"Any idea when he'll wake up, Ansh?" I hear my mother ask the pack doctor.
"No, there was a lot of silver in his system. He'll wake up when his body is ready," Ansh explains.
"But he'll be fine?" my dad asks, anxious.
"He should be," Ansh promises.
I try and move to tell them that even though I'm in pain, I'm okay, and I just want to see my baby. I remember her falling down and me trying to get to her, but that's it.
Is she okay? Has she grown any more? What have I missed?
A long time passes and I'm still unable to move or speak. I can hear what everyone says and I can feel everything, but I can't respond. Even if I keep trying.
It seems like every pack member has visited me. Even Tej and jhanvi have made an appearance to tell me how sorry they are; Tej blames himself for my condition.
But the one person who hasn't come to me is Monami. The one person I really want to see, is no where near me. And even if I won't be able to talk to her, I want to feel her there.
I need her, her warmth, her soft touch.
I wake up again to the feeling of someone patting my face.
I groan and slowly open my eyes to find out who's tapping my face with that annoying motion.
But when I do, all my irritation dissolves as I see two big, blue/hazel eyes staring back at me.
My angel smiles at me, showing off two rows of perfectly square little teeth.
"Karan!" Monami says excitedly, jumping on my lap.
"Hey, baby girl," I hug her close to me, realizing just her presence makes the pain go away.

I kiss her chin-length caramel color hair, glad that I still can.
"Are you okay now?" She whispers into my shoulder.
"Yeah, baby. I am now,"
She wraps her chubby little arms around my neck and squeezes tightly, acting like she never wants to let me go. But I'm fine with that. I'll never leave her, and I'll never let go. It makes me happy to know that a he feels the same way.
"Karan?" her soft little soprano voice asks.
"Hmm?" I murmur, my voice muffled by her hair.
"Why were you hurt?"
"I touched silver," I decide on saying.
"How can silver hurt you?" She asks out of curiosity of course.
I stiffen. I don't know what to tell her. I don't want her to be mad at Tej, but I don't want to lie either. How do I explain this to her?
"Is that bad?"she again asks.
I nod. "Yeah, baby. Silver isn't good for werewolves. It burns our skin,"
My rose's eyes go even wider. She launches herself at me again, burying her small little head in my neck.
"I don't want you to touch silver 'gain, Karan," she whispers. "I don't want you hurt,"
My heart contracts for the little girl in my arms. She may only be a few weeks old, but she's special and smart. She loves me, even if she doesn't quite know what that means yet, and the thought makes my wolf want to tell her that we love her too. Maybe even more than we can comprehend.
I hug her somehow tighter to me, kissing her soft, fine hair over and over again. "I love you, baby girl. Never forget that,"
Monami smiles into my shoulder. "I wuv you too, Karan," she says.

I chuckle at the way she says love. She has been doing good with her L's, but I don't mind if she wants to stay small a little longer. Though she'll never stop being my baby girl.
I sit and hold her a little longer, until a thought enters my mind.
"Monami?" I ask.
She lifts her head from my shoulder and frowns. I forget my question for a moment, not wanting her to be upset.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"You never call me, Monami," she mumbles, pressing her face into my chest.
I laugh and rub her small back softly. "I won't call you that if you don't like it," I promise.
She grins. "Good!"
I laugh and go back to my original thought. "Where are your parents, baby?"
Mona shrugs. "I fink they went to eat somewhere. They weft me here wif you,"
I nod and crush her to me again. "Well you can stay with me until they get back. Or as long as you want to," I tell her..
"My mommy said you would say that," she says.
I laugh. "Did she now? I wonder how your mommy knew such a thing?" I tease, lifting her up into the air and letting her fall back into my arms.
She giggles and her blue/hazel eyes shine with happiness that spreads to me. "Gain Karan!" she squeals.
I laugh along with her and toss her again. Her laugh echos through the room.
I play with her a little longer until she gets tired and falls asleep in my arms. Tej and jhanvi still haven't returned yet, and I know when they do we will have some things to discuss. Starting with how I won't be able to stay away from their daughter for long.

RE: Souls War Apocalyse
When I and every other humans on earth have been summoned to the cursed world of Yvelmore, to serve as a front-line soldier in an impossible war against an invasion of nightmarish creatures, I knew right away that something was going to go wrong. I was right. The war? Hell, we lost it so much all the nations of the world have been destroyed and all the races have disappeared. Me? I was a veteran who survived until the end. Was I strong? Fuck yeah of course I was, except ... it was useless, I died like everybody else. The bad news? When I thought it was finally over, I woke up in the past, the moment I was summoned to the beginning of the war. Come on, seriously? Do I really have to go through all that again? What? And everything restarts every time I die? No... are you fucking kidding me? Right? Genre: Action, Adventure, Medieval Apocalypse, Times Loops, Progression, War & Fantasy, Grimdark, Magic, Horror, LitRPG (but RP). Tone: Despair at the firsts chapters (which makes sense for a story that begins with the end of the world, doesn't it?), and lots of humor and stupid situations after to lighten the tone of the story. (Oh, and the MC is NOT a psychopath, a rapist, a hypocrite, or human garbage, so sorry for those who like that, because I don't like that). Note: Expect this story to contain grammatical errors and occasional random conjugations. I am learning English, and I have made a lot of progress, but I still have some gaps. So if you're allergic to it, don't read this story, you would inevitably be disappointed.
8 183Phantom Swordsman
Jason Darting was having a walk, like normal, when he suddenly found himself literally dragged into another dimension. Now, he has to fight ghosts, get a Class – because that’s apparently a thing – and then discover that his powers make him a target for some fanatical religion, which may or may not have an actual god behind it. He quickly decides that he should probably stay away. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have much choice, and his actions lead to him being caught up in a conflict between the fanatics and some shadowy organisation. Thankfully, while his Class does have some issues, it also has a great deal of potential, and Jason quickly discovers that this new world of fantasy is more exciting than he expected. Comments will be locked, cuz I have pretty bad anxiety. – Sorry!Expect corrections, because I struggle to notice a lot of mistakes until they've been posted.
8 512Ancient Cultivator in Modern World

8 336The Flame in the Forge (A Slice of Life Isekai LitRPG)
Thrown into a world he doesn’t recognise, Niall Vendra has to adapt, learn and fight to survive. Physically, emotionally, personally. If Niall wants to save his family, then the man he was needs to transform. Surrounded by Minotaurs, Fae and Magic, Niall will have to reinvent himself as both a warrior and an artisan. Growth won’t be fast and it won’t be easy, but with patience and hard work, Niall can earn the Skills, Abilities and Classes to battle his way to the top. The Flame In The Forge is a LitRPG Isekai/Portal fantasy. You should expect slice of life with conflict and an overarching mystery to be solved. Niall will be both a crafter (primarily, but not exclusively, as a blacksmith) and a fighter. There won’t be a harem. But don't worry, there will be both flames and forges! I should be clear that while this is very much LitRPG, it's story led and I have tried to make it feel believable. So, for example, the first blue box doesn't appear until chapter 6. I hope that the payoff is worth it. Compared to some LitRPGs you may find the pace rather gentle at times. There will be some periods where it feels like Niall is eking out every level and others when, for good reasons, he makes a significant leap. My goal though is to give you a satisfying story, so that dictates when and how Niall's stats and skills change. I can reassure you that I fully intend for Niall to become immensely powerful, but I want you to feel like he has earned every level in a realistic way.
