I'm actually going to his little mini market today. I like the feeling. It's a light grey, little cushions in the corner to sit and then some IKEA cubbies for items, not like metal shelves.
This time I don't buy condoms, but I get a canned coffee and immediately rush to the counter. "Hi, Taylor." I say softly. "H-how do you know my name?"
I laugh sit and put my hand on his chest. "Your name tag." He looks down and shivers. "Oh... Right. What's your name?"
"Shawn. Call me Shawn." I take my drink, giving him two dollars and leaving. I walk away slowly to admire the smell of this little shop just for a little longer.
I head to my study session with this cute girl that I've found myself being really happy around, not as much as Taylor though. Oddly. "Hey, Ellie. sorry I'm late." I tell her. "It's no problem, Shawn."
"So, I was thinking, aside from these study dates, I was thinking if you wanted to maybe go to a movie or something?" Ellie puts her book aside and reaches for my hand as she looks into my eyes. "Um. Yeah! Definitely. Tomorrow sounds good?"
"It's perfect." Ellie smiles and I nod with her. Eventually we end studying together as we occasionally send glances back to each other while laughing out of nothing.
I leave early because I want to stop by Taylor's shop just before I get back to my dorm. When I get there, he isn't. Before I get my pack of gum, I talk to the cashier.
"Taylor not here?" I ask the worker with an oddly sharp chin, it was cool. I wanted to poke at it, but that's really weird. I automatically touch my own jaw just by looking at his. "Um, he just left."
"Why?" I don't know why I have the sudden urge to just know his whole schedule but, hmm, just concerned. "Doctors appointment. But that's all I should disclose."
I really wanted to see Taylor for just a silly reason, but I feel positive and lighter, less worries, whenever I see him.

PathOgen [Forge Your Own Path] Reader Interactive
This is a 100% reader-interactive, game-like book, based on my novel Technomagica. It is written in collaboration with the readers - every comment drives it forward. Once there are enough interesting or fun comments on each chapter, various paths forward begin to manifest that you can [choose] to follow. Summary: Soviet bio-weapons designer Vladislav Kerenski died in 1992. Upon meeting "god" he rejects a continuation of his narrative. It's up to you to help him survive the darkness of the Astral Ocean. This is the only book on Royal Road where your choice can make the MC become a villain or a hero, to die horribly and quickly, or slowly and painfully, to live out an interesting life, to become god, or to be trapped in a nightmarish loop without an end!

Legend of the Guild: Point Blank
Status: On hiatus indefinitely, because I'm going to be busy and the story is now at a place where it needs major reconstruction. Curt is a young gunslinger from a small town called Ore Town, situated in a barren wasteland known as the Dusts. While sabotaging the gang threatening his town, Curt is forced to take a leap of faith, literally. He plunges into the sea of clouds expecting death, only to arrive in an entirely new world beneath his own. Saved by a young girl using magic, Curt isn't too sure what to make of his second chance of life. When he meets a fellow Duster who had fallen years ago, he's roped into becoming second-in-command of a brand new guild. Guild duties aren't easy, especially as Curt is tasked to recruit fighters to take on the Grand Guild Tournament, where the winning guild takes home an enormous prize pool -- and most importantly, a mysterious ticket to the fabled "Star City" that exists above the clouds. Going with the flow only takes him so far, and Curt soon finds himself burdened with more responsibility than he bargained for, including the fate of the two worlds. ==============================Wordpress This webnovel is written for fun, and everything posted is essentially a first draft. Beware of typos and lack of creative descriptions — my main priority is to get the story out over writing quality. Still, I hope you enjoy the story. Updates are sporadic, but I aim to release a chapter (~2000-3000 words) at least once a week. Average release time is 1 chapter/3 days. I took inspiration from the lore of the MMO, Dungeon Fighter Online (Dungeon & Fighter), and there may be easter eggs or references to the game, but the story and characters have become wholly original and standalone. [Note: Profanity tag is up because profanity is present, but infrequent]
