"I wasn't planning on coming, though" Gojo said. "But man you're roughed up!" He continued. He took out his phone and began snapping pictures of Fushiguro. "Should show the second years" He laughed. I rolled my eyes. "What the hell do you want??" I questioned. "The higher ups wouldn't shut up about a special grade cursed object, so I thought I'd come around for sightseeing. So, how'd you get it" Gojo asked Fushiguro.
Itadori raised his hand. "Uh- sorry but- I ate it" He said. Gojo turned to him. "For real?" He asked. "For real" Me Itadori and Fushiguro said in unison. Gojo walked over to Itadori and got real close in his face. I readied up a katana.
Gojo bruted a couple times and got even closer to Itadori's face. "Damn, it really did combine with you. That's hilarious" He chuckled. I rolled my eyes. "There's nothing hilarious about a boy eating a special grade cursed object" Fushiguro said. I used my left hand and conjured up another gun to his face. Gojo stepped back. "Anything off with your body?" Gojo asked.
"Not particularly" Itadori answered. "Can you swap out with Sukuna?" He asked. "Sukuna?" Itadori asked. I facepalmed. "Yeah, idiot, the finger you just ate" I said. "Oh...yeah. I think I can do that" He said. I rolled my eyes. "Then give us 10 seconds" Gojo said, stretching. "Once 10 seconds are up, come back to us" He continued stretching. "But.." Itadori said. "Don't worry" Gojo started. I lifted a brow.
"I'm the strongest" Gojo said with a smile. I rolled my eyes and scoffed. "Tch, yeah right. Strongest my ass" I mumbled. "Don't underestimate Gojo. He truely is the strongest." Fushiguro got up. I pulled the trigger, missing on purpose. Fushiguro huffed.
"Megumi, hold onto this" Gojo tossed his bag over to Fushiguro. Megumi, huh? Tch. Stupid name if you ask me. I thought as he caught it. "What is it?" Megumi asked. "Kikufuku from Kikusuian. It's Sendai's special and it's super good. I recommend the zunda and cream flavor" He said lightly. An irk appeared on Megumi's face.
"It's not a souvenir by the way!" Gojo said. "I'm gonna eat it on the bullet train home" He continued. Right as he said that, Itadori- or Sukuna- jumped behind him. "Behind you!" Megumi yelled. "Kikufu's not like other souvenirs." Gojo said before Sukuna landed.
Sukuna stood- more like sat there, in Megumi's face while Gojo sat on Sukuna. Tch, how stupid can this guy be?? "And the whipped cream inside is simply exquisite.." Gojo said. Sukuna again tried attacking Gojo. All attempts in which he failed with Gojo dodging all of them.
"My students watching so I'm gonna show off a little." He said, leaning back and whispering into Sukuna's ear. Sukuna swung back and Gojo caught it, throwing him back and 'punched' Sukuna; sending him back at least 10 meters.
"For crying outloud..you Jujutsu sorcerers are always trouble. No matter what the era!" Sukuna yelled, running back at Gojo; attempting yet again to punch him. A massive hole was created in the building and I thought that Gojo was somewhere underneath all that rubble.
Naur.
"Though that doesn't mean much to me" Sukuna said. And there Gojo stood, infront of Sukuna. "7...8..." Gojo said. Megumi huffed as he held onto the bag. "9..should be time" Gojo said. Sukuna stood still for a moment, then the marks started to disappear. "Oh, was everything ok?" Itadori asked; blood trailing from his mouth if I didn't already mention.

"I'm shocked. You really can control it" Gojo said as he released the debris around him. "He's kind of annoying though, I can hear his voice" Itadori said, hitting his own head. "It's a miracle that's all he's doing" Gojo walked up to him. My grip tightened on the katana. He tapped Itadori's forehead, and a second later Itadori dropped in Gojo's arms.
"Aye, make up brush. The hell did you do to him?" I questioned. He looked at me; Itadori snoozing away. "Simply knocked him out" He grinned. I rolled my eyes. "I'm sure he has his reasons" Megumi said; I pulled the trigger again. "Speak again and next time I won't miss" I threatened. Megumi scoffed. "If he's not posessed by Sukuna when he wakes up, he might have potential as a vessel" Gojo stated.
I looked at Itadori then back at Gojo. "Tch, so basically he's hosting Sukuna inside his body? That won't kill him?" I asked. "Ahh, smart girl. Yes, that's exactly what that means. Itadori houses Sukuna's soul in his body and at any given moment, they can switch out" Gojo explained with a grin.
"And..that won't kill him in the end?" I questioned. "Now I have a question for you," He turned to Megumi. "What should we do with him?" Megumi sat a thought about it for a moment. "Even if he is a vessel, Jujutsu regulations demand Itadori be executed" Megumi answered. My finger started to pull on the trigger. "Wait. You said there's 20 fingers in all, right?" I asked. Megumi looked at me.
"Yeah, what of it?" "If Itadori's a stable vessel, then we can use him to get all 20 fingers, right?" I asked. Gojo looked at me once more. "Maybe ! We'll see" He grinned. "However...I don't want to let him die.." Megumi said. "Personal feelings then?" Gojo asked. "Yes. Please do something about this" He replied. Gojo giggled. "Now it's a request from a precious student" He lifted Itadori over his shoulder.
"Leave it to me!" He held a thumbs up and grinned again.

I stood with Itadori next to his grandfather's ashes. "If all the parts of Sukuna were gone," itadori started. "Would there be fewer people who get harmed by curses?" He asked; looking at some sort of bone. I know he's in mourning and all but hoestly I thought it was disgustng and that it smelled like pig piss.
"Of course" Gojo answered lightly. I looked at him then back at Itadori. He finished up collecting the bones and put them in a capsule, shutting it. "Do you still have that finger?" He asked. Gojo handed him the finger. I threw up in my head. "Looking at it again, it's pretty disgusting" Itadori stated. I rolled my eyes. Gojo started backing up. "Hey, kid, you should start backing up too" Gojo told me. I scoffed and got back along with him.
Itadori held his mouth open and again swallowed the finger whole. A little bit of substance came up my mouth. "I think I threw up in my mouth" I said. Gojo chuckled. "That was so disgusting. Swallowing it whole?? How did you swallow that long ass finger??" I questioned. "Wouldn't have been any less gross if he chewed it up" Gojo said. I widdened my eyes; imagining Itadori chewing that thing like it's gum.
The marks appeared on his face again. Itadori held his chest and started gagging, walking around the room. I balled up my fist and sure enough lightning washed over it. Gojo looked down at it. Itadori rested his head against the wall next to him and started laughing. I arched a brow. "The hell's so funny?" I questioned. He came back up and his face was normal as ever.

He stuck his tongue out. "Grosssss!" He said. I released my fist at the sight and scoffed. "Tch, don't scare me like that, ass hole" I scolded, chopping him in the head. "So gross it's funny!" He continued. Gojo chuckled and grinned.
"Something wrong?" Itadori asked. Gojo was staring at him. "Oh, it's nothing" He replied. Not really nothing if you were staring at him. I thought. "I take it this means you've steeled your resolve?" Gojo continued. Itadori stared at the table before him for a moment. "Not at all" He said. I rolled my eyes. "I'm still wondering why I have to be executed" He continued.
"But I can't just do nothing about the curse" He still went on. I rolled my eyes. "Duh. A special grade curse is inside you. You're lucky he's not ripping your insides as he pleases" I said. Gojo chuckled. Itadori looked at the picture of his beaming grandpa. "That last request is gonna be a pain in the ass" He said.
"I'll eat every part of Sukuna. I don't care what happens after" Itadori said. I lifted my head at him. "I've already decided how I'm going to die" He said. "Nice! I like people like you!" Gojo said with a stupidly big grin. I rolled my eyes. "Tch, and if you die while this happens?" I asked. "The curse in him dies as well" Gojo answered. "No, I mean before he get's all 20. What happens then?" I asked.
"Tch, whatever. Don't listen to me" I muttered. Gojo looked at me. "Nah, it's ok to ask questions. If he dies before he gets all 20, well then that's quite the issue" He said. "Welp, sounds like a fun hell awaits" Gojo continued, walking out the room. "Make sure you're both packed by the end of the day" He said. "Huh? Why? Where are we going?" I questioned.
"Tokyo" Megumi answered when Gojo opened the door. "Fusiguro! You're looking good!" Itadori said, holding a thumbs up and beaming. "Tch, still looks emo, same as yesterday" I scoffed. "You think so after seeing this?" Megumi pointed to the bandage on his head.
"You're going to transfer to the same school for Jujutsu sorcerers I attend. The both of you" Megumi said. I turned to him. "And what the hell makes you think that?" I questioned. Megumi pinched the bridge of his nose. "If he's gonna get all 20 fingers, then he's gonna have the learn Jujutsu. Everytime we go on a mission he can't just whip out Sukuna and go bonkers." Megumi answered. I rolled my eyes.
"Tokyo Jujutsu Highschool. By the way, you're the third and fourth first years" Gojo said. He held up four fingers. "Only 4?!" Itadori yelled.

Me and Itadori stood at his grandfathers grave. He got up after praying. "Ok. I'm heading out, grandpa" Itadori said. The markings engraved on the stone said 'Itadori Family Grave.'
.
"This is really deep in the mountains!" Itadori said. "Is this really Tokyo?" He continued. "Tokyo's like this even on the outskirts" Gojo answered. "Tch, you'd think this was throwback 1400's once you leave the city" I said with my hands in my pockets. "Where's Fushiguro?" Itadori asked. "He's been treated by a sorcerer and now he's asleep." Gojo answered.
"Tokyo Jujutsu Highschool. One of only two Jujutsu educational facilities." Gojo informed. I looked at him. "Only two?" I asked. "Mhm. On the surface it's known as a private religious school. Many Jujutsu sorcerers use it as a base even after graduation" Gojo said. "Tch. Who would've thought that I'd be going to a school considered being 'private and religious.' I'm literally atheist" I said. Gojo chuckled. "I'm glad you've expressed that. We're gonna have to learn a lot more about each other if this is gonna work" He grinned.
"As I said, many Jujutsu sorcerers use this as a base even after graduation, so it's like a pillar in the Jujutsu community. Not just for education, but for support and meditational in missions" He said. I nodded. Itadori had his hands wrapped behind his head.
"Anyway, you're about to have an interview with the principal" Gojo announced. "Principal?" Itadori asked. "Duh. It's a school. Someone has to run it" I said. "Screw it up, and he could reject your admission. So go all out" Gojo reminded.
"Huh?! So what then?! Immediate execution?!" Itadori exclaimed. "I know you heard him say he could reject your admission. It probably won't be anything fatal" I said roughly.
"What? So you're not the boss?" A voice said. I looked back at Itadori. Sukuna popped out on his cheek. "Any hierarchy other than strength is worthless" Sukuna continued until Itadori slapped his own cheek. "Sorry, guys. He pops out sometimes" He said. "Thank you for your groundbreaking observation. That was really helpful" I scoffed. "What an amusing body you have now" Gojo said but not before chuckling at my comment.
Sukuna popped out again on his hand. "I owe you a favor, y'know." "Not again!" Itadori said. "Once I make this brat's body my own, you'll be the first one I kill" Sukuna said. I rolled my eyes. Gojo smiled. "It's an honor to be targeted by Sukuna." He said. Itadori slapped his hand. "This guy's really that famous?" He asked.
"Ryomen Sukuna is a fierce imaginary god with four arms and two faces." Gojo started. "Tch, not that imaginary if his remains are still wandering about" I muttered. "But he's actually a human that really existed. But that was over a thousand years ago" He continued. "In the golden age, Jujutsu sorcerers gathered up all their might to challenge him and failed. Crowned with the title of Sukuna, we couldn't even destroy his grave wax as he traversed the ages after death as a cursed object.
"Without a doubt, he is the king of curses." Gojo finished. Me and Itadori stopped. "So who's stronger, you or him?" I asked. Gojo turned to us. "Well.." Gojo hummed. "If Sukuna regained all his power, it might be a little draining" Gojo said. "Would you lose?" Itadori asked.
Gojo waited for a moment. "I'd win" He said with a smile. I scoffed. "If this guy could beat all the Jujutsu sorcerers and is the king of curses, if I knew any better I'd say my money's on Sukuna" I mumbled as we walked up the stairs into some building.
,
The room consisted of wooden pillars, each pillar consisted of a hole to contain a candle which was the main source of light aside from sunlight. "You're late, Satoru" A man said. He was stitching up what looked like a puppet to me. "Eight minutes late" The man continued. Itadori gasped. "Not enough to chastise you, but I know I told you to fix your habit of being late" He said. I looked around the room to see a pile of puppets and plushies behind him. "Eh-" I said.
"If it's not enough to chastise me for, then don't chastise me" Gojo replied. "You're just making dolls anyway. So what's a measly eight minutes?" He continued. "That's princial Yaga Masamichi" Gojo told us. I looked at Itadori and he looked at me. "That's the boy?" Principal Yaga asked. "Itadori Yuji!" He said as he bowed. I rolled my eyes. "Y/n, c'mon! If you wanna get it, you gotta do this!" Itadori said.
"Tch. I said nothing about wanting to be here" I mumbled. I bowed as well. "Y/n L/n" I said blankly. "I'm into girls like Jennifer Lawrence! Pleasure to meet you!" Itadori yelled. An irk appeared on my face. "Do you think he cares about that?!" I whisper yelled. "What did you come here for?" Principal Yaga asked.
Me and Itadori stood up. "An interview-" "But why Jujutsu High?" He interrupted. I scoffed. "So I can help rid this world of curses and help create a better one" I answered confidently. Itadori looked at me. "Uhm..to learn Jujutsu?" He said. "I mean beyond that. Both of you" Principal Yaga said. I frowned. "If helping wipe the curses out on this planet isn't beyond learning Jujutsu, then I don't know what is. Why do you think people actually come here?? Just so they can say they go to a private religious school when actually they're here learning cool shit and fighting monsters?" I said. My fist was balled up but no lightning was covering it.
Principal Yaga didn't move a muscle. "Yes, but who do you hope to find once you've studied curses and learned how to exorcise them?" He asked. I scoffed. "What do you think? If I've studied about a curse and learned how to exorcise them, then why wouldn't I hope to find an exorcised curse in front of me?" I said. Itadori looked at me. "Don't mind her- I mean, I'm gonna collect the fingers of Sukuna" Itadori said, holding up his fingers.
"it's dangerous just to leave them as is" He continued. "Why?" Principal Yaga asked. Another irk appeared on my face. "Tch, why else do you think? There are fingers out there considered as special grade cursed objects or whatever the hell Gojo and Fushiguro said they were, and more people die everyday because of them and Itadori very well may be the reason all of that stops!" I yelled. "People you'll never know die every day due to crimes, accidents, and diseases in the natural course of life" Principal Yaga said. I rolled my eyes. "Here he goes again" Gojo said to himself.
"But you're telling me you can't overlook it when that death is caused by a curse?" Principal Yaga questioned. "It was someone's dying wish" Itadori said softly. "I don't care about the details" He continued. "Tch, I don't think a dying wish isn't gonna get you into this school" I scoffed. "Hush. I just want to save people" Itadori said. "A dying wish? So you're saying you'll fight curses because someone else told you to?" He stood up.
"You fail" He said.
My jaw dropped. "WHAT?! AND AFTER ALL THAT I SAID?!-" "Not you. Him" Gojo said. "Oh" I said quietly. Gojo chuckled. Principal Yaga lifted his right hand and a doll stood up just before it touched his palm. "Those weren't dolls?!" Itadori yelled. "Cursed corpses. They're dolls. Dolls infused with my curse" Principal Yaga said. A rolled my eyes and slightly chuckled. "You should run up and give it a hug, Itadori" I joked. He looked at me with a frown.
The doll ran up to Itadori. He used his backpack to shield the doll's punch. Though it didn't do much when he was pushed back a couple meters. "Is that really a doll?!" Itadori asked. I chuckled. "Go on. Give it a BIGGG HUGGG" I joked. The doll started flexing infront of him. "A person's true nature reveals itself during a crisis." Principal Yaga started. "It'll keep attacking until I get an acceptable answer" He continued.
"Look, man, it wasn't just 'someone else'." Itadori threw his backpack and ran for the doll. "It was a family member's dying wish!" He yelled. He punched the doll and it ricochet all around the room, even behind Yaga, who didn't move an inch. The doll was going so fast, it blew all the candles out. "Awh man! I can't fucking see!" I yelled. Itadori circled in his spot. "Shit, where is it?!" He asked. The doll eventually stopped and flew towards Itadori. He turned around just as the doll hit his face, sending him flying back.
"Tch" I scoffed. Itadori's back hit the pillar. "A family member is still someone else" Yaga started walking toward Itadori. He looked at the doll who was flexing again. "A Jujutsu Sorcerer is constantly facing death. And not just their own death." He said as he light a single candle. "Sometimes you must ignore those murdered by a curse to rend flesh the from it" He continued. The doll was playing with it's face.
"It's an unpleasant job. You have to be a little crazy and highly motivated to handle it." He continued. "You'd do that because someone else told you to? Don't make me laugh" He said. Truth be told he was far from laughing. "I'd believe you if you said it was to postpone your execution." He said. "Screw you! I-" "Are you going to blame your grandfather when you're killed by a curse too?" Yaga interrupted and pointed at Itadori.
Itadori sat up. "Those are some pretty damn harsh things old man" He said. "Education is making people realize things" Yaga said. "Tch, yeah. That's the point of learning. You realize new things" I scoffed. Gojo chuckled. "I'm not really.." Itadori started before the doll uppercut him. The punch sent him flying back somewhere. "It's not easy to imagine how you'll feel on the verge of death." Yaga stated. "Why would you ever wanna imagine that" I mumbled. Yaga went on and I eventually got tired so I rest my head against the pillar and took a nap.

Hundreds of years ago, the servant god Elsyn declared that they would destroy humanity entirely, explaining it as their duty as humanity’s peacekeeper. When the gods saw it fit to send someone to oppose the fallen servant, Iztris—the gods’ own servant and follower—visits Cheryn. Iztris requests the aid of Alyson and Jacob, the oldest two heirs of Cheryn and the only ones given the gods’ offer of the ‘assurance of victory,’ and the heirs agree. There will come a time when humanity does fall—but none of them would allow that to happen by the hands of a being just as flawed as mortals. I recommend reading the story by volume, instead of by the order the chapters were posted. This story was beta read by Mad Sadie. Many thanks! Please note that some characters use different pronouns depending on the chapter’s view and the speaker. Iztris, for example, is referred to with neutral pronouns by Elsyn (in most cases) and themself, and after being introduced as such they are referred to with male pronouns by Alyson and Jacob.
8 90Thaum new Galaxy

Traveling between worlds isn't a grand expedition with great magic, but as simple as boarding a ship and paying the boarding fee. Authors note - This story is intended to be a short novel. The MC is going to be OP as far as mages are concerned, but we will see what a sci-fi universe can throw at him. (suggestions welcome) p.s. he will try to make his impact overall a good one, but he is not a good person. He only chooses to do good. Unless it is too inconvenient. it also won't be particularly dark.
