《Gossip Girl- Chuck Bass》Chapter 1

Today was one of Blair's big parties/ball thing. Of course I rush over to help her and Serena get ready for it. Blair wants to look perfect for Nate, and Serena wants to look perfect for Dan. Me on the other hand, I don't have a boyfriend. I have a crush, on the one and only Chuck Bass. Yeah I know, helpless right? The womanizer type is always the one I like for some odd reason. I still have to look perfect for this ball either way. Got to make some impression on people. I'm still the hottest one, of course tied with Serena and Blair.
Before I go over to Blair's house, I curl my hair and do some of my make up. I don't want to rush to have make up done as well. I know I got to help them with their makeup cause I have the skill of that in the triangle of friendship. I grab my dress and head over to Blair's house. When I get there their hair is done so I just got to do their makeup. I start with Serena and do some light shadow to set off certain features. I do the same with Blair but I do darker shadow. I am pretty proud of my work and of course they get dressed. Their dresses look amazing on them and they keep telling each other how much they love each others dresses.
"Laura get your dress on now!" Serena squeals.
"Fine Fine Fine" I sigh.
I undress and slip on my dress. I come out and do a small twirl. They make some weird noises and then exclaim how pretty it is. I roll my eyes and slip on my high heels. Which I need since I am only 5'3 in the highest heels you can find. They usually laugh at my shortness but I love it. I get the taller boys and it is so damn cute. I quickly finish my makeup and fluff my hair out.

Once we get there everyone stares. Of course Nate and Dan go straight to Serena and Blair. They all smile and kiss and ew god no. I roll my eyes and make gag noises, to much love for me. Chuck walks over.
"To much love in the air" He laughs.
"I think I need a gas mask. Love is just to much." I say and start coughing.
"Why don't you get a boyfriend?" He asks.
"Why don't you get a girlfriend?" I smile.
"See the thing is the girl I like doesn't like me back" He says.
'Wait but your Chuck Bass. Who could not want that?" I sarcastically say. He laughs.
"It sucks." He says shipping more of what ever is in his glass.
I turn around to the bar "Um Whiskey with ice please," I turn back to Chuck "But see if I were you I would take your chances."
"Why don't you take yours?" He asks.
By this time Blair, Nate, Serena, and Dan have all left me. I'm sitting at the bar with Chuck. Fun.
"Mines never gonna happen no matter how hard I try" I laugh.
I take a swig of my whiskey. A large swig actually.
"Well thanks for the advice" Chuck says rolling his eyes.
"Don't take it personally but go for it. You can't loose much. You have every girl waiting for you arm to be on them." I laugh.
"Thanks. Well I never think we have actually had a actually getting to know each other conversation" He says.
"Lets tell stories. Best drunk story of all time" I laugh.
"I got that one topped by a mile." He smiles.
"No trust me I do" I laugh.
"Tell it." He says.
"Ok well it was my 14th birthday. So high school for me. I was young. I was at this party and I got super drunk. Wasted even. I went around trying to find Serena and Blair but I ended up finding some guy. I latched my lips on to him and just made out. Well later his girlfriend caught us so she like slapped me. I mean she had a good back hand" I laugh.

"What else happened?" He laughs.
"Well I ended up cucking all over her. Later in the night I ended up falling asleep on the roof. I have no idea how I got up their in the first place." I laugh.
"That ones pretty good" He laughs.
"Now tell something" I smile.
"Ah not my first time drinking but after a few. Nate and I were out and I got wasted too. We couldn't find a cab so we ended up walking. I couldn't walk in a straight line to save my life. But I kept drifting into the road. Every few minutes Nate would have to pull me back onto the side walk. I actually ran into the road and laid down in the middle of the street. I refused to get back up" Chuck laughs.
"That sounds more like a suicide" I laugh.
"Yeah well finally Nate pulled me out." He smiles.
"Remind me to thank Nate again." I kind of say sarcastically.
"Wow thanks." He says nudging me in the arm.
"You know I love you" I say taking a ship.
He tenses up. Almost like he never taught those words would come out of my mouth.
"So another drink?" I ask.
"Hell yes" He smiles.
I grab my new Whiskey and take a huge gulp.
"Not holding back for me I guess" He laughs.
"O you have no clue. I am one wild ass chick." I smile.
"I would love to see that soon" He says.
"Maybe you will" I smile.
"I vote we should go dance" He smiles.
'With alcohol in my system, hell yes" I laugh.
He grabs my hand and leads me to the dance floor. I feel a tingle in my hand it goes numb. Chuck is holding my hand. I never would have guessed this would happen. He has got to be drunk or something. He takes my hands and makes me dance like crazy. Of course I follow his lead. I dance crazy but still sexy. I knew I would regret this later cause of my heels but that doesn't matter right now. A slow dance comes on and I try to leave. I taught he wouldn't want to dance to a slow song but he grabs my wrist. He pulls me back and slips his hands on to my waist. I blush and wrap my arms around his neck.
"So which is the lucky girl you take home tonight?" I smile.
"No one. Trying to change for the girl I like." He smiles.
"Well I'm proud of you" I laugh.
"Laura?" He says.
"Yes?" I smile
"You are sitting with me at lunch tomorrow" He says.
"I do every day Chuck" I laugh.
"I mean next to me" He smiles.
"Only since you begged me" I smile and laugh a bit.
As the last song ends Chuck leans in and kisses my cheek. I say bye and smile.I turn around and leave. Tonight was amazing. I couldn't wait for tomorrow at lunch time.

A Warrior's Love (BL)
"Your mind is dark, your eyes are dull, your life is bleaker than feces, and your heart is covered in ash." She removed one hand to keep her veils on her head as the topmost shawl slipped down her neck. She continued to speak, "Your blood is cold. If you remain this way, you will die before you can find your love." The Krasean lowered his veil, revealing his face to us. He tipped his head upward so I can see his honey coloured eyes that were duller than his peoples'. Black eyeliner outlined the rim of his eyes, drawing attention to his enchanting eyes. "Whoever your lover is, they are your other half. You will endure hardships and pain because of them. You will also make them feel the same." She looked conflicted like she did not know whether to tell me this was good or bad. "In their eyes, you are the evilest and the godliest. How contradicting this is!" "Did you slap me?" I held the helmet between the pit of my elbow and my waist. One hand slowly reached up to rub my numb cheek. It has been forever since someone last slapped me. Now, no one who knew my identity would dare to hit me directly. "The blood coursing through your veins, it's hot and dangerous. You cannot be tamed easily and this may be the cause of your downfall." A strange grimace graced her wrinkled face. I swear to the gods she is ageing each second! "I see your fall. Someone with too much power automatically becomes a threat. You're no longer seen as an ally, but a monster."
