《Off Camera / A Treegan Love Story》I want you back!

I'm at home getting ready for Ashely's party. I decided to wear dark blue jeans, and a black short sleeved dress shirt with a bright blue tie. I'm about to leave when I hear a knock at my front door. I run downstairs. As soon as I open it I see Ali my ex girlfriend standing there. "Hey." She says leaning against the door frame. Before I can say anything she is unbuttoning her tan trench coat to reveal a sexy red bra and thong. She can tell I look shocked and I do. For a couple minutes I don't say anything. She closes the front door of my house and enters. Ali wraps her arms around me and kisses me passionately. I push her off me leaving her standing there looking disappointed. "What the hell are you doing?" I shout. I walk into my large living room and sit down on the couch. I hear Ali follow me. Ali sits down in a chair across the room. "I made a mistake hooking up with Jeremy." She tells me this as she does up her trench coat. "I want you to leave." I raise my voice and she looks surprised. "You hurt me, Ali." As I think back to that rainy Saturday night five months ago when I arrived at her house to find another car in the driveway, little did I know I would walk in to find my girlfriend of three years, hooking up with a photographer that hired her for a modelling ad. I immediately told her we were done. I get up and so does Ali. As I close the front door to my house she looks back and I can tell she has been crying. It hurts me to see her like that. I tell her to have a safe drive home and she remains silent. After I close and lock the door I head back to my bedroom to finish getting ready for Ashley's party. All of a sudden my phone chimes and I notice I have a text. It is from Shay Mitchell.

I instantly feel my stomach do a million somersaults. Deep down I've always had a huge crush on Troian. I just felt sad it couldn't go anywhere. At least I get to see her. I thought to myself as I sprayed some calogne on myself. I check myself in the mirror one more time. I reach down to grab my aviator sunglasses on my dresser and put them on. "See you later Dan!" I say to my black cat. He meows and walks around my legs. I laugh as I close the front door and lock it. Once I'm inside my black BMW convertible driving down Sunset boulevard, I crank up some Radiohead and sing along to the music. I was looking forward to seeing the rest of The PLL cast tonight. The evening was going to be a ton of fun!

Demons Don't Lie
Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
