I woke up some place warm and cozy. The crackling sound of fire and pouring water eased my mind.

Blankets covered my cold skin and a wet rag was on my forehead.

I immediately sat up. I didn't know where I was.

"Professor?" I said. He was sitting beside me pouring some liquid in a cup.

"Y/N, finally." he said calmly as he returned the pot. "Tea?"

"No thanks." I said, removing the cloth on my forehead. "Where am I? What happened? Where's Edmund?"

"Caspian's Castle." he answered.

"And Edmund?" I asked.

He looked at the corned of the room. It was Edmund, asleep. He looked absolutely uncomfortable. Edmund was asleep, sitting down on a single chair.

I looked at him sympathetically.

"He's been waiting for you for three days. He never left the room." said Cornelius. "Well, not unless he needed to go-"

"That's lovely Information, prof." I said, cutting him off. He chuckled. "But... What do you mean three days? I was asleep for three days?!"

Cornelius nodded his head. "When you made that massive vine, it tired you out." he informed me. "You haven't even got to train your powers properly and you already made so much."

"Oops. It was for a good cause..."

"It definitely was." he said.

We heard Edmund groan from the corner of the room. He looked really uncomfortable.

Stupid idiot. Why in the world would you sleep like that?

I looked at the Professor. His back was turned.

I hid my hand behind my back to prevent Cornelius from seeing the light my hand.

I thought of a comfortable bed of leaves, big enough for him and it appeared right next to Edmund.

I made a small vine carry him to the bed of leaves I had just created for him. He finally looked comfortable.

"You aren't going to add any pillows?" asked Cornelius as he turned around.

I smiled and made a big Callalily under his head.

I turned to the Professor again. "Professor, do you know anything about the Island Queen?"

"Ah, I was just about to tell you her story." he said as he brought out a thick book and flipped the page.

"Her story?" I asked and looked at the page he opened.

In that page, was a picture of a beautiful woman. She looked exactly like my mother. No doubt she was. She was wearing a beautiful green dress with floral patterns and a crown made of Lilies.

"Her name was-"

"Ria L/N?" I asked. "I know."

"Well here, she was Aurelia."

"Whoa." I said. "I always knew Ria was short for something, she just never told me what."

He flipped the page and in the picture, it showed a man with my mother.

"Aurelia used to live in Narnia. She was a pure Narnian. Until someone discovered Narnia. He was from your world and they fell in love."

"My dad... my dad went to Narnia?"

He flipped the page again. This time, there was a child.

"Soon, they had you." he said. "But your mother didn't think it was safe for you to stay in Narnia. So she decided to stay in your world instead."

"Oh..."

He flipped the page again.

In the picture, it was my mother talking to Aslan.

"She had asked Aslan himself, to allow you to come with them to your world."

"Why?"

"Anything physical that happens here cannot be brought out of Narnia. That is why whenever you return, nothing changes and time continues where you left off."

He flipped the page again.

This time, it was a picture of my dad carrying me, and my mother holding a horn.

"This is Queen Susan's horn." he said pointing at the horn she was holding.

"But why is she holding it?" I asked.

"It used to be hers." continued Cornelius. "Everytime the Narnians needed her, they would blow this horn and she would arrive."

He let me flip the page.

This time, I saw the White Witch and my mother in battle.

"The last time she arrived in Narnia, she had to battle Jadis, the White Witch. Things didn't end well. Aurelia was out of focus and she got hit by Jadis' first Sceptre. One that's turns things into ice."

The professor sighed. "Aurelia vanished. We don't know where her body went after that."

I wasn't listening anymore.

"Aurelia was out of focus"

It was my fault, wasn't it?

"Aurelia was out of focus"

If we didn't argue, she would've been fine.

"Aurelia was out of focus"

She would've been .

My face reddened with rage, but then tears poured out of my eyes instead. I knew it was my fault my mother was out of focus. It was because of our argument. It was because of me

Thorns wrapped my hands, and then the book, my powers fuelled by my anger. More thorns started appearing on the ceiling and windows, though I was not aware.

The room became darker as the thorns covered the light of the moon.

Blinded by rage, the thorns continued to spread around the room.

"Y/N, calm down." said the Professor.

It was my fault.

"Y/N please."

I completely blocked out every sound I heard. I knew Jadis was gone. But there was an unresolved anger I still had with her...

and one I still had with myself.

Arms suddenly wrapped me in a sweet embrace. It was Edmund. I buried myself in his chest. I cried and cried and cried.

The thorns retracted, light from the moon could be seen once again.

I pulled away from Edmund and looked him in the eyes.

"Ed it's my fault isn't it?" I asked, sobbing.

"No it isn't, Y/N. Don't say that." he said as he looked me straight in the eyes as well. "Don't blame yourself. You didn't kill her, Jadis did. She's gone now. She's dead and she'll never live again, okay? Calm down."

He pulled me into a hug once again. My sobbing lessened and lessened. From a cry to only tears. From tears to only sniffles. He always managed to calm me down.

"Edmund."

"Hm?"

"Thank you."

Just then the door opened. It was Lucy and Oliver.

My eyes widened when I saw them.

OMG THEY'RE HOLDING HANDS!

I jumped out of bed and gave both of them a big hug.

The professor tried to stop me. "Y/N you're still-"

"Congratulations!" I squealed.

Oliver rolled his eyes, "Y/N you haven't fully recovered yet." he chuckled. "But thank you." he said, and kissed Lucy on the cheek.

Lucy blushed and Edmund walked to my side.

"Oliver, I'm watching you." said Edmund.

"Edmund!" said Lucy. I chuckled.

Peter and some girl then appeared from behind the door.

All our eyes widened at the sight of both of them.

"Peter oh my gosh congratulations to you!" squealed Lucy.

"Huh?" said Peter. He saw the girl beside him. "Oh no, she's just here to ask you about dinner."

The girl blushed.

"Oh, my bad." laughed Lucy.

"Good morning, Y/N" said Peter. "Or should I say goodnight?"

"Pete give her a break, she saved us... twice." said Edmund as he put his arm around my waist.

"We had it sorted." said Peter.

What was his problem?

"But thank you, Y/N. We'd either be fish food or ice pops if it weren't for you." Peter said and tapped me on the shoulder.

"Lady Y/N," said the girl. "King Caspian and Queen Susan are asking if you would like to join then for dinner?"

"Ooh Caspian and Susan." I whispered to Lucy as I nudged her.

"I know!" she whispered back.

"Oh-" I said and cleared my throat. "Yes please I'll be down in a bit."

Lucy, Cornelius and Oliver left the room only leaving Edmund and I alone.

Edmund shut the door behind them and faced me.

"Thank you for the bed, Y/N." He said as he dived onto the leaf sheets. "The Callalily smells great too."

"No problem, Ed." I said. "Baby-"

"Haven't heard that name in a while." he smirked and walked closer to me. He then pulled my waist closer to him.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"What do we do now?" I asked. "Are we going back?"

Edmund locked his hands around my waist.

"Do you want to?" he asked.

It was a hard question to answer. I did want to go back but I... didn't.

"No... Yes? I'm not sure."

"Just to let you know, I spent fifteen years here. When I came back, nothing changed." he told me. "Think about it."

I didn't know when the next time I'd be arriving to Narnia would be. I loved it here. Everything was so magical.

"Well... I still need to heal the flora here in Narnia..."

"Hmmhmm..." he said smirking.

"And it might even take me a lifetime..." I said, chuckling.

"So that means...?" he said as a smile formed on his face.

"Edmund we have to stay!" I said eagerly.

"Who knows when our next return will be?"

"I'm not going to disagree." he said as he kissed my forehead. "But what about the others?"

"That's right... what will they think?" I asked. Starting to get worried.

"We'll ask them later." he said.

"We have to go downstairs. They're probably waiting." I said as I fixed his hair.

"They are waiting." he chuckled.

We pulled me in a sweet kiss.

I don't ever want to leave.
