area. Around the corner from where everyone is sitting. I tell him how we're pretty sure Keegan's ex girlfriend is threatening us.

"Ever since he broke up with her, she's been trying to get him back. Although the text I got was from a number I don't recognize. I can check Keegan's contacts and compare the phone numbers." I tell him. We talk a little more and then I make my way back to everyone.

"I'm going to see him." I announce. I see Keegan's mom coming toward me. "He's asking for you." She says with a smile before giving me a hug.

After we break apart I head towards the room. After passing the nursing station I reach it. I make my way into the private room and Keegan instantly turns to look at me beaming. With his hair cut short for playing Toby, he looks really handsome. Tears start streaming down my face.

Keegan opens his arms and I gently climb onto the hospital bed and cuddle up to him. For the longest moment we don't say anything we just stare into each other's eyes.

"Don't ever leave me ok." I tell him. He wipes a tear off my face with a finger.

"I'm not planning on it. I love you Troian." I hug him tightly then realize it might be too tight. He could be in pain. I slowly pull back a little bit.

"It's ok. You're not overdoing it." He tells me. Before he can say anything else I return the I love you.

That night in the hospital room I fall asleep in Keegan's arms. I don't think I let go of him the entire night. I never want to.
